34:2  Hospodin je rozlícen na všechny pronárody, rozhořčen na všechny jejich zástupy. Zničí je jako klaté, vydá je na porážku.

34:3  Jejich skolení budou pohozeni, bude se táhnout puch z jejich mrtvol, hory se rozplynou v jejich krvi.

34:4  Rozkladu propadne všechen nebeský zástup: nebesa se svinou jako kniha a všechen jejich zástup bude padat, jako opadává listí z vinné révy a padavče z fíkovníku.

34:4  Nebeský zástup se celý rozplyne, nebe se jako svitek zavine, všechen jeho zástup popadá, jako když listí révy opadá jako z fíkovníku padavka.

34:6  Hospodinův meč je samá krev a od tuku je mastný, je od krve jehněčí a kozlí, od tuku z beraních ledvin. Neboť Hospodin má obětní hod v Bosře, v zemi edómské veliké obětní porážení.

34:6  Hospodinův meč se koupe v krvi, od tuku celý lepkavý, od krve kozlí a jehněčí, od tuku ledvin beraních. Hospodin chystá v Bosře obětní hody, v Edomu hrozné krveprolití.

34:6  Hospodinův meč je plný krve, nasycený tukem a krví jehňat a kozlů, tukem z ledvin beranů; neboť Hospodin má obětní hod v Bosře a veliká jatka v edómské zemi.

34:10  Nevyhasne v noci ani ve dne, kouř z ní bude stoupat věčně. Po všechna pokolení zůstane v troskách, nikdo už nikdy skrze ni neprojde.

34:12  The nobles thereof shall not be there: they shall call rather upon the king, and all the princes thereof shall be nothing.

34:12  Její šlechtici tam nebudou povoláváni ke královské hodnosti, všichni její velmožové nebudou ničím.

34:13  V jejích palácích poroste hloží, na jejích pevnostech bodláčí a trní. Budou tam nivy šakalů a tráva pro pštrosy.

34:13  Jejich paláce zarostou hložím, jejich pevnosti trním a bodláčím; obrátí se v doupě šakalí a v útočiště pro pštrosy.

34:13  Na jejích palácích vyroste trní, kopřivy a houští v jejích pevnostech; stane se příbytkem šakalů, hnízdištěm pštrosů.

34:14  Bude se tam setkávat divá sběř s hyenami a běsové budou na sebe pokřikovat. Bude si tam hovět upír a najde si odpočinek.

34:14  Setkají se tam příšery a hyeny, jeden na druhého běsi zavřeští; noční stvůra se tam usadí a najde odpočinutí.

34:14  ⌈Divoká zvířata⌉ se budou setkávat s divokými psy a běs zavolá na svého druha; také se tam usadí Lilit a nalezne si místo odpočinku.

34:17  On sám tento los jim nechal padnout, jeho ruka jim měřicí šňůrou přidělila tuto zemi. Obsadí ji navěky, budou v ní bydlet po všechna pokolení.

34:17  Onť zajisté vrže jim losy, a ruka jeho jim rozdělí ji provazcem; až na věky dědičně ji osednou, od národu až do pronárodu v ní přebývati budou.
