Chapter 122
Psal DRC 122:1  To thee have I lifted up my eyes, who dwellest in heaven.
Psal VulgClem 122:1  Canticum graduum. Ad te levavi oculos meos, qui habitas in cælis.
Psal KJV 122:1  I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the Lord.
Psal DRC 122:2  Behold as the eyes of servants are on the hands of their masters, As the eyes of the handmaid are on the hands of her mistress: so are our eyes unto the Lord our God, until he have mercy on us.
Psal VulgClem 122:2  Ecce sicut oculi servorum in manibus dominorum suorum ; sicut oculi ancillæ in manibus dominæ suæ : ita oculi nostri ad Dominum Deum nostrum, donec misereatur nostri.
Psal KJV 122:2  Our feet shall stand within thy gates, O Jerusalem.
Psal DRC 122:3  Have mercy on us, O Lord, have mercy on us: for we are greatly filled with contempt.
Psal VulgClem 122:3  Miserere nostri, Domine, miserere nostri, quia multum repleti sumus despectione ;
Psal KJV 122:3  Jerusalem is builded as a city that is compact together:
Psal DRC 122:4  For our soul is greatly filled: we are a reproach to the rich, and contempt to the proud.
Psal VulgClem 122:4  quia multum repleta est anima nostra opprobrium abundantibus, et despectio superbis.
Psal KJV 122:4  Whither the tribes go up, the tribes of the Lord, unto the testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the Lord.
