5:1  And I saw, in the right hand of him that sat on the throne, a book, written within and without, sealed with seven seals.

5:1  A v pravici toho, který sedí na trůnu, spatřil jsem knihu úplně popsanou, zapečetěnou sedmi pečetěmi.

5:1  Na pravici Sedícího na trůnu jsem viděl knihu popsanou zevnitř i zvenčí, zapečetěnou sedmi pečetěmi.

5:1  A na pravici Sedícího na trůnu jsem spatřil svitek popsaný zevnitř i zvenčí, zapečetěný sedmi pečetěmi.

5:1  I viděl jsem po pravici sedícího na trůnu knihu popsanou vnitř i zevnitř, zapečetěnou sedmi pečetmi.

5:1  And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.

5:2  Tu jsem uviděl mocného anděla, který vyhlásil velikým hlasem: „Kdo je hoden otevřít tu knihu a rozlomit její pečetě?“

5:2  Potom jsem viděl silného anděla, jak volá mocným hlasem: „Kdo je hoden otevřít tu knihu a rozlomit její pečeti?“

5:2  A uviděl jsem silného anděla, který hlásal mocným hlasem: „Kdo je hoden otevřít ten svitek a rozlomit jeho pečetě?“

5:2  A viděl jsem anděla silného, volajícího hlasem velikým: Kdo jest hoden otevříti tu knihu, a zrušiti pečeti její?

5:2  And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose its seals?

5:2  I saw a mighty angel proclaiming with a loud voice, "Who is worthy to open the scroll, and to break its seals?"

5:2  And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?

5:2  Et vidi angelum fortem, prædicantem voce magna : Quis est dignus aperire librum, et solvere signacula ejus ?

5:3  And no man was able, neither in heaven nor on earth nor under the earth, to open the book, nor to look on it.

5:3  And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.

5:3  Ale nikdo na nebi ani na zemi ani pod zemí nemohl tu knihu otevřít a podívat se do ní.

5:3  A nikdo na nebi, na zemi ani pod zemí nemohl tu knihu otevřít ani do ní nahlédnout.

5:3  A nikdo v nebi ani na zemi ani pod zemí nemohl otevřít ten svitek a dívat se do něho.

5:3  I nemohl žádný, ani na nebi, ani na zemi, ani pod zemí, otevříti té knihy, ani pohleděti do ní.

5:3  And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look upon it.

5:3  No one in heaven, or on the earth, or under the earth, was able to open the scroll, or to look in it.

5:4  And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open the book, nor to see it.

5:4  Velmi jsem plakal, že se nenašel nikdo, kdo by byl hoden tu knihu otevřít a podívat se do ní.

5:4  Velmi jsem plakal, že se nenašel nikdo, kdo by byl hoden otevřít tu knihu a nahlédnout do ní.

5:4  Velmi jsem plakal, že se nenašel nikdo, kdo by byl hoden svitek otevřít a dívat se do něj.

5:4  Pročež já plakal jsem velmi, že není nalezen žádný, kdo by hoden byl otevříti a čísti tu knihu, ani pohleděti do ní.

5:4  And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open, and to read the book, neither to look upon it.

5:4  Et ego flebam multum, quoniam nemo dignus inventus est aperire librum, nec videre eum.

5:5  And one of the ancients said to me: Weep not: behold the lion of the tribe of Juda, the root of David, hath prevailed to open the book and to loose the seven seals thereof.

5:5  And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

5:5  Ale jeden ze starců mi řekl: „Neplač. Hle, zvítězil lev z pokolení Judova, potomek Davidův; on otevře tu knihu sedmkrát zapečetěnou.“

5:5  Jeden z těch starců mi však řekl: „Neplač. Hle, zvítězil Lev z pokolení Juda, kořen Davidův! On otevře tu knihu a jejích sedm pečetí.“

5:5  Ale jeden ze starších mi říká: „Neplač. Hle, zvítězil lev, ten z kmene Judova, kořen Davidův, aby otevřel ten svitek a jeho sedm pečetí.“

5:5  Tedy jeden z těch starců řekl mi: Neplač. Aj, svítězilť lev, ten kterýž jest z pokolení Judova, kořen Davidův, aby otevřel tu knihu, a zrušil sedm pečetí jejích.

5:5  And one of the elders saith to me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose its seven seals.

5:5  One of the elders said to me, "Do not weep. Behold, the Lion who is of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has overcome; he who opens the scroll and its seven seals."

5:5  And one of the elders said to me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

5:5  Et unus de senioribus dixit mihi : Ne fleveris : ecce vicit leo de tribu Juda, radix David, aperire librum, et solvere septem signacula ejus.

5:6  And I saw: and behold in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures and in the midst of the ancients, a Lamb standing, as it were slain, having seven horns and seven eyes: which are the seven Spirits of God, sent forth into all the earth.

5:6  And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

5:6  Vtom jsem spatřil, že uprostřed mezi trůnem a těmi čtyřmi bytostmi a starci stojí Beránek, ten obětovaný; měl sedm rohů a sedm očí, což je sedmero duchů Božích vyslaných do celého světa.

5:6  A hle, spatřil jsem, jak uprostřed trůnu a těch čtyř bytostí a uprostřed těch starců stojí Beránek jako zabitý a má sedm rohů a sedm očí, což je sedm duchů Božích poslaných na celou zem.

5:6  A tu jsem spatřil, že uprostřed trůnu a těch čtyř živých bytostí a uprostřed těch starších stál Beránek jako zabitý; měl sedm rohů a sedm očí, což jest sedm duchů Božích, vyslaných do celé země.

5:6  I pohleděl jsem, a aj, mezi trůnem a čtyřmi těmi zvířaty a mezi těmi starci Beránek stojí jako zabitý, maje sedm rohů a sedm očí, jenž jsou sedm duchů Božích, poslaných na všecku zemi.

5:6  And I beheld, and lo, in the midst of the throne, and of the four living beings, and in the midst of the elders stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns, and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

5:6  I saw in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, a Lamb standing, as though it had been slain, having seven horns, and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God, sent out into all the earth.

5:6  And I beheld, and, see, in the middle of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the middle of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

5:6  Et vidi : et ecce in medio throni et quatuor animalium, et in medio seniorum, Agnum stantem tamquam occisum, habentem cornua septem, et oculos septem : qui sunt septem spiritus Dei, missi in omnem terram.

5:7  And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat on the throne.

5:7  Přistoupil k tomu, který sedí na trůnu, a přijal knihu z jeho pravice.

5:7  And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.

5:7  Et venit : et accepit de dextera sedentis in throno librum.

5:8  And when he had opened the book, the four living creatures and the four and twenty ancients fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.

5:8  And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.

5:8  A když tu knihu uchopil, čtyři bytosti a čtyřiadvacet starců padlo na kolena před Beránkem; každý měl loutnu a zlatou nádobu naplněnou vůní kadidla, což jsou modlitby Božího lidu.

5:8  a jakmile ji vzal, ty čtyři bytosti a těch čtyřiadvacet starců padlo před Beránkem na kolena. Každý měl loutnu a zlaté misky plné kadidel, což jsou modlitby svatých

5:8  A jakž vzal tu knihu, hned těch čtvero zvířat a těch čtyřmecítma starců padlo před tím Beránkem, majíce jeden každý z nich harfu, a báně zlaté plné vůně, jenž jsou modlitby svatých.

5:8  And when he had taken the book, the four living beings, and four [and] twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odors, which are the prayers of saints.

5:8  Now when he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.

5:8  And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odors, which are the prayers of saints.

5:8  Et cum aperuisset librum, quatuor animalia, et viginti quatuor seniores ceciderunt coram Agno, habentes singuli citharas, et phialas aureas plenas odoramentorum, quæ sunt orationes sanctorum :

5:9  And they sung a new canticle, saying: Thou art worthy, O Lord, to take the book and to open the seals thereof: because thou wast slain and hast redeemed us to God, in thy blood, out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation:

5:9  And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

5:9  A zpívali novou píseň: „Jsi hoden přijmout tu knihu a rozlomit její pečetě, protože jsi byl obětován, svou krví jsi Bohu vykoupil lidi ze všech kmenů, jazyků, národů a ras

5:9  a zpívali novou píseň: „Jsi hoden vzít tu knihu a otevřít její pečeti, neboť jsi byl zabit a vykoupils Bohu svou krví lidi z každého pokolení a jazyka, lidu i národa.

5:9  A zpívají novou píseň: „Jsi hoden vzít ten svitek a otevřít jeho pečeti, protože jsi byl zabit a svou krví jsi vykoupil Bohu lidi z každého kmene, jazyka, lidu a národu,

5:9  A zpívali píseň novou, řkouce: Hoden jsi vzíti tu knihu, a otevříti pečeti její. Nebo jsi zabit, a vykoupils nás Bohu krví svou ze všelikého pokolení a jazyku a lidu i národu.

5:9  And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals of it: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and language, and people, and nation;

5:9  They sang a new song, saying, "You are worthy to take the scroll, and to open its seals: for you were killed, and redeemed us for God with your blood, out of every tribe, language, people, and nation,

5:9  And they sung a new song, saying, You are worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for you were slain, and have redeemed us to God by your blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

5:9  et cantabant canticum novum, dicentes : Dignus es, Domine, accipere librum, et aperire signacula ejus : quoniam occisus es, et redemisti nos Deo in sanguine tuo ex omni tribu, et lingua, et populo, et natione :

5:10  And hast made us to our God a kingdom and priests, and we shall reign on the earth.

5:10  And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

5:10  a učinil je královským kněžstvem našeho Boha; a ujmou se vlády nad zemí.“

5:10  Učinil jsi nás králi a kněžími našemu Bohu a budeme kralovat nad zemí.“

5:10  And hast made us to our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

5:10  and made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they will reign on earth."

5:10  et fecisti nos Deo nostro regnum, et sacerdotes : et regnabimus super terram.

5:11  And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the living creatures and the ancients (and the number of them was thousands of thousands),

5:11  And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;

5:11  A viděl jsem, jak kolem trůnu a těch bytostí i starců stojí množství andělů - bylo jich na tisíce a na statisíce;

5:11  Okolo trůnu, těch bytostí a starců jsem viděl a slyšel hlas mnoha andělů. Byly jich miliony a miliardy

5:11  I uviděl jsem a uslyšel jsem hlas mnoha andělů okolo trůnu a těch živých bytostí a těch starších, jejich počet byl desetitisíce desetitisíců a tisíce tisíců,

5:11  I viděl jsem a slyšel hlas andělů mnohých okolo toho trůnu a těch zvířat i starců, a byl jich počet stokrát tisíc tisíců a desetkrát sto tisíců,

5:11  And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne, and the living beings, and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;

5:11  I saw, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne, the living creatures, and the elders; and the number of them was ten thousands of ten thousands, and thousands of thousands;

5:11  And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;

5:11  Et vidi, et audivi vocem angelorum multorum in circuitu throni, et animalium, et seniorum : et erat numerus eorum millia millium,

5:12  Saying with a loud voice: The Lamb that was slain is worthy to receive power and divinity and wisdom and strength and honour and glory and benediction.

5:12  Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.

5:12  slyšel jsem je mocným hlasem volat: „Hoden jest Beránek, ten obětovaný, přijmout moc, bohatství, moudrost, sílu, poctu, slávu i dobrořečení.“

5:12  a volali mocným hlasem: „Hoden je ten zabitý Beránek přijmout moc a bohatství, moudrost a sílu, slávu, chválu a čest!“

5:12  a říkali mocným hlasem: „Hoden jest Beránek, ten zabitý, přijmout tu moc a bohatství, moudrost, sílu a úctu, slávu a dobrořečení.“

5:12  Řkoucích velikým hlasem: Hodenť jest ten Beránek zabitý vzíti moc, a bohatství, i moudrost, i sílu, i čest, i slávu, i požehnání.

5:12  Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and blessing.

5:12  saying with a loud voice, "Worthy is the Lamb who has been killed to receive the power, wealth, wisdom, strength, honor, glory, and blessing!"

5:12  Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and blessing.

5:12  dicentium voce magna : Dignus est Agnus, qui occisus est, accipere virtutem, et divinitatem, et sapientiam, et fortitudinem, et honorem, et gloriam, et benedictionem.

5:13  And every creature which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, I heard all saying: To him that sitteth on the throne and to the Lamb, benediction and honour and glory and power, for ever and ever.

5:13  And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.

5:13  A všechno stvoření na nebi, na zemi, pod zemí i v moři, všecko, co v nich jest, slyšel jsem volat: „Tomu, jenž sedí na trůnu, i Beránkovi dobrořečení, čest, sláva i moc na věky věků!“

5:13  Také všechno stvoření, které je na nebi, na zemi, pod zemí i v moři, všechno, co je v nich, jsem slyšel volat: „Sedícímu na trůnu a Beránkovi chvála a čest, sláva i vláda na věky věků!“

5:13  A všechno stvoření, které [je] v nebi, na zemi, pod zemí i na moři, všechno, co je v nich, jsem slyšel volat: „Tomu, jenž sedí na trůnu, a Beránkovi dobrořečení, úcta, sláva i moc na věky věků!“

5:13  Též všecko stvoření, kteréž jest na nebi, i na zemi, i pod zemí, i v moři, i všecko, což v nich jest, slyšel jsem řkoucí: Sedícímu na trůnu a Beránkovi požehnání, čest a sláva i síla na věky věků.

5:13  And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, I heard saying, Blessing, and honor, and glory, and power, [be] to him that sitteth upon the throne, and to the Lamb for ever and ever.

5:13  I heard every created thing which is in heaven, on the earth, under the earth, on the sea, and everything in them, saying, "To him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb be the blessing, the honor, the glory, and the dominion, forever and ever!"

5:13  And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honor, and glory, and power, be to him that sits on the throne, and to the Lamb for ever and ever.

5:13  Et omnem creaturam, quæ in cælo est, et super terram, et sub terra, et quæ sunt in mari, et quæ in eo : omnes audivi dicentes : Sedenti in throno, et Agno, benedictio et honor, et gloria, et potestas in sæcula sæculorum.

5:14  And the four living creatures said: Amen. And the four and twenty ancients fell down on their faces and adored him that liveth for ever and ever.

5:14  And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.

5:14  A ty čtyři bytosti řekly: „Amen“; starci padli na kolena a klaněli se.

5:14  And the four living beings said, Amen. And the four [and] twenty elders fell down and worshiped him that liveth for ever and ever.

5:14  The four living creatures were saying, "Amen!" The elders fell down and worshiped.

5:14  And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that lives for ever and ever.

5:14  Et quatuor animalia dicebant : Amen. Et viginti quatuor seniores ceciderunt in facies suas : et adoraverunt viventem in sæcula sæculorum.
