Các tư tế ai lo phận sự nấy, còn các thầy Lê-vi thì sử dụng các nhạc cụ của ĐỨC CHÚA do vua Đa-vít làm ra để hoà theo những bản thánh ca ; họ ca ngợi ĐỨC CHÚA vì muôn ngàn đời Chúa vẫn trọn tình thương. Họ hát những bài ca ngợi do vua Đa-vít sáng tác. Bên cạnh họ, các tư tế thổi kèn, còn toàn thể Ít-ra-en thì đứng.
