27:1  In the beginning of the reign of Joakim the son of Josias king of Juda, this word came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying:

27:3  And thou shalt send them to the king of Edom, and to the king of Moab, and to the king of the children of Ammon, and to the king of Tyre, and to the king of Sidon: by the hand of the messengers that are come to Jerusalem to Sedecias the king of Juda.

27:3  And send them to the king of Edom, and to the king of Moab, and to the king of the Ammonites, and to the king of Tyrus, and to the king of Zidon, by the hand of the messengers which come to Jerusalem unto Zedekiah king of Judah;

27:3  Pak je pošli králi Edómu, králi Moábu, králi Amónovců, králi Týru a králi Sidónu po poslech přicházejících do Jeruzaléma k Sidkijášovi, králi judskému.

27:3  Potom pošli vzkaz králům Edomu, Moábu, Amonu, Týru a Sidonu; pošli ho po jejich vyslancích, kteří přišli do Jeruzaléma k judskému králi Cidkiášovi.

27:4  Dáš jim pro jejich panovníky tento příkaz: Toto praví Hospodin zástupů, Bůh Izraele: Toto řeknete svým panovníkům:

27:5  I made the earth, and the men and the beasts that are upon the face of the earth, by my great power, and by my stretched out arm: and I have given it to whom it seemed good in my eyes.

27:5  Já jsem učinil zemi, člověka i zvířata, která jsou na zemi, svou velikou silou a svou vztaženou paží a dávám ji tomu, kdo je toho v mých očích hoden.

27:5  Já jsem svou velikou mocí a vztaženou paží učinil zemi i s lidmi a zvěří na ní a já ji svěřuji, komu se mi zlíbí.

27:6  And now I have given all these lands into the hand of Nabuchodonosor king of Babylon my servant: moreover also the beasts of the field I have given him to serve him.

27:6  Nyní jsem všechny tyto země dal do rukou Nebúkadnesarovi, králi babylónskému, svému služebníku; dal jsem mu i polní zvěř, aby mu sloužila.

27:7  Budou mu sloužit všechny pronárody, i jeho synu a vnuku. Pak nadejde čas jeho zemi i jemu a podrobí si ho v službu mnohé pronárody a velicí králové.

27:8  But the nation and kingdom that will not serve Nabuchodonosor king of Babylon, and whosoever will not bend his neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon: I will visit upon that nation with the sword, and with famine, and with pestilence, saith the Lord: till I consume them by his hand.

27:8  And it shall come to pass, that the nation and kingdom which will not serve the same Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, and that will not put their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, that nation will I punish, saith the Lord, with the sword, and with the famine, and with the pestilence, until I have consumed them by his hand.

27:8  Ale pronárod či království, které by nesloužilo jemu, Nebúkadnesarovi, králi babylónskému, a které by svou šíji nesklonilo pod jho babylónského krále, ten pronárod postihnu mečem a hladem a morem, je výrok Hospodinův, až je úplně vydám do jeho rukou.

27:8  Národ a království, které by se nepoddalo babylonskému králi Nabukadnezarovi a nesklonilo by šíji pod jho babylonského krále, takový národ budu trestat mečem, hladem a morem, praví Hospodin, dokud ho jeho rukou úplně nezničím.

27:8  Kdyby byl národ či království, které by babylonskému králi Nebúkadnesarovi nesloužilo a nedalo svou šíji do jha babylonského krále, ten národ navštívím mečem, hladem a morem -- je Hospodinův výrok -- dokud jej jeho rukou zcela nevyhladím.

27:8  Stane se pak, že národ ten i království to, kteréž by nesloužilo jemu, Nabuchodonozorovi králi Babylonskému, a kterýž by nepoddal šíje své pod jho krále Babylonského, mečem a hladem i morem navštívím národ ten, dí Hospodin, dokudž bych do konce nevyplénil jich rukou jeho.

27:8  And it shall come to pass, [that] the nation and kingdom which will not serve the same Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, and that will not put their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, that nation will I punish, saith the LORD, with the sword, and with the famine, and with the pestilence, until I have consumed them by his hand.

27:9  Therefore hearken not to your prophets, and diviners, and dreamers, and soothsayers, and sorcerers, that say to you: You shall not serve the king of Babylon.

27:10  For they prophesy lies to you: to remove you far from your country, and cast you out, and to make you perish.

27:12  K Sidkijášovi, králi judskému, jsem mluvil přesně tato slova: „Vložte svou šíji pod jho babylónského krále a služte jemu i jeho lidu a budete živi.

27:12  Přesně tak jsem promluvil i k judskému králi Cidkiášovi: „Skloňte svou šíji pod jho babylonského krále, poddejte se mu i jeho lidu a zůstanete naživu!

27:12  K judskému králi Sidkijášovi jsem promluvil ⌈všechna tato slova:⌉ Dejte svou šíji do jha babylonského krále, služte jemu a jeho lidu ⌈a tak budete žít.⌉

27:15  For I have not sent them, said the LORD, yet they prophesy a lie in my name; that I might drive you out, and that you might perish, you, and the prophets that prophesy to you.

27:16  Ke kněžím a celému tomuto lidu jsem promluvil: „Tak praví Hospodin: Neposlouchejte slova svých proroků, kteří vám prorokují: ‚Hle, vzácné předměty Hospodinova domu se teď z Babylonu rychle vrátí zpět.‘ Prorokují vám lež!

27:16  Kněžím a všemu tomuto lidu jsem řekl: Toto praví Hospodin: Neposlouchejte slova svých proroků, kteří vám prorokují slovy: Hle, nádoby Hospodinova domu budou nyní brzy navráceny zpět z Babylona, protože vám prorokují klam.

27:18  Jestliže jsou opravdu proroci a jestliže mají Hospodinovo slovo, ať ⌈se přimlouvají u⌉ Hospodina zástupů, aby nádoby ponechané v Hospodinově domě, v paláci judského krále a v Jeruzalémě nepřišly do Babylona.
