3:1  Hear the word that the Lord hath spoken concerning you, O ye children of Israel: concerning the whole family that I brought up out of the land of Egypt, saying:

3:1  Slyšte toto slovo, jež Hospodin promluvil proti vám, synové izraelští, proti celé čeledi, kterou jsem vyvedl z egyptské země.

3:1  Slyšte, Izraelci, slovo, jež Hospodin mluví proti vám – proti celé té čeládce, kterou jsem vyvedl z Egypta:

3:1  Slyšte toto slovo, které Hospodin promluvil proti vám, synové Izraele, proti celé čeledi, kterou jsem vyvedl z egyptské země:

3:2  Pouze k vám jsem se znal ze všech čeledí země, a proto vás ztrestám za všechny vaše nepravosti.

3:2  Jedině vás jsem vyvolil ze všech čeledí na zemi, a proto s vámi zúčtuji za všechen váš hřích!

3:2  Pouze vás jsem poznal ze všech čeledí země, proto vás navštívím s trestem za všechny vaše viny.

3:2  Toliko vás samy poznal jsem ze všeliké rodiny země, protož trestati vás budu ze všech nepravostí vašich.

3:4  Řve v divočině lev, nemá-li úlovek? Ozve se lvíče ze svého doupěte, kdyby nic nelapilo?

3:4  Cožpak zařve lev v houštině, když nemá kořist? Cožpak mladý lev vydá svůj hlas ze svého doupěte, aniž by něco lapil?

3:4  Zdaliž zařve lev v lese, když by nebylo žádné loupeže? Vydá-liž lvíček hlas svůj z peleše své, kdyby lapiti neměl?

3:4  numquid rugiet leo in saltu, nisi habuerit prædam ? numquid dabit catulus leonis vocem de cubili suo, nisi aliquid apprehenderit ?

3:5  Will the bird fall into the snare upon the earth, if there be no fowler? Shall the snare be taken up from the earth, before it hath taken somewhat?

3:5  Can a bird fall in a snare upon the earth, where no gin is for him? shall one take up a snare from the earth, and have taken nothing at all?

3:5  Chytí se pták do osidla na zemi, není-li nastraženo? Vymrští se osidlo ze země, když nicnepolapilo?

3:5  Padne snad do pasti na zem pták, když chybí návnada? Sklapne snad někdy past, aniž by kořist lapila?

3:5  Cožpak padne pták do pasti na zemi, když na něj není léčka? Cožpak vyskočí past ze země, když nic nepolapila?

3:5  Padne-liž ptáče do osídla na zem, když by žádné léčky nebylo? Bude-liž zdviženo osídlo z země, když by nic neuvázlo?

3:6  Když se v městě troubí na polnici, zda se lid netřese? Stane-li se v městě něco zlého, zda nejedná Hospodin?

3:6  Když se ve městě troubí na poplach, copak lid nemá strach? Když se ve městě stane neštěstí, copak to nedopustil Hospodin?

3:6  Zdalipak se zatroubí na beraní roh ve městě a lid se netřese? Zdalipak nastane zlo ve městě, aniž by jednal Hospodin?

3:6  Zdaliž když se troubí trubou v městě, lid s strachem se nezbíhá? Zdaž když se má státi v městě co zlého, Hospodin toho známa nečiní?

3:6  Shalt a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done [it]?

3:7  For the Lord God doth nothing without revealing his secret to his servants the prophets.

3:7  Ovšem, Panovník Hospodin nečiní nic, aniž by zjevil své tajemství prorokům, svým služebníkům.

3:7  Jistě! Panovník Hospodin nepůsobí nic, aniž sdílí své tajemství se svými služebníky, proroky.

3:7  Vždyť Panovník Hospodin nebude činit nic, pokud neodhalil své důvěrné sdělení svým otrokům prorokům.

3:7  Nečiníť zajisté Panovník Hospodin ničeho, leč by zjevil tajemství své služebníkům svým prorokům.

3:9  Publish it in the houses of Azotus, and in the houses of the land of Egypt, and say: Assemble yourselves upon the mountains of Samaria, and behold the many follies in the midst thereof, and them that suffer oppression in the inner rooms thereof.

3:9  Publish in the palaces at Ashdod, and in the palaces in the land of Egypt, and say, Assemble yourselves upon the mountains of Samaria, and behold the great tumults in the midst thereof, and the oppressed in the midst thereof.

3:9  Vyhlaste na palácích v Ašdódu a na palácích v egyptské zemi řekněte: Shromážděte se na Samařské hory! Pohleďte, co je tam zmatků, kolik útisku!

3:9  Na palácích v Ašdodu zvolejte, vyhlaste na palácích v Egyptě: Shromážděte se na hory Samaří – jen se podívejte na ten zmatek, na to vykořisťování!

3:9  Rozhlaste v palácích v Ašdódu a v palácích v egyptské zemi. Říkejte: Shromážděte se na samařských horách a pohleďte na velké zmatky uprostřed něj a útlak v jeho středu!

3:9  Rozhlaste po palácích v Azotu, a po palácích v zemi Egyptské, a rcete: Sbeřte se na hory Samaří, a vizte znepokojení veliká u prostřed něho a nátisk trpící v něm,

3:10  And they have not known to do the right thing, saith the Lord, storing up iniquity, and robberies in their houses.

3:10  For they know not to do right, saith the Lord, who store up violence and robbery in their palaces.

3:10  Správně jednat neumějí, je výrok Hospodinův. Uskladňují ve svých palácích násilí a zhoubu jako poklady.

3:10  Jednat správně jsou neschopní, praví Hospodin. To, co hromadí ve svých palácích, získali násilím a loupeží!

3:10  Neumějí činit, co je správné, je Hospodinův výrok, kupí násilí a zkázu ve svých palácích.

3:10  A že neumějí dělati upřímě, dí Hospodin. Poklady skládají z nátisku a loupeže na palácích svých.

3:10  For they know not to do right, saith the LORD, who store up violence and robbery in their palaces.

3:11  Therefore thus saith the Lord God: The land shall be in tribulation, and shall be compassed about: and thy strength shall be taken away from thee, and thy houses shall be spoiled.

3:11  Therefore thus saith the Lord God; An adversary there shall be even round about the land; and he shall bring down thy strength from thee, and thy palaces shall be spoiled.

3:11  Proto praví Panovník Hospodin toto: Tuto zemi obklíčí protivník, tvá opevnění strhne, tvoje paláce budou vyloupeny.

3:11  Nuže, toto praví Panovník Hospodin: Tuto zem obklíčí protivník, strhne tvé pevnosti a tvé paláce vyplení.

3:11  Proto takto praví Panovník Hospodin: Protivník ⌈obklíčí zemi,⌉ ⌈strhne tvé pevnosti⌉ a vyplení tvé paláce.

3:11  Protož takto praví Panovník Hospodin: Aj, nepřítel, a to na zemi tuto vůkol, a tenť odejme od tebe sílu tvou, i budou rozchvátáni palácové tvoji.

3:11  Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; An adversary [there shall be] even around the land; and he shall bring down thy strength from thee, and thy palaces shall be plundered.

3:11  Therefore thus says the Lord God: "An adversary will overrun the land; and he will pull down your strongholds, and your fortresses will be plundered."

3:11  Propterea hæc dicit Dominus Deus : Tribulabitur et circuietur terra : et detrahetur ex te fortitudo tua, et diripientur ædes tuæ.

3:12  Thus saith the Lord: As if a shepherd should get out of the lion's mouth two legs, or the tip of the ear: so shall the children of Israel be taken out that dwell in Samaria, in a place of a bed, and in the couch of Damascus.

3:12  Thus saith the Lord; As the shepherd taketh out of the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear; so shall the children of Israel be taken out that dwell in Samaria in the corner of a bed, and in Damascus in a couch.

3:12  Toto praví Hospodin: Jako pastýř vyrve lvu z tlamy dva hnáty či boltec, tak budou vyrváni izraelští synové, kteří si hoví v Samaří v pohodlí lehátka, na polštářích pohovky.

3:12  Toto praví Hospodin: Jako když pastýř vyrve z tlamy lva jen dvě nohy anebo kus ucha, tak budou vyrváni Izraelci, kteří si hoví na divanech v Samaří, na damaškových polštářích.

3:12  Toto praví Hospodin: Jako vysvobozuje pastýř z tlamy lva dva hnáty nebo kus ucha, tak budou vysvobozeni synové Izraele, kteří bydlí v Samaří -- s rohem postele a částí pohovky.

3:12  Takto praví Hospodin: Jako když vytrhne pastýř z úst lva dva hnáty aneb kus ucha, tak vytrženi budou synové Izraelští, sedící v Samaří lhostejně na postelích, a na ložcích rozkošných.

3:12  Thus saith the LORD: As the shepherd taketh out of the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear; so shall the children of Israel be taken out that dwell in Samaria in the corner of a bed, and in Damascus [in] a couch.

3:12  Thus says the Lord: "As the shepherd rescues out of the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear, so shall the children of Israel be rescued who sit in Samaria on the corner of a couch, and on the silken cushions of a bed."

3:12  Thus said the LORD; As the shepherd takes out of the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear; so shall the children of Israel be taken out that dwell in Samaria in the corner of a bed, and in Damascus in a couch.

3:13  Slyšte to a dejte výstrahu Jákobovu domu, je výrok Panovníka Hospodina, Boha zástupů:

3:13  Slyšte to a varujte dům Jákobův, praví Panovník Hospodin, Bůh zástupů:

3:13  Slyšte a svědčete proti ⌈domu Jákobovu,⌉ je výrok Panovníka Hospodina, Boha zástupů.

3:13  Slyšte a osvědčte v domě Jákobově, dí Panovník Hospodin, Bůh zástupů,

3:13  Hear ye, and testify in the house of Jacob, saith the Lord GOD, the God of hosts,

3:13  "Listen, and testify against the house of Jacob," says the Lord God, the God of Hosts.

3:14  That in the day when I shall begin to visit the transgressions of Israel, I will visit upon him, and upon the altars of Bethel: and the horns of the altars shall be cut off, and shall fall to the ground.

3:14  That in the day that I shall visit the transgressions of Israel upon him I will also visit the altars of Beth–el: and the horns of the altar shall be cut off, and fall to the ground.

3:14  V den, kdy budu trestat Izraele za jeho nevěrnosti, ztrestám i oltáře bételské; rohy oltáře budou odseknuty, padnou k zemi.

3:14  V den, kdy s Izraelem zúčtuji za jeho vzbouření, zúčtuji také s betelskými oltáři: Rohy oltáře budou odsekány a popadají k zemi.

3:14  V den, kdy navštívím Izrael s trestem za jeho přestoupení, navštívím také oltáře Bét–elu; rohy oltáře budou useknuty a padnou na zem.

3:14  Že v ten den, když Izraele trestati budu pro přestoupení jeho, navštívím také oltáře v Bethel, a odťati budou rohové oltáře, tak že spadnou na zem.

3:14  That in the day that I shall visit the transgressions of Israel upon him, I will also visit the altars of Beth-el: and the horns of the altar shall be cut off, and fall to the ground.

3:15  And I will strike the winter house with the summer house: and the houses of ivory shall perish, and many houses shall be destroyed, saith the Lord.

3:15  And I will smite the winter house with the summer house; and the houses of ivory shall perish, and the great houses shall have an end, saith the Lord.

3:15  Domem zimním udeřím o dům letní, zaniknou domy ze slonoviny, smeteno bude mnoho domů, je výrok Hospodinův.

3:15  Udeřím na zimní dům tak jako na letní a zřítí se domy ze slonoviny; ty skvělé domy vymizí, praví Hospodin.

3:15  Udeřím na dům zimní spolu s domem letním, vniveč přijdou domy plné slonoviny, mnoho domů zmizí, je Hospodinův výrok.

3:15  A udeřím domem zimním o dům letní, i zahynou domové z kostí slonových, a konec vezmou domové velicí, praví Hospodin.
