12:8  And the priests were forbidden to take any more money of the people, and to make the repairs of the house.

12:10  Kněz Jójada vzal jednu truhlu, vydlabal v jejím víku otvor a dal ji vedle oltáře, napravo od místa, kudy se vchází do Hospodinova domu, a tam dávali kněží, strážci prahu, všechno stříbro přinášené do Hospodinova domu.

12:10  Kněz Jojada pak vzal jednu truhlici, udělal v jejím víku otvor a postavil ji vedle oltáře vpravo od brány k Hospodinovu chrámu. Kněží, strážci prahu, pak do ní dávali všechno stříbro, které se přinášelo do Hospodinova chrámu.

12:12  Totiž na zedníky a kameníky, a k jednání dříví i tesaného kamení, aby opraveny byly zbořeniny domu Hospodinova, i na všecko to, což obráceno mělo býti na dům k opravě jeho.

12:19  Judský král Joaš proto vzal všechny zasvěcené dary svých předků, judských králů Jošafata, Jehorama a Achaziáše, i vlastní zasvěcené dary a všechno zlato, které se našlo v pokladnicích Hospodinova chrámu i královského paláce, a poslal to aramejskému králi Chazaelovi. Ten pak od Jeruzaléma odtáhl.
