2:5  Běda vám, obyvatelé Přímoří, pronárode Keréťanů! Slovo Hospodinovo je proti vám. Kenaane, země pelištejská, vyhubím tě do posledního obyvatele.

2:5  Běda, obyvatelé Přímoří, národe Kréťanů; slovo Hospodinovo na vás míří, Kanaáne, země Filištínů: „Do posledního vás zahladím!“

2:7  připadne pozůstatku Judova domu; budou na nich pást a večer budou odpočívat v aškalónských domech, neboť je navštíví Hospodin, jejich Bůh, a změní jejich úděl.

2:7  Připadne pozůstalým z Judova domu, kteří tam najdou pastvu. Večer pak ulehnou v domech Aškelonu – Hospodin změní jejich osud!

2:7  Oblast bude patřit ostatku domu Judova, na nich budou pást, v domech Aškalónu budou večer uléhat, neboť Hospodin, jejich Bůh, je navštíví a změní jejich úděl.

2:7  Bude také i ostatku domu Judského krajinou, kdež by pásli. V domích Aškalonu u večer léhati budou, když je navštíví Hospodin Bůh jejich, a přivede zase zajaté jejich.

2:9  Proto, jakože jsem živ, praví Hospodin zástupů, Bůh Izraele, Moáb dopadne jako Sodoma, Amonovi synové jako Gomora: hájemství kopřiv a solných jam, věčná pustina! Pozůstatek mého lidu je vyrabuje, zbytek mého národa se zmocní jejich země.“

2:9  Proto, jakože jsem živ, je výrok Hospodina zástupů, Boha Izraele, Moáb bude jako Sodoma a synové Amónovi jako Gomora: zaplevelená zem, solná jáma a pustina až navěky. Ostatek mého lidu je oloupí, zbytek mého národa je zdědí.

2:9  Protož živ jsem já, praví Hospodin zástupů, Bůh Izraelský, že Moáb jako Sodoma bude, a synové Ammonitští jako Gomora, místem kopřiv a domem solným a pustinou až na věky. Ostatkové lidu mého rozchvátají je, a pozůstalí z lidu mého dědičně je obdrží.

2:14  v jeho středu budou odpočívat stáda, všechna zvěř toho pronároda. Na hlavicích sloupů tam bude nocovat pelikán a sýček. Jaký to zpěv zazní z oken! Na prahu trosky, cedrové deštění vytrháno.

2:14  Stáda pak budou léhat v něm, všemožná zvěř v celých zástupech. Pelikán a výr budou hnízdit na sloupech, z oken se ozve jejich zpěv. Na prahu jen hromady sutin, cedrové trámy strženy.

2:14  Budou v něm uléhat stáda, zvěř všeho druhu, pelikán i sýček budou nocovat na ⌈jeho hlavicích.⌉ ⌈Slyš, zpívá⌉ do okna, na prahu zničení, že cedrové obložení je osekáno.

2:14  I budou u prostřed něho léhati stáda, všecky šelmy národů, pelikán i výr na makovicích jeho nocovati budou; hlas zníti bude na okně, pustina na veřeji, když cedroví jeho obnaží.
