22:6  That is, to carpenters and masons, and to such as mend breaches: and that timber may be bought, and stones out of the quarries, to repair the temple of the Lord.

22:8  Velekněz Chilkijáš řekl písaři Šáfanovi: „Nalezl jsem v Hospodinově domě knihu Zákona.“ Chilkijáš dal tu knihu Šáfanovi a on ji četl.

22:9  And Saphan, the scribe, came to the king, and brought him word again concerning that which he had commanded, and said: Thy servants have gathered together the money that was found in the house of the Lord: and they have given it to be distributed to the workmen, by the overseers of the works of the temple of the Lord.

22:9  And Shaphan the scribe came to the king, and brought the king word again, and said, Thy servants have gathered the money that was found in the house, and have delivered it into the hand of them that do the work, that have the oversight of the house of the Lord.

22:9  Poté písař Šáfan vstoupil ke králi a podal králi hlášení. Řekl: „Tvoji služebníci vyzvedli stříbro, které se nacházelo v domě, a vydali je těm, kdo pracují jako dohlížitelé v Hospodinově domě.“

22:13  Go and consult the Lord for me, and for the people, and for all Juda, concerning the words of this book which is found: for the great wrath of the Lord is kindled against us, because our fathers have not hearkened to the words of this book, to do all that is written for us.

22:13  Go ye, enquire of the Lord for me, and for the people, and for all Judah, concerning the words of this book that is found: for great is the wrath of the Lord that is kindled against us, because our fathers have not hearkened unto the words of this book, to do according unto all that which is written concerning us.

22:13  „Jděte se dotázat Hospodina ohledně mne i lidu a celého Judska, pokud jde o slova této nalezené knihy. Vždyť je proti nám rozníceno veliké Hospodinovo rozhořčení za to, že naši otcové neposlouchali slova té knihy a nejednali podle toho všeho, co je v ní o nás napsáno.“

22:13  „Jděte se za mě, za lid a za celé Judsko dotazovat Hospodina ohledně slov této nalezené knihy. Hospodin proti nám plane velikým hněvem, neboť naši otcové neposlouchali slova této knihy a neřídili se vším, co je v ní o nás psáno.“

22:13  Jděte a dotažte se Hospodina za mě, za lid a za celého Judu ohledně slov této nalezené knihy. Vždyť velká je Hospodinova zloba, která plane proti nám, protože naši otcové neposlouchali slova této knihy a neplnili vše, co je v ní zapsáno.

22:13  Jděte, poraďte se s Hospodinem o mne i o lid, a o všeho Judu z strany slov knihy této, kteráž jest nalezena; nebo veliký jest hněv Hospodinův, kterýž rozpálen jest proti nám, proto že otcové naši neposlouchali slov knihy této, aby činili všecko tak, jakž jest nám zapsáno.

22:13  Go ye, inquire of the LORD for me, and for the people, and for all Judah, concerning the words of this book that is found: for great [is] the wrath of the LORD that is kindled against us, because our fathers have not hearkened to the words of this book, to do according to all that which is written concerning us.

22:14  So Hilkiah the priest, and Ahikam, and Achbor, and Shaphan, and Asahiah, went unto Huldah the prophetess, the wife of Shallum the son of Tikvah, the son of Harhas, keeper of the wardrobe; (now she dwelt in Jerusalem in the college;) and they communed with her.

22:14  Kněz Chilkijáš, Achíkam, Akbór, Šáfan a Asajáš se odebrali k prorokyni Chuldě, manželce Šalúma, syna Tikvy, syna Charchasova, strážce rouch. Bydlela v Jeruzalémě v Novém Městě. Mluvili s ní.

22:14  Kněz Chilkiáš, Achikam, Achbor, Šafan i Asajáš tedy šli za prorokyní Chuldou, ženou Šaluma, syna Tikvy, syna Charchasova, strážce rouch. Bydlela v jeruzalémském Novém městě. Když s ní o tom promluvili,

22:14  Kněz Chilkijáš, Achíkam, Akbór, Šáfan a Asajáš tedy šli k prorokyni Chuldě, manželce strážce rouch Šalúma, syna Tikvy, syna Charchasova; bydlela v Jeruzalémě v Mišne. Promluvili s ní.

22:14  Tedy šli Helkiáš kněz a Achikam, a Achbor, a Safan a Asaia k Chuldě prorokyni, manželce Salluma, syna Tekue, syna Charchas, strážného nad rouchem; nebo bydlila v Jeruzalémě na druhé straně. A mluvili s ní.

22:19  And thy heart hath been moved to fear, and thou hast humbled thyself before the Lord, hearing the words against this place, and the inhabitants thereof, to wit, that they should become a wonder and a curse: and thou hast rent thy garments, and wept before me; I also have heard thee; saith the Lord.

22:19  Protože tvé srdce zjihlo a pokořil ses před Hospodinem, když jsi uslyšel, co jsem mluvil proti tomuto místu a proti jeho obyvatelům, že tu bude spoušť a zlořečení, protože jsi roztrhl své roucho a přede mnou plakal, vyslyšel jsem tě, je výrok Hospodinův.

22:19  Když jsi uslyšel, jak jsem o tomto místu a jeho obyvatelích prohlásil, že na ně přijde zkáza a prokletí, nezatvrdil jsi své srdce, ale ponížil ses před Hospodinem; roztrhl jsi své roucho a plakals přede mnou. Proto jsem tě také vyslyšel, praví Hospodin.

22:19  Protože tvé srdce změklo a pokořil ses před Hospodinem, když jsi slyšel, co jsem promluvil proti tomuto místu a proti jeho obyvatelům -- že se stane hroznou pustinou a kletbou -- roztrhl jsi své roucho a plakal jsi přede mnou, také já jsem slyšel, je Hospodinův výrok.

22:19  Poněvadž obměkčeno jest srdce tvé, a ponížils se před tváří Hospodinovou, když jsi slyšel, které věci jsem mluvil proti místu tomuto, a proti obyvatelům jeho, že má přijíti v zpuštění a v zlořečení, a roztrhl jsi roucho své, a plakals přede mnou, i já také uslyšel jsem tě, praví Hospodin.

22:20  Proto tě připojím ke tvým otcům, budeš uložen do svého hrobu v pokoji a tvé oči nespatří nic z toho zla, které uvedu na toto místo.“ I podali toto hlášení králi.

22:20  Hle, připojím tě k tvým předkům a budeš uložen do hrobu v pokoji. Tvé oči nespatří nic z toho neštěstí, které na toto místo dopustím.‘“ S touto zprávou se tedy vrátili ke králi.

22:20  Proto hle, připojím tě ke tvým otcům a odebereš se do svého hrobu v pokoji. Tvé oči neuvidí nic z toho zla, které přivedu na toto místo. ⌈Přinesli tedy králi tuto zprávu.⌉

22:20  Protož, aj, já připojím tě k otcům tvým, a pochován budeš v hrobích svých v pokoji, aby neviděly oči tvé ničeho z toho zlého, kteréž přivedu na místo toto. I oznámili králi tu řeč.
