Chapter 6
Psal DRC 6:1  Unto the end, in verses, a psalm for David, for the octave.
Psal KJV 6:1  O Lord, rebuke me not in thine anger, neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.
Psal VulgClem 6:1  In finem, in carminibus. Psalmus David. Pro octava.
Psal DRC 6:2  O Lord, rebuke me not in thy indignation, nor chastise me in thy wrath.
Psal KJV 6:2  Have mercy upon me, O Lord; for I am weak: O Lord, heal me; for my bones are vexed.
Psal VulgClem 6:2  Domine, ne in furore tuo arguas me, neque in ira tua corripias me.
Psal DRC 6:3  Have mercy on me, O Lord, for I am weak: heal me, O Lord, for my bones are troubled.
Psal KJV 6:3  My soul is also sore vexed: but thou, O Lord, how long?
Psal VulgClem 6:3  Miserere mei, Domine, quoniam infirmus sum ; sana me, Domine, quoniam conturbata sunt ossa mea.
Psal DRC 6:4  And my soul is troubled exceedingly: but thou, O Lord, how long?
Psal KJV 6:4  Return, O Lord, deliver my soul: oh save me for thy mercies’ sake.
Psal VulgClem 6:4  Et anima mea turbata est valde ; sed tu, Domine, usquequo ?
Psal DRC 6:5  Turn to me, O Lord, and deliver my soul: O save me for thy mercy's sake.
Psal KJV 6:5  For in death there is no remembrance of thee: in the grave who shall give thee thanks?
Psal VulgClem 6:5  Convertere, Domine, et eripe animam meam ; salvum me fac propter misericordiam tuam.
Psal DRC 6:6  For there is no one in death, that is mindful of thee: and who shall confess to thee in hell?
Psal KJV 6:6  I am weary with my groaning; all the night make I my bed to swim; I water my couch with my tears.
Psal VulgClem 6:6  Quoniam non est in morte qui memor sit tui ; in inferno autem quis confitebitur tibi ?
Psal DRC 6:7  I have laboured in my groanings, every night I will wash my bed: I will water my couch with my tears.
Psal KJV 6:7  Mine eye is consumed because of grief; it waxeth old because of all mine enemies.
Psal VulgClem 6:7  Laboravi in gemitu meo ; lavabo per singulas noctes lectum meum : lacrimis meis stratum meum rigabo.
Psal DRC 6:8  My eye is troubled through indignation: I have grown old amongst all my enemies.
Psal KJV 6:8  Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for the Lord hath heard the voice of my weeping.
Psal VulgClem 6:8  Turbatus est a furore oculus meus ; inveteravi inter omnes inimicos meos.
Psal DRC 6:9  Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity: for the Lord hath heard the voice of my weeping.
Psal KJV 6:9  The Lord hath heard my supplication; the Lord will receive my prayer.
Psal VulgClem 6:9  Discedite a me omnes qui operamini iniquitatem, quoniam exaudivit Dominus vocem fletus mei.
Psal DRC 6:10  The Lord hath heard my supplication: the Lord hath received my prayer.
Psal KJV 6:10  Let all mine enemies be ashamed and sore vexed: let them return and be ashamed suddenly.
Psal VulgClem 6:10  Exaudivit Dominus deprecationem meam ; Dominus orationem meam suscepit.
Psal DRC 6:11  Let all my enemies be ashamed, and be very much troubled: let them be turned back, and be ashamed very speedily.

Psal VulgClem 6:11  Erubescant, et conturbentur vehementer, omnes inimici mei ; convertantur, et erubescant valde velociter.
