7:1  And it came to pass in the fourth year of king Darius, that the word of the Lord came to Zechariah, in the fourth day of the ninth month, which is Casleu.

7:1  And it came to pass in the fourth year of king Darius, that the word of the Lord came unto Zechariah in the fourth day of the ninth month, even in Chisleu;

7:1  Čtvrtého roku vlády krále Dareia, čtvrtého dne devátého měsíce, totiž měsíce kislevu, stalo se slovo Hospodinovo k Zacharjášovi.

7:1  Čtvrtého dne devátého měsíce (totiž měsíce kislev) ve čtvrtém roce vlády krále Dareia dostal Zachariáš slovo Hospodinovo.

7:1  Ve čtvrtém roce vlády krále Dareia se stalo Hospodinovo slovo k Zacharjášovi čtvrtého dne devátého měsíce, tedy kislevu.

7:1  Potom stalo se léta čtvrtého Daria krále, stalo se slovo Hospodinovo k Zachariášovi, čtvrtého dne měsíce devátého, kterýž jest Kislef,

7:1  And it came to pass in the fourth year of king Darius, [that] the word of the LORD came to Zechariah in the fourth [day] of the ninth month, [even] in Chisleu;

7:1  It happened in the fourth year of king Darius that the word of the Lord came to Zechariah in the fourth day of the ninth month, the month of Chislev.

7:2  When Sarasar, and Rogommelech, and the men that were with him, sent to the house of God, to entreat the face of the Lord:

7:2  Tehdy poslal Bét-el Sar-esera s Regem-melekem a jeho muži, aby si naklonil Hospodina

7:2  Z Bet-elu totiž poslali Sar-ecera a Regem-melecha s jeho muži, aby prosili Hospodina o přízeň

7:2  Tehdy Bét–el poslal Saresera a Regem–meleka s jeho muži udobřit si Hospodinovu tvář

7:2  Když poslal do domu Božího Sarezer a Regemmelech, i muži jeho, aby se kořili tváři Hospodinově,

7:2  When they had sent to the house of God Sherezer and Regem-melech, and their men, to pray before the LORD,

7:3  To speak to the priests of the house of the Lord of hosts, and to the prophets, saying: Must I weep in the fifth month, or must I sanctify myself as I have now done for many years?

7:3  And to speak unto the priests which were in the house of the Lord of hosts, and to the prophets, saying, Should I weep in the fifth month, separating myself, as I have done these so many years?

7:3  a aby se při domě Hospodina zástupů otázali kněží a proroků: „Mám se nadále pátého měsíce oddávat pláči a odříkání, jak jsem to po léta činil?“

7:3  a zeptali se kněží v chrámě Hospodina zástupů a rovněž proroků: „Máme v pátém měsíci truchlit a postit se, jak to děláme už tolik let?“

7:3  a zeptat se kněží, kteří patřili domu Hospodina zástupů, a proroků: Mám plakat v pátém měsíci a postit se, jako jsem to dělal po mnoho let?

7:3  A aby mluvili k kněžím, kteříž byli v domě Hospodina zástupů, i k prorokům, řkouce: Budeme-li plakati měsíce pátého, oddělujíce se, jako jsme činili již po mnoho let?

7:3  [And] to speak to the priests who [were] in the house of the LORD of hosts, and to the prophets, saying, Should I weep in the fifth month, separating myself, as I have done these so many years?

7:3  and to speak to the priests of the house of the Lord of hosts, and to the prophets, saying, "Should I weep in the fifth month, separating myself, as I have done these so many years?"

7:5  Speak to all the people of the land, and to the priests, saying: When you fasted, and mourned in the fifth and the seventh month for these seventy years: did you keep a fast unto me?

7:5  Speak unto all the people of the land, and to the priests, saying, When ye fasted and mourned in the fifth and seventh month, even those seventy years, did ye at all fast unto me, even to me?

7:5  „Řekni všemu lidu země i kněžím: Když jste se postili a naříkali pátého a sedmého měsíce, teď už po sedmdesát let, postili jste se opravdu kvůli mně?

7:5  „Řekni všemu lidu této země i kněžím: Už sedmdesát let se vždy v pátém a sedmém měsíci postíte a naříkáte – ale copak to děláte pro mě?

7:5  Řekni všemu lidu země a kněžím: Když jste se postili a naříkali v pátém a v sedmém měsíci po těchto sedmdesát let, opravdu jste se postili kvůli mně?

7:5  Rci všemu lidu této země i kněžím takto: Když jste se postívali a kvílili, pátého a sedmého měsíce, a to po sedmdesáte let, zdaliž jste se opravdu mně, mně, pravím, postili?

7:5  Speak to all the people of the land, and to the priests, saying, When ye fasted and mourned in the fifth and seventh [month], even those seventy years, did ye at all fast to me, [even] to me?

7:6  And when you did eat and drink, did you not eat for yourselves, and drink for yourselves?

7:6  A když jíte a pijete, nejíte a nepijete si pro sebe?

7:6  And when ye ate, and when ye drank, did ye not eat [for yourselves], and drink [for yourselves]?

7:6  et cum comedistis et bibistis, numquid non vobis comedistis et vobismetipsis bibistis ?

7:7  Are not these the words which the Lord spoke by the hand of the former prophets, when Jerusalem as yet was inhabited, and was wealthy, both itself and the cities round about it, and there were inhabitants towards the south, and in the plain?

7:7  Should ye not hear the words which the Lord hath cried by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and in prosperity, and the cities thereof round about her, when men inhabited the south and the plain?

7:7  Neprovolával Hospodin právě toto skrze dřívější proroky, když si ještě Jeruzalém a města kolem něho bydlily v klidu a obydlen byl Negeb i Přímořská nížina?“

7:7  Nevolal snad Hospodin právě takovými slovy skrze dávné proroky, když se ještě v Jeruzalémě žilo v klidu a pokoji a stejně tak ve městech v jeho okolí, v Negevu i v podhůří?“

7:7  Což toto nebyla slova, která volal Hospodin prostřednictvím dřívějších proroků, když bezstarostně bydlel Jeruzalém i jeho města okolo něj, a tak i Negeb a Šefela?

7:7  Zdaliž tato nejsou slova, kteráž prohlásil Hospodin skrze proroky předešlé, když ještě Jeruzalém seděl bezpečně a užíval pokoje, i města jeho vůkol něho, a lid v straně polední i na rovinách bydlil?

7:7  [Should ye] not [hear] the words which the LORD hath cried by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and in prosperity, and her cities around her, when [men] inhabited the south and the plain?

7:7  Aren't these the words which the Lord proclaimed by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and in prosperity, and its cities around her, and the Negev and the lowland were inhabited?'"

7:7  Should you not hear the words which the LORD has cried by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and in prosperity, and the cities thereof round about her, when men inhabited the south and the plain?

7:7  numquid non sunt verba quæ locutus est Dominus in manu prophetarum priorum, cum adhuc Jerusalem habitaretur ut esset opulenta, ipsa et urbes in circuitu ejus, et ad austrum, et in campestribus habitaretur ?

7:8  And the word of the Lord came to Zechariah, saying:

7:9  Thus saith the Lord of hosts, saying: Judge ye true judgment, and shew ye mercy and compassion every man to his brother.

7:9  Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts, saying, Execute true judgment, and shew mercy and compassions every man to his brother:

7:9  „Toto praví Hospodin zástupů: Vynášejte pravdivé rozsudky a ať každý prokazuje svému bratru milosrdenství a slitování.

7:9  „Takto promlouval Hospodin zástupů: ‚Prosazujte opravdové právo a jedni druhým projevujte soucit a laskavost.

7:9  Toto praví Hospodin zástupů: Suďte pravdivým soudem a prokazujte jeden druhému ⌈milosrdenství a slitování.⌉

7:9  Takto mluvíval Hospodin zástupů, řka: Soud pravý vynášejte, a milosrdenství a lítosti dokazujte jeden každý k bližnímu svému.

7:9  Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Execute true judgment, and show mercy and compassions every man to his brother:

7:9  "Thus has the Lord of hosts spoken, saying, 'Execute true judgment, and show kindness and compassion every man to his brother.

7:10  And oppress not the widow, and the fatherless, and the stranger, and the poor: and let not a man devise evil in his heart against his brother.

7:10  Neutiskujte vdovu a sirotka, bezdomovce a trpícího, nikdo ať ve svém srdci nezamýšlí proti bratru nic zlého.

7:10  Neutlačujte vdovy a sirotky, přistěhovalce ani chudáky a nevymýšlejte, jak jedni druhým ublížit.‘

7:10  Neutlačujte vdovu ani sirotka, příchozího ani chudého, nevymýšlejte v srdci zlo jeden vůči druhému.

7:10  And oppress not the widow, nor the fatherless, the stranger, nor the poor; and let none of you imagine evil against his brother in your heart.

7:11  But they would not hearken, and they turned away the shoulder to depart: and they stopped their ears, not to hear.

7:11  Ale oni tomu odmítli věnovat pozornost, svéhlavě se obrátili zády a zacpali si uši, aby neslyšeli.

7:11  But they refused to hearken, and withdrew the shoulder, and stopped their ears, that they should not hear.

7:12  And they made their heart as the adamant stone, lest they should hear the law, and the words which the Lord of hosts sent in his spirit by the hand of the former prophets: so a great indignation came from Lord of hosts.

7:12  Yea, they made their hearts as an adamant stone, lest they should hear the law, and the words which the Lord of hosts hath sent in his spirit by the former prophets: therefore came a great wrath from the Lord of hosts.

7:12  Srdce měli jako z křemene a neslyšeli zákon ani slova, která posílal Hospodin zástupů svým duchem skrze dřívější proroky. Proto je postihlo velké rozlícení Hospodina zástupů.

7:12  V srdci se zatvrdili na křemen, aby neslyšeli Zákon ani slova, která Hospodin zástupů posílal svým Duchem skrze dávné proroky. Tak přišel veliký hněv od Hospodina zástupů.

7:12  Svá srdce proměnili v křemen, aby neslyšeli zákon a slova, která poslal Hospodin zástupů svým Duchem prostřednictvím dřívějších proroků, a tak na ně od Hospodina zástupů dopadlo velké rozhořčení.

7:12  A srdce své učinili kámen přetvrdý, aby neslyšeli zákona toho a slov těch, kteráž posílal Hospodin zástupů Duchem svým skrze proroky předešlé. Pročež přišel hněv veliký od Hospodina zástupů.

7:12  Yes, they made their hearts [as] an adamant stone, lest they should hear the law, and the words which the LORD of hosts hath sent in his spirit by the former prophets: therefore came a great wrath from the LORD of hosts.

7:12  Yes, they made their hearts as hard as flint, lest they might hear the law, and the words which the Lord of hosts had sent by his Spirit by the former prophets. Therefore great wrath came from the Lord of hosts.

7:12  Yes, they made their hearts as an adamant stone, lest they should hear the law, and the words which the LORD of hosts has sent in his spirit by the former prophets: therefore came a great wrath from the LORD of hosts.

7:13  And it came to pass that as he spoke, and they heard not: so shall they cry, and I will not hear, saith the Lord of hosts.

7:13  Therefore it is come to pass, that as he cried, and they would not hear; so they cried, and I would not hear, saith the Lord of hosts:

7:13  Kdykoli volal, oni neslyšeli. Ať si volají, já je neslyším, praví Hospodin zástupů.

7:13  Když jsem volal, neposlouchali; a tak když volali oni, dělal jsem, že neslyším, praví Hospodin zástupů.

7:13  I stalo se, že jako volal, ale neslyšeli, tak budou volat, ale já nebudu slyšet, praví Hospodin zástupů.

7:13  Nebo stalo se, že jakož volajícího neslyšeli, tak když volali, neslyšel jsem, praví Hospodin zástupů.

7:13  Therefore it is come to pass, [that] as he cried, and they would not hear; so they cried, and I would not hear, saith the LORD of hosts:

7:13  It has come to pass that, as he called, and they refused to listen, so they will call, and I will not listen," said the Lord of hosts;

7:13  Therefore it is come to pass, that as he cried, and they would not hear; so they cried, and I would not hear, said the LORD of hosts:

7:13  Et factum est sicut locutus est, et non audierunt : sic clamabunt et non exaudiam, dicit Dominus exercituum.

7:14  And I dispersed them throughout all kingdoms, which they know not: and the land was left desolate behind them, so that no man passed through or returned: and they changed the delightful land into a wilderness.

7:14  But I scattered them with a whirlwind among all the nations whom they knew not. Thus the land was desolate after them, that no man passed through nor returned: for they laid the pleasant land desolate.

7:14  Odvanu je vichrem mezi nejrůznější pronárody, které neznají, a země bude za nimi zpustošena, takže jí nikdo nebude procházet. Tak pustošili přežádoucí zemi.“

7:14  Rozprášil jsem je vichřicí mezi všechny národy, které ani neznali. Země pak bez nich zpustla tak, že tudy nešlo ani cestovat. Kvůli nim se z té krásné země stala pustina!“

7:14  Odvál jsem je do všech národů, které neznali. Země po nich byla zpustošena, takže jí nikdo neprochází sem ani tam. Tak proměnili výbornou zemi v hroznou pustinu.

7:14  A vichřicí rozptýlil jsem je mezi všecky ty národy, kterýchž neznali, a země tato spustla po nich, tak že nebylo žádného, kdo by tudy chodil, a tak přivedli zemi žádoucí na spuštění.

7:14  But I scattered them with a whirlwind among all the nations whom they knew not. Thus the land was desolate after them, that no man passed through nor returned: for they laid the pleasant land desolate.
