10:1  And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud. And a rainbow was on his head: and his face, as the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire.

10:1  Tu jsem viděl dalšího mocného anděla, jak sestupuje z nebe, zahalen v oblak. Nad jeho hlavou byla duha, jeho tvář byla jako slunce, nohy jako ohnivé sloupy;

10:1  Uviděl jsem také jiného silného anděla, jak sestupuje z nebe, oblečen oblakem. Na hlavě měl duhu, jeho tvář byla jako slunce a jeho nohy jako ohnivé sloupy.

10:1  Tu jsem uviděl sestupovat z nebe jiného silného anděla oděného do oblaku a nad jeho hlavou byla duha; jeho tvář byla jako slunce a jeho nohy jako ohnivé sloupy

10:1  I viděl jsem jiného anděla silného, sstupujícího s nebe, oděného oblakem, a duha na hlavě jeho byla, a tvář jeho jako slunce, a nohy jeho jako sloupové ohniví.

10:2  And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and [his] left [foot] on the earth,

10:3  a vykřikl mocným hlasem, jako když zařve lev. Na jeho výkřik odpovědělo sedmero zahřmění.

10:4  And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write. And I heard a voice from heaven saying to me: Seal up the things which the seven thunders have spoken. And write them not.

10:4  Et cum locuta fuissent septem tonitrua voces suas, ego scripturus eram : et audivi vocem de cælo dicentem mihi : Signa quæ locuta sunt septem tonitrua : et noli ea scribere.

10:5  And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven,

10:6  a přísahou při tom, který je živ na věky věků, který stvořil nebesa, moře a všecko, co je v nich, potvrdil, že lhůta je u konce;

10:7  ve dnech, kdy zazní polnice sedmého anděla, naplní se Boží tajemství, jak je Bůh oznámil svým služebníkům prorokům.

10:7  ale že ve dnech hlasu sedmého anděla, až bude troubit, bude dokonáno Boží tajemství, jak to oznámil svým služebníkům prorokům.

10:8  And I heard a voice from heaven, again speaking to me and saying: Go and take the book that is open, from the hand of the angel who standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.

10:8  And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.

10:8  Hlas, který jsem slyšel z nebe, opět ke mně promluvil: „Jdi, vezmi tu otevřenou knihu z ruky anděla, který stojí na moři i na zemi.“

10:8  Ten hlas, který jsem předtím slyšel z nebe, pak ke mně znovu promluvil: „Jdi, vezmi z ruky anděla stojícího na moři a na zemi tu otevřenou knížku.“

10:8  A ten hlas, kterýž jsem byl slyšel s nebe, opět mluvil se mnou, a řekl: Jdi, a vezmi tu knížku otevřenou z ruky anděla, stojícího na moři a na zemi.

10:8  And the voice which I heard from heaven spoke to me again, and said, Go, [and] take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.

10:8  And the voice which I heard from heaven spoke to me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which stands on the sea and on the earth.

10:8  Et audivi vocem de cælo iterum loquentem mecum, et dicentem : Vade, et accipe librum apertum de manu angeli stantis super mare, et super terram.

10:9  And I went to the angel, saying unto him that he should give me the book. And he said to me: Take the book and eat it up. And it shall make thy belly bitter: but in thy mouth it shall be sweet as honey.

10:9  And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.

10:9  Přistoupil jsem tedy k tomu andělu a požádal ho, aby mi tu knihu dal. Řekl mi: „Vezmi ji a sněz; v žaludku ti zhořkne, ačkoli v tvých ústech bude sladká jako med.“

10:9  Šel jsem tedy k tomu andělu a řekl mu: „Dej mi tu knížku.“ Odpověděl: „Vezmi ji a sněz. V břiše ti způsobí hořkost, ale v ústech ti bude sladká jako med.“

10:9  I odešel jsem k tomu andělovi a řekl jsem mu, aby mi dal ten malý svitek. Řekl mi: „Vezmi jej a sněz; naplní tvé břicho hořkostí, ale v tvých ústech bude sladký jako med.“

10:9  I šel jsem k andělu, a řekl jsem jemu: Dej mi tu knížku. I řekl mi: Vezmi, a požři ji, a učiníť hořkost v břiše tvém, ale v ústech tvých budeť sladká jako med.

10:9  And I went to the angel, and said to him, Give me the little book. And he said to me, Take [it], and eat it, and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.

10:9  I went to the angel, telling him to give me the little scroll. He said to me, "Take it, and eat it up. It will make your stomach bitter, but in your mouth it will be as sweet as honey."

10:9  And I went to the angel, and said to him, Give me the little book. And he said to me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make your belly bitter, but it shall be in your mouth sweet as honey.

10:9  Et abii ad angelum, dicens ei, ut daret mihi librum. Et dixit mihi : Accipe librum, et devora illum : et faciet amaricari ventrem tuum, sed in ore tuo erit dulce tamquam mel.

10:10  And I took the book from the hand of the angel and ate it up: and it was in my mouth, sweet as honey. And when I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.

10:10  And I took the little book out of the angel’s hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.

10:10  Vzal jsem tu knihu z ruky anděla a snědl ji; v mých ústech byla sladká jako med, ale když jsem ji pozřel, zhořkla mi v žaludku.

10:10  Vzal jsem tedy tu knížku z ruky anděla a snědl jsem ji. V ústech mi byla sladká jako med, ale když jsem ji snědl, měl jsem v břiše hořko.

10:10  Vzal jsem ten malý svitek z ruky anděla a snědl jsem jej; v mých ústech byl sladký jako med, ale když jsem ho snědl, naplnil mé břicho hořkostí.

10:10  I vzal jsem tu knížku z ruky anděla, a požřel jsem ji. I byla v ústech mých sladká jako med, ale když jsem ji požřel, hořko mi bylo v břiše mém.

10:10  And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it my belly was bitter.

10:10  I took the little scroll out of the angel's hand, and ate it up. It was as sweet as honey in my mouth. When I had eaten it, my stomach was made bitter.

10:10  And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.

10:10  Et accepi librum de manu angeli, et devoravi illum : et erat in ore meo tamquam mel dulce, et cum devorassem eum, amaricatus est venter meus :

10:11  And he said to me: Thou must prophesy again to many nations and peoples and tongues and kings.

10:11  And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.

10:11  Tehdy jsem slyšel: „Je třeba, abys znovu prorokoval proti mnoha národům, kmenům, jazykům i králům.“

10:11  Poté mi bylo řečeno: „Musíš znovu prorokovat mnoha lidem, národům, jazykům i králům.“

10:11  A řekli mi: „Musíš znovu přinést proroctví mnohým lidem, národům, jazykům i králům.“

10:11  I dí mi: Musíš opět prorokovati lidem, a národům, a jazykům, i králům mnohým.

10:11  And he said to me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and languages, and kings.
