Chapter 64
Psal AFV2020 64:1  To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David.Hear my voice, O God, in my complaint; preserve my life from fear of the enemy.
Psal AFV2020 64:2  Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked, from the rebellion of the workers of iniquity,
Psal AFV2020 64:3  Who sharpen their tongue like a sword and bend their bows to shoot their arrows, even bitter words;
Psal AFV2020 64:4  So that they may shoot at the blameless from concealment—suddenly they shoot at him, and fear not.
Psal AFV2020 64:5  They encourage themselves in an evil plan; they talk of laying snares secretly; they say, "Who shall see them?"
Psal AFV2020 64:6  They plot injustices, saying, "We have made a perfect plan." For the inward thought and heart of man is cunning.
Psal AFV2020 64:7  But God shall shoot at them with an arrow; suddenly they shall be wounded.
Psal AFV2020 64:8  So they shall make their own tongue a stumbling block for themselves. Everyone seeing them shall shake the head.
Psal AFV2020 64:9  And all men shall fear and shall declare the work of God, for they shall wisely consider His doing.
Psal AFV2020 64:10  The righteous shall be glad in the LORD and shall take refuge in Him, and all the upright in heart shall glory.
