SERVES 1 1/2 to 2/3 cup yogurt (or, if you are in France, faisselle) 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (olive or other oil works, too) Juice of 1 Meyer lemon 1 teaspoon honey 2 tablespoons raw old-fashioned oatmeal 2 teaspoons chopped walnuts 1.
