3:1  And I said: Hear, O ye princes of Jacob, and ye chiefs of the house of Israel: Is it not your part to know judgment,

3:1  And I said, Hear, I pray you, O heads of Jacob, and ye princes of the house of Israel; Is it not for you to know judgment?

3:1  Pravím: Slyšte, představitelé Jákobovi, vůdcové izraelského domu! Což není vaším úkolem znát právo?

3:1  Řekl jsem: „Slyšte, vy přední v Jákobovi, vůdcové domu Izraele: Nemáte snad znát právo,

3:1  Řekl jsem: Slyšte, předáci Jákobovi, vůdcové domu izraelského. Což nemáte znát právo?

3:1  Protož pravím: Slyštež již přední v Jákobovi, a vůdcové domu Izraelského: Zdaliž vy nemáte povědomi býti soudu?

3:1  Et dixi : Audite, princeps Jacob, et duces domus Israël : numquid non vestrum est scire judicium,

3:2  You that hate good, and love evil: that violently pluck off their skins from them and their flesh from their bones?

3:2  Dobro nenávidíte a milujete zlo, stahujete z lidu kůži a z jeho kostí maso.

3:3  Požírají maso mého lidu, sdírají z nich kůži a lámou jim kosti, jako by je kouskovali do hrnce, jak do kotle maso.

3:3  vy, kdo maso mého lidu hryžete, odíráte je z kůže a jejich kosti lámete; vy, kdo je porcujete jako do hrnce a jako maso do kotle?“

3:3  Ano, jedí maso mého lidu, kůži z nich svlékají, jejich kosti lámou. Kouskují je jako do hrnce, jako maso do kotle.

3:4  Až budou úpět k Hospodinu, neodpoví jim; skryje před nimi tvář v onen čas, jak zasluhují za svoje zlé skutky.

3:4  K Hospodinu pak budou volat, ale nevyslyší je. V ten čas před nimi skryje tvář, protože jednali tak zle.

3:4  Tehdy volati budou k Hospodinu, a nevyslyší jich, ale skryje tvář svou před nimi v ten čas, tak jakž oni vykonávali zlá předsevzetí svá.

3:4  Then shall they cry to the LORD, but he will not hear them: he will even hide his face from them at that time, as they have behaved themselves ill in their doings.

3:5  Thus saith the Lord concerning the prophets that make my people err: that bite with their teeth, and preach peace: and if a man give not something into their mouth, they prepare war against him.

3:5  Toto praví Hospodin proti prorokům, kteří svádějí můj lid: Když mají svými zuby co kousat, mluví o pokoji; když pak jim někdo do úst nic nedá, vyhlašují proti němu svatý boj.

3:5  Toto praví Hospodin o prorocích, kteří svádějí můj lid: „Když dostanou dobře najíst, hlásají: ‚Blahobyt!‘ Kdo je však nenakrmí, proti tomu jdou do války.

3:5  Toto praví Hospodin o prorocích, kteří vedou můj lid do bludu, kteří -- když mají co zuby kousat -- vyhlašují pokoj, ale na toho, kdo jim do úst nic nedá, chystají válku.

3:5  Takto praví Hospodin o těch prorocích, kteříž v blud uvodí lid můj, a hryzouce zuby svými, vyhlašují pokoj, a proti tomu, kdož by jim nic do úst nedal, válku vyzdvihují.

3:5  Thus saith the LORD concerning the prophets that make my people err, that bite with their teeth, and cry, Peace; and he that putteth not into their mouths, they even prepare war against him:

3:6  Therefore night shall be to you instead of vision, and darkness to you instead of divination: and the sun shall go down upon the prophets, and the day shall be darkened over them.

3:6  Proto vám nastane noc bez vidění, tma bez věštby. Nad těmi proroky zajde slunce, den se nad nimi zachmuří.

3:6  A proto na vás přijde noc – už žádná vidění; temno a žádné věštění. Slunce zapadne nad těmi proroky, den se nad nimi zatemní.

3:6  Proto budete mít noc místo vidění, ⌈budete mít tmu⌉ místo věštění. Zajde slunce nad těmi proroky, zatmí se jim den.

3:6  A protož obrátí se vám vidění v noc, a předpovídání vaše v tmu; nebo zajde slunce těm prorokům, a zatmí se jim den.

3:6  Therefore night [shall be] to you, that ye shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark to you, that ye shall not divine; and the sun shall go down over the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them.

3:7  And they shall be confounded that see visions, and the diviners shall be confounded: and they shall all cover their faces, because there is no answer of God.

3:7  Then shall the seers be ashamed, and the diviners confounded: yea, they shall all cover their lips; for there is no answer of God.

3:7  Tu se budou jasnovidci stydět, rdít se budou věštci, všichni si zakryjí ústa, neboť Bůh neodpoví.

3:7  Vidoucí budou zahanbeni, věštci se zastydí, všichni si studem tváře zakryjí, protože jim Bůh neodpoví.“

3:7  Vidoucí se budou stydět, věštci se budou hanbit, všichni si budou zakrývat vousy, protože ⌈nebude Boží odpověď.⌉

3:7  I budou se hanbiti ti vidoucí, a styděti ti věštci, a zastrou bradu svou všickni napořád, proto že nebude žádné odpovědi Boží.

3:7  Then shall the seers be ashamed, and the diviners confounded: yes, they shall all cover their lips; for [there is] no answer of God.

3:8  Já však jsem naplněn mocí, duchem Hospodinovým, právem a bohatýrskou silou, abych mohl Jákobovi povědět o jeho nevěrnosti, Izraeli o jeho hříchu.

3:8  Já jsem však naplněn mocí, Duchem Hospodinovým, spravedlností a smělostí, abych Jákobovi jeho vzpouru oznámil a Izraeli jeho hřích.

3:9  Slyšte to, představitelé domu Jákobova, vůdcové izraelského domu, vy, kteří si hnusíte právo a překrucujete všechno, co je přímé!

3:9  Slyšte to, vy přední v domě Jákobově, vůdcové domu Izraele, vy, kdo pohrdáte právem a všechno rovné křivíte;

3:9  Slyšte toto, předáci domu Jákobova a vůdcové domu izraelského, kteří opovrhujete právem a všechno, co je správné, převracíte,

3:9  Slyštež již toto přední v domě Jákobově, a vůdcové domu Izraelského, kteříž v ošklivosti mají soud, a cožkoli jest pravého, převracejí:

3:11  Jeho představitelé soudí za úplatek, jeho kněží učí za odměnu, jeho proroci věští za stříbro. Přitom spoléhají na Hospodina a říkají: „Což není Hospodin uprostřed nás? Na nás nepřijde nic zlého.“

3:11  Jehož přední podlé darů soudí, a kněží jeho ze mzdy učí, a proroci jeho z peněz hádají, a však na Hospodina zpoléhají, říkajíce: Zdaliž Hospodina není u prostřed nás? Nepřijdeť na nás nic zlého.

3:11  Her heads judge for reward, and her priests teach for hire, and her prophets divine for money; yet will they lean upon the LORD, and say, [Is] not the LORD among us? no evil can come upon us.

3:12  Nuže, právě kvůli vám bude Sion jak pole rozorán! Z Jeruzaléma bude trosek hromada a z chrámové hory zarostlá vyvýšenina!

3:12  Proto kvůli vám bude Sijón zorán jako pole, Jeruzalém se stane sutinami a chrámová hora zalesněným návrším.

3:12  A protož vaší příčinou Sion jako pole orán bude, a Jeruzalém v hromady obrácen bude, a hora domu toho v vysoké lesy.
