Chapter 7
Esth DRC 7:1  So the king and Aman went in, to drink with the queen.
Esth KJV 7:1  So the king and Haman came to banquet with Esther the queen.
Esth CzeCEP 7:1  I přišel král s Hamanem opět, aby popíjeli ve společnosti královny Estery.
Esth CzeB21 7:1  Král i Haman přišli na hostinu ke královně Ester.
Esth CzeCSP 7:1  Tak král s Hamanem přišel, aby pili s královnou Esterou.
Esth CzeBKR 7:1  A tak přišel král i Aman, aby hodovali s Ester královnou.
Esth Webster 7:1  So the king and Haman came to banquet with Esther the queen.
Esth NHEB 7:1  So the king and Haman came to banquet with Esther the queen.
Esth AKJV 7:1  So the king and Haman came to banquet with Esther the queen.
Esth DRC 7:2  And the king said to her again the second day, after he was warm with wine: What is thy petition, Esther, that it may be granted thee? and what wilt thou have done: although thou ask the half of my kingdom, thou shalt have it.
Esth KJV 7:2  And the king said again unto Esther on the second day at the banquet of wine, What is thy petition, queen Esther? and it shall be granted thee: and what is thy request? and it shall be performed, even to the half of the kingdom.
Esth CzeCEP 7:2  Také tohoto druhého dne, když popíjeli víno, otázal se král Estery: „Jaká je tvá prosba, královno Ester? Bude ti splněna. Jaká je tvá žádost? Až do poloviny království bude ti vyhověno.“
Esth CzeB21 7:2  Král se nad pohárem vína stejně jako včera Ester otázal: „Tak jaké máš přání, královno Ester? Bude ti splněno. Žádej půl říše a stane se.“
Esth CzeCSP 7:2  Také druhého dne při pití vína řekl král Esteře: Jaká je tvá prosba, královno Estero? Bude ti to dáno. Jaká je tvá žádost až do poloviny království? Bude to vykonáno.
Esth CzeBKR 7:2  I řekl král k Ester opět druhého dne, napiv se vína: Jaká jest žádost tvá, Ester královno? A budeť dáno. Aneb jaká jest prosba tvá? Až do polovice království staneť se.
Esth Webster 7:2  And the king said again to Esther on the second day at the banquet of wine, What [is] thy petition, queen Esther? and it shall be granted thee: and what [is] thy request? and it shall be performed, [even] to the half of the kingdom.
Esth NHEB 7:2  The king said again to Esther on the second day at the banquet of wine, "What is your petition, queen Esther? It shall be granted you. What is your request? Even to the half of the kingdom it shall be performed."
Esth AKJV 7:2  And the king said again to Esther on the second day at the banquet of wine, What is your petition, queen Esther? and it shall be granted you: and what is your request? and it shall be performed, even to the half of the kingdom.
Esth DRC 7:3  Then she answered: If I have found favour in thy sight, O king, and if it please thee, give me my life for which I ask, and my people for which I request.
Esth KJV 7:3  Then Esther the queen answered and said, If I have found favour in thy sight, O king, and if it please the king, let my life be given me at my petition, and my people at my request:
Esth Webster 7:3  Then Esther the queen answered and said, If I have found favor in thy sight, O king, and if it shall please the king, let my life be given me at my petition, and my people at my request:
Esth NHEB 7:3  Then Esther the queen answered, "If I have found favor in your sight, O king, and if it please the king, let my life be given me at my petition, and my people at my request.
Esth AKJV 7:3  Then Esther the queen answered and said, If I have found favor in your sight, O king, and if it please the king, let my life be given me at my petition, and my people at my request:
Esth DRC 7:4  For we are given up, I and my people, to be destroyed, to be slain, and to perish. And would God we were sold for bondmen and bondwomen: the evil might be borne with, and I would have mourned in silence: but now we have an enemy, whose cruelty redoundeth upon the king.
Esth KJV 7:4  For we are sold, I and my people, to be destroyed, to be slain, and to perish. But if we had been sold for bondmen and bondwomen, I had held my tongue, although the enemy could not countervail the king’s damage.
Esth CzeCEP 7:4  Vždyť jsme byli prodáni, já i můj lid, aby nás vyhladili, povraždili a zahubili. Kdybychom byli prodáni jen za otroky a otrokyně, mlčela bych, neboť takové soužení by nebylo hodno, aby se jím král obtěžoval.“
Esth CzeB21 7:4  Já i můj lid jsme vydáni zkáze, k pobití a vyhlazení!
Esth Webster 7:4  For we are sold, I and my people, to be destroyed, to be slain, and to perish. But if we had been sold for bond-men and bond-women, I had held my tongue, although the enemy could not countervail the king's damage.
Esth NHEB 7:4  For we are sold, I and my people, to be destroyed, to be slain, and to perish. But if we had been sold for bondservants and bondmaids, I would have held my peace, although the adversary could not have compensated for the king's loss."
Esth AKJV 7:4  For we are sold, I and my people, to be destroyed, to be slain, and to perish. But if we had been sold for slaves and bondwomen, I had held my tongue, although the enemy could not countervail the king's damage.
Esth DRC 7:5  And king Assuerus answered and said: Who is this, and of what power, that he should do these things?
Esth KJV 7:5  Then the king Ahasuerus answered and said unto Esther the queen, Who is he, and where is he, that durst presume in his heart to do so?
Esth Webster 7:5  Then the king Ahasuerus answered and said to Esther the queen, Who is he, and where is he, that durst presume in his heart to do so?
Esth NHEB 7:5  Then King Ahasuerus said to Esther the queen, "Who is he, and where is he who dared presume in his heart to do so?"
Esth AKJV 7:5  Then the king Ahasuerus answered and said to Esther the queen, Who is he, and where is he, that dared presume in his heart to do so?
Esth DRC 7:6  And Esther said: It is this Aman that is our adversary and most wicked enemy. Aman hearing this was forthwith astonished, not being able to bear the countenance of the king and of the queen.
Esth KJV 7:6  And Esther said, The adversary and enemy is this wicked Haman. Then Haman was afraid before the king and the queen.
Esth Webster 7:6  And Esther said, The adversary and enemy [is] this wicked Haman. Then Haman was afraid before the king and the queen.
Esth NHEB 7:6  Esther said, "An adversary and an enemy, even this wicked Haman!" Then Haman was afraid before the king and the queen.
Esth AKJV 7:6  And Esther said, The adversary and enemy is this wicked Haman. Then Haman was afraid before the king and the queen.
Esth DRC 7:7  But the king being angry rose up, and went from the place of the banquet into the garden set with trees. Aman also rose up to entreat Esther the queen for his life, for he understood that evil was prepared for him by the king.
Esth KJV 7:7  And the king arising from the banquet of wine in his wrath went into the palace garden: and Haman stood up to make request for his life to Esther the queen; for he saw that there was evil determined against him by the king.
Esth Webster 7:7  And the king arising from the banquet of wine in his wrath [went] into the palace-garden: and Haman stood up to make request for his life to Esther the queen; for he saw that there was evil determined against him by the king.
Esth NHEB 7:7  The king arose in his wrath from the banquet of wine and went into the palace garden. Haman stood up to make request for his life to Esther the queen; for he saw that there was evil determined against him by the king.
Esth AKJV 7:7  And the king arising from the banquet of wine in his wrath went into the palace garden: and Haman stood up to make request for his life to Esther the queen; for he saw that there was evil determined against him by the king.
Esth DRC 7:8  And when the king came back out of the garden set with trees, and entered into the place of the banquet, he found Aman was fallen upon the bed on which Esther lay, and he said: He will force the queen also in my presence, in my own house. The word was not yet gone out of the king's mouth, and immediately they covered his face.
Esth KJV 7:8  Then the king returned out of the palace garden into the place of the banquet of wine; and Haman was fallen upon the bed whereon Esther was. Then said the king, Will he force the queen also before me in the house? As the word went out of the king’s mouth, they covered Haman’s face.
Tu se král rozkřikl: „To chceš dokonce u mne v domě učinit královně násilí?“ Sotva to slovo z králových úst vyšlo, zakryli Hamanovi tvář.
Jakmile to král vyřkl, eunuchové zakryli Hamanovi tvář.
I řekl král: Což ještě násilé učiniti chce královně u mne v domě? A hned jakž slovo to vyšlo z úst krále, tvář Amanovu zakryli.
Esth Webster 7:8  Then the king returned out of the palace-garden into the place of the banquet of wine; and Haman had fallen upon the bed on which Esther [was]. Then said the king, Will he force the queen also before me in the house? As the word went out of the king's mouth, they covered Haman's face.
Esth NHEB 7:8  Then the king returned out of the palace garden into the place of the banquet of wine; and Haman had fallen on the couch where Esther was. Then the king said, "Will he even assault the queen in front of me in the house?" As the word went out of the king's mouth, they covered Haman's face.
Esth AKJV 7:8  Then the king returned out of the palace garden into the place of the banquet of wine; and Haman was fallen on the bed where on Esther was. Then said the king, Will he force the queen also before me in the house? As the word went out of king's mouth, they covered Haman's face.
Esth VulgClem 7:8  Qui cum reversus esset de horto nemoribus consito, et intrasset convivii locum, reperit Aman super lectulum corruisse in quo jacebat Esther, et ait : Etiam reginam vult opprimere, me præsente, in domo mea.
Esth DRC 7:9  And Harbona, one of the eunuchs that stood waiting on the king, said: Behold the gibbet which he hath prepared for Mardochai, who spoke for the king, standeth in Aman's house, being fifty cubits high. And the king said to him: Hang him upon it.
Esth KJV 7:9  And Harbonah, one of the chamberlains, said before the king, Behold also, the gallows fifty cubits high, which Haman had made for Mordecai, who had spoken good for the king, standeth in the house of Haman. Then the king said, Hang him thereon.
Esth Webster 7:9  And Harbonah, one of the chamberlains, said before the king, Behold also, the gallows fifty cubits high, which Haman had made for Mordecai, who had spoken good for the king, standeth in the house of Haman. Then the king said, Hang him upon it.
Esth NHEB 7:9  Then Harbonah, one of the eunuchs who were with the king said, "Behold, the gallows fifty cubits high, which Haman has made for Mordecai, who spoke good for the king, is standing at Haman's house." The king said, "Hang him on it!"
Esth AKJV 7:9  And Harbonah, one of the chamberlains, said before the king, Behold also, the gallows fifty cubits high, which Haman had made for Mordecai, who spoken good for the king, stands in the house of Haman. Then the king said, Hang him thereon.
Esth DRC 7:10  So Aman was hanged on the gibbet, which he had prepared for Mardochai: and the king's wrath ceased.
Esth KJV 7:10  So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. Then was the king’s wrath pacified.
Esth Webster 7:10  So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. Then was the king's wrath pacified.
Esth NHEB 7:10  So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. Then was the king's wrath pacified.
Esth AKJV 7:10  So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. Then was the king's wrath pacified.
