Chapter 10
Reve DRC 10:1  And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud. And a rainbow was on his head: and his face, as the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire.

Reve DRC 10:2  And he had in his hand a little book, open. And he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot upon the earth.

Reve DRC 10:3  And he cried with a loud voice as when a lion roareth. And when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.

Reve DRC 10:4  And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write. And I heard a voice from heaven saying to me: Seal up the things which the seven thunders have spoken. And write them not.

Reve KJV 10:4  And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.

Reve KJV 10:6  And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:
Reve DRC 10:7  But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound the trumpet, the mystery of God shall be finished, as he hath declared by his servants the prophets.

Reve KJV 10:7  But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
Reve DRC 10:8  And I heard a voice from heaven, again speaking to me and saying: Go and take the book that is open, from the hand of the angel who standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.
Reve VulgClem 10:8  Et audivi vocem de cælo iterum loquentem mecum, et dicentem : Vade, et accipe librum apertum de manu angeli stantis super mare, et super terram.
Reve KJV 10:8  And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.
Reve DRC 10:9  And I went to the angel, saying unto him that he should give me the book. And he said to me: Take the book and eat it up. And it shall make thy belly bitter: but in thy mouth it shall be sweet as honey.
Reve VulgClem 10:9  Et abii ad angelum, dicens ei, ut daret mihi librum. Et dixit mihi : Accipe librum, et devora illum : et faciet amaricari ventrem tuum, sed in ore tuo erit dulce tamquam mel.
Reve KJV 10:9  And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.
Reve DRC 10:10  And I took the book from the hand of the angel and ate it up: and it was in my mouth, sweet as honey. And when I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.
Reve VulgClem 10:10  Et accepi librum de manu angeli, et devoravi illum : et erat in ore meo tamquam mel dulce, et cum devorassem eum, amaricatus est venter meus :
Reve KJV 10:10  And I took the little book out of the angel’s hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.
Reve DRC 10:11  And he said to me: Thou must prophesy again to many nations and peoples and tongues and kings.
Reve VulgClem 10:11  et dixit mihi : Oportet te iterum prophetare gentibus, et populis, et linguis, et regibus multis.
Reve KJV 10:11  And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.
