10:1  Ask ye of the Lord rain in the latter season, and the Lord will make snows, and will give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field.

10:1  Vyproste si od Hospodina déšť v čas jarních dešťů. Hospodin tvoří bouřková mračna, hojnými dešti je naplňuje, bylinu na poli dopřeje každému.

10:1  Žádejte od Hospodina déšť, když má na jaře pršet. Hospodin působí hojnou průtrž mračen, každému na poli zeleň dopřeje.

10:1  Od Hospodina žádejte déšť v čase jarního deště. Hospodin působí bouřky a dá jim silný déšť a každému zeleň na poli.

10:1  Žádejte od Hospodina deště v čas příhodný, i způsobí Hospodin pršku, a dá vám déšť hojný, a každému bylinu na poli.

10:2  Bůžkové mluvili ničemnosti, co viděli věštci, byl klam; rozhlašují šalebné sny, přeludem utěšují. Proto táhl lid jako stádo, ujařmený, bez pastýře. -

10:2  Bůžkové mluví bludy a věštci vidí lži; vykládají své marné sny a potěšují přeludy. Proto lid bloudí jako ovce, zubožení, bez pastýře.

10:2  Vždyť domácí bůžci mluvili marnost, věštci viděli klam, mluví klamné sny, utěšují nicotnostmi. Proto putují jako ovce, krčí se, protože nemají pastýře.

10:2  Nebo obrazové mluví marnost, a věšťci prorokují faleš, a sny marné mluví, marností potěšují. Protož šli jako stádo, ztrestáni jsou, proto že žádného nebylo pastýře.

10:3  Můj hněv plane proti pastýřům, zakročím proti kozlům. Hospodin zástupů navštívil své stádo, judský dům; vystrojí je nádherně jako svého válečného oře.

10:3  Proti těm pastýřům hněvem hořím, s těmi vůdci teď zúčtuji! Ano, Hospodin zástupů své stádo navštíví a z domu Judy učiní slavného koně do války.

10:3  Můj hněv vzplál proti pastýřům, navštívím s trestem vůdce stáda. Neboť Hospodin zástupů navštíví své stádo, dům judský, a promění je v svého nádherného koně do boje.

10:3  Proti pastýřům takovým zažžen jest hněv můj, a kozly ty trestati budu, ale stádo své, dům Judský, navštíví Hospodin zástupů, a učiní je jako koně ozdobného k boji.

10:4  Out of him shall come forth the corner, out of him the pin, out of him the bow of battle, out of him every exacter together.

10:4  Od něho je cimbuří, od něho stanový kolík, od něho válečné lučiště, od něho pochází i každý zotročovatel.

10:5  Budou jako bohatýři, rozšlapou všechno do bláta ulic v té bitvě. Budou bojovat a Hospodin bude s nimi, jezdci na koních budou zahanbeni.

10:5  Budou z nich mocní bojovníci, rozdupou nepřátele jak bláto v ulicích. Budou se bít, neboť Hospodin bude s nimi a zahanbí jezdce na koních.

10:5  A budou jako hrdinové šlapat v boji bláto na ulicích. Budou bojovat, protože Hospodin bude s nimi, a zahanbí jezdce na koních.

10:5  A budou podobni rekům, pošlapávajíce do bláta na ulicích v boji, když bojovati budou; nebo Hospodin s nimi, a zahanbí ty, kteříž jedou na koních.

10:5  And they shall be as mighty [men], who tread down [their enemies] in the mire of the streets in the battle: and they shall fight, because the LORD [is] with them, and the riders on horses shall be confounded.

10:6  And I will strengthen the house of Juda, and save the house of Joseph: and I will bring them back again, because I will have mercy on them: and they shall be as they were when I had not cast them off, for I am the Lord their God, and will hear them.

10:6  Obdařím judský dům bohatýrskou silou a dům Josefův zachráním. Přivedu je zpět a usadím je do bezpečí, protože jsem se nad nimi slitoval. Budou zas, jako bych na ně nebyl zanevřel, já jsem Hospodin, jejich Bůh, já jim odpovím.

10:6  Dům Judy učiním mocným a dům Josefův zachráním. Přivedu je zpět, vždyť je lituji, a budou, jako bych je nebyl zapudil. Jsem přece jejich Bůh, Hospodin – já je vyslyším.

10:6  Povýším dům judský a dům Josefův zachráním, přivedu je zpět, protože jsem se nad nimi slitoval. Budou, jako bych je neodvrhl, neboť já jsem Hospodin, jejich Bůh, a odpovím jim.

10:6  Posilním zajisté domu Judova, a dům Jozefův vysvobodím, a bezpečně je osadím. Nebo lítost mám nad nimi, i budou, jako bych jich nezahnal; nebo já jsem Hospodin Bůh jejich, a vyslyším je.

10:6  And I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph, and I will bring them again to place them; for I have mercy upon them: and they shall be as though I had not cast them off: for I [am] the LORD their God, and will hear them.

10:7  And they shall be as the valiant men of Ephraim, and their heart shall rejoice as through wine: and their children shall see, and shall rejoice, and their heart shall be joyful in the Lord.

10:7  And they of Ephraim shall be like a mighty man, and their heart shall rejoice as through wine: yea, their children shall see it, and be glad; their heart shall rejoice in the Lord.

10:7  Efrajimci budou jako bohatýři, jejich srdce se bude radovat jako po víně; až to spatří jejich synové, též se zaradují, jejich srdce bude jásat kvůli Hospodinu.

10:7  Efraimci budou jak mocní bojovníci, jako po vínu se rozjaří. Až to spatří jejich děti, budou se veselit, před Hospodinem budou jásat radostí.

10:7  Efrajimci budou jako hrdina a jejich srdce se bude radovat jako po vínu. Jejich synové to uvidí, budou se radovat a jejich srdce bude jásat v Hospodinu.

10:7  I budou Efraimští jako silný rek, a veseliti se bude srdce jejich jako od vína. I jejich synové vidouce to, rozveselí se, a zpléše srdce jejich v Hospodinu.

10:7  And [they of] Ephraim shall be like a mighty [man], and their heart shall rejoice as through wine: yes, their children shall see [it], and be glad; their heart shall rejoice in the LORD.

10:7  Et erunt quasi fortes Ephraim, et lætabitur cor eorum quasi a vino : et filii eorum videbunt, et lætabuntur, et exsultabit cor eorum in Domino.

10:8  I will whistle for them, and I will gather them together, because I have redeemed them: and I will multiply them as they were multiplied before.

10:8  Hvízdnu na ně a shromáždím je, protože jsem je vykoupil, bude jich zase mnoho, jako jich bylo kdysi.

10:9  Rozseji je mezi národy, budou se na mě rozpomínat v dalekých krajích, zůstanou naživu i se svými syny a opět se navrátí.

10:9  Rozptýlil jsem je mezi národy, v té dálce však na mě znovu pomyslí; přežijí i se svými dětmi a znovu se sem navrátí.

10:9  Ačkoliv jsem je zasel mezi národy, na vzdálených místech si na mě vzpomenou, ⌈budou žít se svými syny⌉ a navrátí se.

10:9  Nadto rozseji je mezi národy, aby na místech dalekých rozpomínali se na mne, a živi jsouce s syny svými, navrátili se.

10:10  Přivedu je zpět z egyptské země, shromáždím je z Asýrie a uvedu je do země gileádské a liabanónské, ani jim nebude stačit místo.

10:10  Z egyptské země je vrátím zpět, z Asýrie je shromáždím zpět do Gileádu a libanonského kraje, ale ani to jim nepostačí.

10:10  Přivedu je zpět z egyptské země, shromáždím je z Asýrie a uvedu je do země gileádské a na Libanon, ale nebude jim to místo stačit.

10:10  A tak je zase přivedu z země Egyptské, i z Assyrské shromáždím je, a do země Galád a k Libánu přivedu je, ale nepostačí jim.

10:11  And he shall pass over the strait of the sea, and shall strike the waves in the sea, and all the depths of the river shall be confounded, and the pride of Assyria shall be humbled, and the sceptre of Egypt shall depart.

10:11  And he shall pass through the sea with affliction, and shall smite the waves in the sea, and all the deeps of the river shall dry up: and the pride of Assyria shall be brought down, and the sceptre of Egypt shall depart away.

10:11  Projde s nimi mořem soužení, bude však bít do mořských vln, až vyschnou všechny hlubiny Veletoku. Svržena bude pýcha Asýrie, Egyptu bude odňato žezlo.

10:11  Budou procházet mořem soužení, mořské vlny však budou sraženy; vyschne i Nil a jeho hlubiny! Pýcha Asýrie bude svržena, žezlo Egypta to tam!

10:11  ⌈Soužení projde mořem⌉ a bude bít do mořských vln a všechny hlubiny Nilu vyschnou. Pýcha Asýrie bude svržena a žezlo Egypta zmizí.

10:11  Protož pro těsnost přejde přes moře, a prorazí na moři vlnobití, i vyschnou všecky hlubiny řeky, budeť snížena i pýcha Assyrie, a berla Egypta odjata bude.

10:11  And he shall pass through the sea with affliction, and shall smite the waves in the sea, and all the deeps of the river shall dry up: and the pride of Assyria shall be brought down, and the scepter of Egypt shall depart.

10:11  He will pass through the sea of affliction, and will strike the waves in the sea, and all the depths of the Nile will dry up; and the pride of Assyria will be brought down, and the scepter of Egypt will depart.

10:12  Obdařím je bohatýrskou silou od Hospodina, budou chodit v jeho jménu, je výrok Hospodinův.

10:12  Učiním je mocnými v Hospodinu a budou kráčet v jeho jménu, praví Hospodin.

10:12  Povýším je v Hospodinu a v jeho jménu budou chodit, je Hospodinův výrok.

10:12  A posilním jich v Hospodinu, aby ve jménu jeho ustavičně chodili, praví Hospodin.
