Chapter 14
Psal DRC 14:1  A psalm for David. Lord, who shall dwell in thy tabernacle? or who shall rest in thy holy hill?
Psal KJV 14:1  The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.
Psal VulgClem 14:1  Psalmus David. Domine, quis habitabit in tabernaculo tuo ? aut quis requiescet in monte sancto tuo ?
Psal DRC 14:2  He that walketh without blemish, and worketh justice:
Psal KJV 14:2  The Lord looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.
Psal VulgClem 14:2  Qui ingreditur sine macula, et operatur justitiam ;
Psal DRC 14:3  He that speaketh truth in his heart, who hath not used deceit in his tongue: Nor hath done evil to his neighbour: nor taken up a reproach against his neighbours.
Psal KJV 14:3  They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
Psal VulgClem 14:3  qui loquitur veritatem in corde suo : qui non egit dolum in lingua sua, nec fecit proximo suo malum, et opprobrium non accepit adversus proximos suos.
Psal DRC 14:4  In his sight the malignant is brought to nothing: but he glorifieth them that fear the Lord. He that sweareth to his neighbour, and deceiveth not;
Psal KJV 14:4  Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon the Lord.
Psal VulgClem 14:4  Ad nihilum deductus est in conspectu ejus malignus ; timentes autem Dominum glorificat. Qui jurat proximo suo, et non decipit ;
Psal DRC 14:5  He that hath not put out his money to usury, nor taken bribes against the innocent: He that doth these things, shall not be moved for ever.
Psal KJV 14:5  There were they in great fear: for God is in the generation of the righteous.
Psal VulgClem 14:5  qui pecuniam suam non dedit ad usuram, et munera super innocentem non accepit : qui facit hæc non movebitur in æternum.

Psal KJV 14:6  Ye have shamed the counsel of the poor, because the Lord is his refuge.

Psal KJV 14:7  Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! when the Lord bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.
