Uspořádal mezi mužstvem sbírku, jež vynesla asi 2000 drachem, a ty poslal do Jeruzaléma, aby byla přinesena oběť za hřích. Zachoval se velmi krásně a ušlechtile, neboť měl na mysli vzkříšení z mrtvých.
