1:2  Gathering, I will gather together all things from off the face of the land, saith the Lord:

1:2  Sklidím z povrchu země úplně všechno, je výrok Hospodinův.

1:2  „Smetu z povrchu země dočista všechno, praví Hospodin.

1:2  ⌈Zcela sklidím⌉ všechno z povrchu země, je Hospodinův výrok.

1:2  Zajisté že sklidím všecko se svrchku té země, praví Hospodin.

1:2  I will utterly consume all [things] from off the land, saith the LORD.

1:2  I will utterly sweep away everything off of the surface of the earth, says the Lord.

1:2  Congregans congregabo omnia a facie terræ, dicit Dominus :

1:3  I will gather man, and beast, I will gather the birds of the air, and the fishes of the sea: and the ungodly shall meet with ruin: and I will destroy men from off the face of the land, saith the Lord.

1:3  I will consume man and beast; I will consume the fowls of the heaven, and the fishes of the sea, and the stumblingblocks with the wicked; and I will cut off man from off the land, saith the Lord.

1:3  Sklidím lidi i dobytek, sklidím nebeské ptactvo i mořské ryby, pohoršení spolu se svévolníky. Vyhladím člověka z povrchu země, je výrok Hospodinův.

1:3  Smetu lidi i dobytek, smetu nebeské ptáky i mořské ryby – všechna pohoršení spolu s ničemy! Vyhladím z povrchu země samo lidstvo, praví Hospodin.

1:3  Sklidím ⌈člověka i zvěř,⌉ sklidím nebeské ptactvo i mořské ryby, ⌈pohoršení spolu s ničemy;⌉ vyhladím člověka z povrchu země, je Hospodinův výrok.

1:3  Sklidím lidi i hovada, sklidím ptactvo nebeské i ryby mořské, i pohoršení s bezbožnými; vypléním, pravím, lidi se svrchku této země, praví Hospodin.

1:3  I will consume man and beast; I will consume the fowls of the heaven, and the fishes of the sea, and the stumbling-blocks with the wicked; and I will cut off man from off the land, saith the LORD.

1:3  I will sweep away man and animal. I will sweep away the birds of the sky, the fish of the sea, and the heaps of rubble with the wicked. I will cut off man from the surface of the earth, says the Lord.

1:4  And I will stretch out my hand upon Juda, and upon all the inhabitants of Jerusalem: and I will destroy out of this place the remnant of Baal, and the names of the wardens of the temples with the priests:

1:4  I will also stretch out mine hand upon Judah, and upon all the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and I will cut off the remnant of Baal from this place, and the name of the Chemarims with the priests;

1:4  Napřáhnu svou ruku na Judu, na všechny obyvatele Jeruzaléma, vyhladím z tohoto místa, co zůstalo z Baala, i jméno žreců a kněží,

1:4  Vztáhnu ruku i na Judu a na všechny obyvatele Jeruzaléma. Na tomto místě vyhladím zbytky uctívání Baala, každou připomínku na kněží, kteří obětovali modlám –

1:4  Vztáhnu svou ruku proti Judovi a proti všem obyvatelům Jeruzaléma. Vyhladím z tohoto místa ⌈Baalův ostatek⌉ i jméno žreců spolu s kněžími,

1:4  Nebo vztáhna ruku svou na Judu a na všecky obyvatele Jeruzalémské, zahladím z místa tohoto ostatek Bále, i kněží jeho s jich pomocníky,

1:4  I will also stretch out my hand upon Judah and upon all the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and I will cut off the remnant of Baal from this place, [and] the name of the Chemarims with the priests;

1:4  I will stretch out my hand against Judah, and against all the inhabitants of Jerusalem. I will cut off the remnant of Baal from this place: the name of the idolatrous and pagan priests,

1:4  Et extendam manum meam super Judam et super omnes habitantes Jerusalem : et disperdam de loco hoc reliquias Baal, et nomina ædituorum cum sacerdotibus ;

1:5  And them that worship the host of heaven upon the tops of houses, and them that adore, and swear by the Lord, and swear by Melchom.

1:5  And them that worship the host of heaven upon the housetops; and them that worship and that swear by the Lord, and that swear by Malcham;

1:5  rovněž ty, kdo se na střechách klanějí zástupu nebeskému, ty, kdo se klanějí hned Hospodinu a jím se zapřísahají, a hned zase přísahají při svém Melekovi,

1:5  ty, kdo se na střechách klanějí nebeskému zástupu; ty, kdo se klanějí a přísahají Hospodinu, zároveň však i tomu jejich Molochu;

1:5  i ty, kdo se klanějí na střechách nebeskému zástupu, ty, kdo se klanějí a přísahají při Hospodinu, a také přísahají při Milkómovi,

1:5  I ty, kteříž se klanějí na střechách vojsku nebeskému, i ty, kteříž klanějíce se, přisahají skrze Hospodina, i ty, kteříž přisahají skrze Melecha svého.

1:5  And them that worship the host of heaven upon the house-tops; and them that worship [and] that swear by the LORD, and that swear by Malcham;

1:5  those who worship the army of the sky on the housetops, those who worship and swear by the Lord and also swear by Malcam,

1:5  et eos qui adorant super tecta militiam cæli, et adorant et jurant in Domino, et jurant in Melchom ;

1:6  And them that turn away from following after the Lord, and that have not sought the Lord, nor searched after him.

1:6  And them that are turned back from the Lord; and those that have not sought the Lord, nor enquired for him.

1:6  ty, kdo odpadli od Hospodina, kdo Hospodina nehledají a nedotazují se ho.

1:6  ty, kdo se od Hospodina odvracejí, kdo Hospodina nehledají a kdo se po něm neptají.“

1:6  et qui avertuntur de post tergum Domini, et qui non quæsierunt Dominum, nec investigaverunt eum.

1:7  Be silent before the face of the Lord God: for the day of the Lord is near, for the Lord hath prepared a victim, he hath sanctified his guests.

1:7  Hold thy peace at the presence of the Lord God: for the day of the Lord is at hand: for the Lord hath prepared a sacrifice, he hath bid his guests.

1:7  Ztiš se před Panovníkem Hospodinem, vždyť den Hospodinův je blízko! Hospodin připravil oběť, jako svaté oddělil ty, které pozval.

1:7  Zmlkněte před Panovníkem Hospodinem, neboť je blízko Hospodinův den! Hospodin oběť připravil a pozvané už posvětil.

1:7  Zmlkni před Panovníkem Hospodinem, protože ⌈Hospodinův den je blízko,⌉ protože Hospodin připravil obětní hod, posvětil ty, které pozval.

1:7  Umlkni před oblíčejem Panovníka Hospodina, nebo blízký jest den Hospodinův; přistrojil zajisté Hospodin obět, povolal pozvaných svých.

1:7  Hold thy peace at the presence of the Lord GOD: for the day of the LORD [is] at hand: for the LORD hath prepared a sacrifice, he hath invited his guests.

1:7  Be silent at the presence of the Lord God, for the day of the Lord is at hand. For the Lord has prepared a sacrifice. He has consecrated his guests.

1:7  Hold your peace at the presence of the Lord GOD: for the day of the LORD is at hand: for the LORD has prepared a sacrifice, he has bid his guests.

1:8  And it shall come to pass in the day of the victim of the Lord, that I will visit upon the princes, and upon the king's sons, and upon all such as are clothed with strange apparel:

1:8  And it shall come to pass in the day of the Lord’s sacrifice, that I will punish the princes, and the king’s children, and all such as are clothed with strange apparel.

1:8  Stane se v den Hospodinova obětního hodu: Ztrestán velmože i královské syny, všechny ty, kdo si oblékají cizokrajný šat;

1:8  „V den té Hospodinovy oběti zúčtuji s knížaty a princi i se všemi, kdo se oblékají rouchy z ciziny.

1:8  I stane se v den Hospodinova obětního hodu, že navštívím s trestem knížata a královské syny i všechny, kdo oblékají cizí oděv.

1:8  I stane se v den oběti Hospodinovy, že navštívím knížata a syny královy i všecky, kteříž se obláčejí v roucho cizozemců.

1:8  And it shall come to pass in the day of the LORD'S sacrifice, that I will punish the princes, and the king's children, and all such as are clothed with foreign apparel.

1:8  It will happen in the day of the Lord's sacrifice, that I will punish the princes, the king's sons, and all those who are clothed with foreign clothing.

1:8  Et erit : in die hostiæ Domini, visitabo super principes, et super filios regis, et super omnes qui induti sunt veste peregrina ;

1:9  And I will visit in that day upon every one that entereth arrogantly over the threshold: them that fill the house of the Lord their God with iniquity and deceit.

1:9  In the same day also will I punish all those that leap on the threshold, which fill their masters’ houses with violence and deceit.

1:9  onoho dne ztrestám každého, kdo přeskakuje práh, ty, kdo naplňují dům svého Pána násilím a lstí.

1:10  And there shall be in that day, saith the Lord, the noise of a cry from the fish gate, and a howling from the Second, and a great destruction from the hills.

1:10  V onen den, je výrok Hospodinův, se ozve úpění od Rybné brány a kvílení z druhé strany, veliký třeskot od pahorků.

1:10  V ten den, praví Hospodin, zazní od Rybné brány křik, od Nového města kvílení a hlučný třeskot od Výšin.

1:10  V onen den, je Hospodinův výrok, bude znít hlasité volání od Rybné brány, nářek z Mišne a velké drcení z kopců.

1:10  I stane se v ten den, praví Hospodin, hlas křiku od brány rybné, a kvílení od druhé strany a třeskot veliký od pahrbků.

1:10  And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD, [that there shall be] the noise of a cry from the fish-gate, and a howling from the second, and a great crashing from the hills.

1:11  Howl, ye inhabitants of the Morter. All the people of Chanaan is hush, all are cut off that were wrapped up in silver.

1:11  Kvílejte, obyvatelé kotliny, všechen lid kramářů zajde. Budou vyhlazeni všichni, kdo odvažují stříbro.

1:11  Kvílejte vy, kdo bydlíte v Kotlině! Celý dav kramářů bude zahuben, vyhlazeni budou všichni, kdo počítají peníze!

1:11  Naříkejte, obyvatelé Machteše, neboť zahynul všechen kramářský lid, všichni, ⌈kdo⌉ váží stříbro, byli vyhlazeni.

1:11  Kvělte vy, kteříž bydlíte u vnitřku; nebo vyhlazen bude všecken obor kupců, vypléněni budou všickni snášející stříbro.

1:12  V té době prohledám Jeruzalém se svítilnami, ztrestám muže, kteří jsou jako zkyslé víno nad svým kalem, kteří si v srdci říkají: „Hospodin neudělá nic dobrého ani zlého.“

1:12  V ten čas prohledám Jeruzalém s lucernami a zúčtuji s těmi, kdo si hoví jak víno v sedlině, s těmi, kdo si v duchu říkají: ‚Hospodin nic nespraví ani nezkazí.‘

1:12  And it shall come to pass at that time, [that] I will search Jerusalem with candles, and punish the men that are settled on their lees: that say in their heart, The LORD will not do good, neither will he do evil.

1:12  It will happen at that time, that I will search Jerusalem with lamps, and I will punish the men who are settled on their dregs, who say in their heart, "The Lord will not do good, neither will he do evil."

1:12  And it shall come to pass at that time, that I will search Jerusalem with candles, and punish the men that are settled on their lees: that say in their heart, The LORD will not do good, neither will he do evil.

1:12  Et erit in tempore illo : scrutabor Jerusalem in lucernis, et visitabo super viros defixos in fæcibus suis, qui dicunt in cordibus suis : Non faciet bene Dominus, et non faciet male.

1:13  And their strength shall become a booty, and their houses as a desert: and they shall build houses, and shall not dwell in them: and they shall plant vineyards, and shall not drink the wine of them.

1:13  V plen bude vydán jejich blahobyt a jejich domovy ve zpustošení; vystaví domy, a nebudou v nich bydlet, vysázejí vinice, a vína z nich neokusí.

1:13  Jejich bohatství se stane kořistí, jejich domy budou zbořeny. Stavějí si domy, už je však nezabydlí, sázejí vinohrady, neokusí však víno z nich.“

1:13  Jejich majetek se stane kořistí a jejich domy pustinou. Postaví domy, ale nebudou v nich bydlet, vysadí vinice, ale víno z nich pít nebudou.

1:13  Nebo přijde statek jejich na rozchvátání, a domové jejich na zpuštění. Stavějí zajisté domy, ale nebudou v nich bydliti; a štěpují vinice, ale nebudou píti vína z nich.

1:14  Veliký den Hospodinův je blízko, je blízký a převelice rychlý. Slyš, Hospodinův den je tady! Zoufale volá bohatýr do boje.

1:14  Blízko je ten veliký Hospodinův den, blízko je a rychle blíží se! Slyš! To je Hospodinův den, hrdina zoufale volá do boje!

1:14  Blízko je Hospodinův velký den, blízko a velmi pospíchá. Slyš! Hospodinův ⌈den je trpký, hrdina ⌈v něm⌉ bude křičet.⌉

1:14  Blízký jest den Hospodinův veliký, blízký jest a rychlý velmi zvuk dne Hospodinova, tuť hořce křičeti bude udatný.

1:15  Ten den bude den zuření, den úzkosti a sevření, den zkázy a pohromy, den chmury a temnoty, den mračna a setmění,

1:15  Onen den bude dnem hněvu, dnem soužení a sklíčenosti, dnem zkázy a zpustošení, dnem temnoty a soumraku, dnem mračna a husté temnoty,

1:15  Den rozhněvání bude ten den, den úzkosti a trápení, den zpuštění a to hrozného, den temnosti a mračna, den oblaku a mrákoty,

1:15  That day [is] a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasting and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness,

1:17  Sešlu na lidi soužení a budou tápat jako slepci, neboť zhřešili proti Hospodinu; jejich krev bude odklizena jako prach, jejich vnitřnosti jako mrva.

1:17  „Tehdy sevřu lidi úzkostí, aby jak slepci tápali, protože proti Hospodinu hřešili. Krev se z nich vyřine jako hlína a vnitřnosti jak lejna!“

1:17  Způsobím lidem soužení a budou chodit jako slepí, protože hřešili proti Hospodinu. Jejich krev bude vylita jako prach a jejich vnitřnosti jako výkaly.

1:17  V němž úzkostmi sevru lidi, aby chodili jako slepí, nebo proti Hospodinu zhřešili. I vylita bude krev jejich jako prach, a těla jejich jako lejna.
