9:1  I saw the Lord standing upon the altar, and he said: Strike the hinges, and let the lintels be shook: for there is covetousness in the head of them all, and I will slay the last of them with the sword: there shall be no flight for them: they shall flee, and he that shall flee of them shall not be delivered.

9:1  Spatřil jsem Panovníka, jak stojí nad oltářem. Řekl: „Udeř do hlavice sloupu, až se zachvějí prahy! Sraz jim to všechno na hlavu, ty poslední vybiji mečem. Nikdo z nich neuteče, neunikne, nevyvázne.

9:1  Spatřil jsem Pána, jak stojí nad oltářem a říká: „Udeř ty sloupy do hlavic, ať se zachvějí základy! Strhni je jim všem na hlavy. Ty, kdo přežijí, mečem pobiji! Neuteče ani jeden z nich, neunikne mi ani jediný!

9:1  Viděl jsem Panovníka stojícího na oltáři. Řekl: Udeř na hlavice sloupů, až se zatřesou prahy. Sraz je na jejich hlavu. Poslední z nich zabiju mečem. Žádný utečenec neuteče, žádný uprchlík neunikne.

9:1  Viděl jsem Pána, an se postavil na oltáři a řekl: Udeř v makovici, až se zatřesou ty veřeje, a rozetni je všecky od vrchu jejich, ostatek pak mečem zmorduji. Neutečeť žádný z nich, aniž kdo z nich bude, ješto by toho znikl.

9:2  I kdyby se prokopali do podsvětí, má ruka je odtud vezme. Kdyby vystoupili na nebesa, strhnu je odtud.

9:2  I kdyby se zakopali do pekla, má ruka by je odtud vytáhla. Kdyby snad vystoupili do nebe, i odtud strhnu je.

9:2  I kdyby se prokopali do podsvětí, má ruka je odtamtud vezme. I kdyby vystoupili na nebesa, svrhnu je odtamtud.

9:2  Byť se pak do země zakopali, i odtud by je ruka má vzala; pakli by vstoupili do nebe, i odtud bych je strhl.

9:3  Ukryjí-li se na vrcholu Karmelu, vypátrám je a vezmu je odtud. Skryjí-li se před mým zrakem na mořském dně, poručím hadu a vyštípe je odtud.

9:3  Kdyby se ukryli na vršku Karmelu, najdu je a odtud přivedu. Kdyby se mi schovali na mořském dně, přikážu hadu, ať je odtud vyštípe.

9:3  I kdyby se ukryli na vrcholu Karmelu, vyhledám je a vezmu je odtamtud. I kdyby se ukryli před mým zrakem na dno moře, přikáži hadovi a uštkne je tam.

9:3  A jestliže by se schovali na vrchu Karmele, vyhledám a vezmu je odtud; pakli by se skryli před očima mýma na dně moře, přikáži hadu, aby je i odtud vyhryzl.

9:4  Půjdou-li před svými nepřáteli do zajetí, poručím meči, aby je tam pobil, neboť můj zrak spočinul na nich ke zlému a ne k dobrému.“

9:4  Kdyby je nepřátelé do zajetí zahnali, přikážu meči, aby je tam vyhubil. Spočinu na nich svým pohledem – avšak ne v dobrém, ale ve zlém!

9:4  I kdyby šli před svými nepřáteli do zajetí, přikáži meči a zabije je tam. Obrátím na ně svůj zrak ke zlu a ne k dobru.

9:4  Pakliť by šli v zajetí před nepřátely svými, i tam přikáži meči, aby je zmordoval; obrátím zajisté oko své proti nim k zlému, a ne k dobrému.

9:5  Panovník Hospodin zástupů sotva se dotkne země, už se zmítá a všichni její obyvatelé truchlí. Celá se vzedme jako Nil a zase opadne jako egyptská řeka.

9:5  Panovník, Hospodin zástupů, se dotkne země a ta se roztřese, všichni její obyvatelé se dají do pláče. Jako Nil se celá rozlije a zase opadne jako ta řeka v Egyptě.

9:5  Panovník, Hospodin zástupů, se dotýká země a ta se rozplývá; truchlí všichni, kdo v ní bydlí. Celá vystupuje jako Nil a klesá jako egyptská řeka.

9:5  Nebo Panovník Hospodin zástupů když se jen dotkne země, rozplývá se, a kvílí všickni přebývající na ní, a vystupuje všecka jako potok, a zatopena bývá jako potokem Egyptským,

9:5  And the Lord GOD of hosts [is] he that toucheth the land, and it shall melt, and all that dwell in it shall mourn: and it shall rise up wholly like a flood; and shall be drowned, as [by] the flood of Egypt.

9:6  On buduje stupně svého domu na nebesích, nad zemí zakládá svou klenbu. On povolává mořské vody a vylévá je na tvář země. Jeho jméno je Hospodin.

9:6  Ten, který si staví v nebi komnaty a svoji klenbu založil na zemi, ten, který přivolává mořské vody a vylévá je na zemi, má jméno Hospodin.

9:6  Buduje na nebesích své pokojíky, své klenbě položil základy na zemi, povolává vodu moře a vylévá ji na povrch země. Hospodin je jeho jméno.

9:6  Kterýž vzdělal na nebesích paláce své, a zástup svůj na zemi sšikoval, kterýž může zavolati vody mořské, a vyliti ji na svrchek země, jehož jméno jest Hospodin.

9:7  Are not you as the children of the Ethiopians unto me, O children of Israel, saith the Lord? did not I bring up Israel, out of the land of Egypt: and the Philistines out of Cappadocia, and the Syrians out of Cyrene?

9:7  Are ye not as children of the Ethiopians unto me, O children of Israel? saith the Lord. Have not I brought up Israel out of the land of Egypt? and the Philistines from Caphtor, and the Syrians from Kir?

9:7  Nejste snad pro mne jako Kúšijci, vy, synové Izraele? je výrok Hospodinův. Nevyvedl jsem Izraele z egyptské země a Pelištejce z Kaftóru a Arama z Kíru?

9:7  Copak nejste, Izraelci, pro mě stejní jako Habešané? praví Hospodin. Copak jsem Izrael nevyvedl z Egypta stejně jako Filištíny z Kaftoru a Aramejce z Kíru?

9:7  Cožpak pro mě nejste jako synové Kúšijců, synové izraelští? je Hospodinův výrok. Cožpak jsem nevyvedl Izrael z egyptské země a také Pelištejce z Kaftóru a Aramejce z Kíru?

9:7  Zdaliž nejste podobni synům Mouřenínů přede mnou, ó synové Izraelovi? dí Hospodin. Zdaliž jsem Izraele nevyvedl z země Egyptské, tak jako Filistinské z Kaftor, a Syrské z Kir?

9:7  [Are] ye not as children of the Cushites to me, O children of Israel? saith the LORD. Have not I brought up Israel from the land of Egypt? and the Philistines from Caphtor, and the Assyrians from Kir?

9:7  Are you not like the children of the Ethiopians to me, children of Israel?" says the Lord. "Haven't I brought up Israel out of the land of Egypt, and the Philistines from Caphtor, and the Syrians from Kir?

9:8  Behold the eyes of the Lord God are upon the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from the face of the earth: but yet I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob, saith the Lord.

9:8  Hle, oči Panovníka Hospodina jsou upřeny na toto hříšné království: Vyhladím je z povrchu země. Dům Jákobův však zcela nevyhladím, je výrok Hospodinův.

9:8  Hle, oči Panovníka Hospodina utkvěly na tomto hříšném království! Vyhladím dům Jákobův ze země, nevyhladím je však úplně, praví Hospodin.

9:8  Hle, oči Panovníka Hospodina hledí na hříšné království, vyhladím ho z povrchu země, ale nevyhladím zcela dům Jákobův, je Hospodinův výrok.

9:9  Neboť hle, přikázal jsem a zatřesu izraelským domem mezi všemi pronárody, jako když se třese řešetem, a žádný kamínek nepropadne na zem.

9:9  Hle, už dávám rozkazy! Budu přesívat dům Izraele přes všechny národy, tak jako se přesívá sítem, aby nepropadly žádné kamínky.

9:11  V onen den postavím padající Davidův stánek a jeho trhliny zazdím, opravím, co na něm pobořeno, a zbuduji jej jako za dnů dávných.

9:11  Toho dne obnovím zbořený stan Davidův. Opravím jeho trhliny a jeho trosky obnovím – vztyčím jej jako za dávných dnů.

9:11  V onen den dám povstat Davidovu padajícímu stánku, jeho trhliny zazdím a jeho troskám dám povstat, vystavím ho jako za dávných dnů.

9:11  V ten den zdvihnu stánek Davidův, kterýž klesá, a zahradím mezery jeho, a zbořeniny jeho opravím, a vzdělám jej jako za dnů starodávních,

9:12  Podrobí si pozůstatek lidu edómského a všech pronárodů; i budou nazývány mým jménem, je výrok Hospodina, který toto činí.

9:13  Hle, přicházejí dny, je výrok Hospodinův, kdy půjde oráč hned za žencem a ten, kdo šlape hrozny, hned za rozsévačem. Z hor budce kanout mladé víno a všechny pahorky budou oplývat vláhou.

9:13  Hle, přicházejí dny, praví Hospodin, kdy žence dožene oráč a toho, kdo šlape hrozny, rozsévač. Hory budou tehdy vínem oplývat a všechny kopce přímo přetékat.

9:13  Hle, přicházejí dny, je Hospodinův výrok, kdy se přiblíží oráč k ženci a ten, kdo lisuje hrozny, k rozsévači; z hor bude kanout sladké víno a všechny kopce budou oplývat hojností.

9:13  Aj, dnové jdou, dí Hospodin, že postihati bude oráč žence, a ten, kdož tlačí hrozny, rozsevače, hory pak dštíti budou mstem, a všickni pahrbkové oplývati.

9:14  And I will bring back the captivity of my people Israel: and they shall build the abandoned cities, and inhabit them: and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine of them: and shall make gardens, and eat the fruits of them.

9:14  Úděl Izraele, svého lidu, změním, oni znovu vybudují zpustošená města a osídlí je, vysadí vinice a budou z nich pít víno, založí zahrady a budou z nich jíst ovoce.

9:14  Svůj lid Izrael přivedu zpět ze zajetí. Vystavějí města, jež museli opustit, a budou v nich znovu žít. Budou sázet vinice a jejich víno pít, zakládat zahrady a ovoce z nich jíst.

9:14  Změním úděl svého lidu Izraele: Vystavím opuštěná města a budou v nich bydlet, budou vysazovat vinice a pít jejich víno, budou zakládat zahrady a jíst jejich ovoce.

9:14  Přivedu také zase zajatý lid svůj Izraelský, a vystavějí města zpuštěná, aby v nich bydlili; a budou štěpovati vinice, a píti víno jejich, nadělají i zahrad, a jísti budou ovoce jejich.

9:15  And I will plant them upon their own land: and I will no more pluck them out of their land which I have given them, saith the Lord thy God.

9:15  Zasadím je do jejich půdy a již nikdy nebudou vykořeněni ze své země, kterou jsem jim dal, praví Hospodin, tvůj Bůh.
