I Ki Webster 17:8  And the word of the LORD came to him, saying,
I Ki NHEB 17:8  The word of the Lord came to him, saying,
I Ki AKJV 17:8  And the word of the LORD came to him, saying,
I Ki VulgClem 17:8  Factus est ergo sermo Domini ad eum, dicens :
I Ki DRC 17:9  Arise, and go to Sarephta of the Sidonians, and dwell there: for I have commanded a widow woman there to feed thee.
I Ki KJV 17:9  Arise, get thee to Zarephath, which belongeth to Zidon, and dwell there: behold, I have commanded a widow woman there to sustain thee.

I Ki AKJV 17:9  Arise, get you to Zarephath, which belongs to Zidon, and dwell there: behold, I have commanded a widow woman there to sustain you.
I Ki DRC 17:10  He arose, and went to Sarephta. And when he was come to the gate of the city, he saw the widow woman gathering sticks, and he called her, and said to her: Give me a little water in a vessel, that I may drink.
I Ki KJV 17:10  So he arose and went to Zarephath. And when he came to the gate of the city, behold, the widow woman was there gathering of sticks: and he called to her, and said, Fetch me, I pray thee, a little water in a vessel, that I may drink.
I Ki CzeCEP 17:10  Vstal tedy a šel do Sarepty. Přišel ke vchodu do města, a hle, jedna vdova tam sbírá dříví. Zavolal na ni: „Naber mi prosím trochu vody do nádoby, abych se napil.“
I Ki CzeB21 17:10  Vstal tedy a vydal se do Sarepty. Přišel k městské bráně a hle, jakási vdova tam právě sbírala dříví. „Přinesla bys mi trochu vody ve džbánku?“ zavolal na ni. „Chtěl bych se napít.“
I Ki CzeCSP 17:10  Vstal tedy a odešel do Sarepty.
I Ki Webster 17:10  So he arose and went to Zarephath. And when he came to the gate of the city, behold, the widow woman [was] there gathering sticks: and he called to her, and said, Bring me, I pray thee, a little water in a vessel, that I may drink.
I Ki NHEB 17:10  So he arose and went to Zarephath; and when he came to the gate of the city, behold, a widow was there gathering sticks: and he called to her, and said, "Please get me a little water in a vessel, that I may drink."
I Ki AKJV 17:10  So he arose and went to Zarephath. And when he came to the gate of the city, behold, the widow woman was there gathering of sticks: and he called to her, and said, Fetch me, I pray you, a little water in a vessel, that I may drink.
I Ki VulgClem 17:10  Surrexit, et abiit in Sarephta. Cumque venisset ad portam civitatis, apparuit ei mulier vidua colligens ligna, et vocavit eam, dixitque ei : Da mihi paululum aquæ in vase ut bibam.
I Ki DRC 17:11  And Elias said to her: Give me thy son. And he took him out of her bosom, and carried him into the upper chamber where he abode, and laid him upon his own bed.
I Ki KJV 17:11  And as she was going to fetch it, he called to her, and said, Bring me, I pray thee, a morsel of bread in thine hand.
I Ki CzeBKR 17:11  A když šla, aby přinesla, zavolal jí zase a řekl: Medle, přines mi také kousek chleba v ruce své.
I Ki Webster 17:11  And as she was going to bring [it], he called to her, and said, Bring me, I pray thee, a morsel of bread in thy hand.

I Ki AKJV 17:11  And as she was going to fetch it, he called to her, and said, Bring me, I pray you, a morsel of bread in your hand.
I Ki VulgClem 17:11  Cumque illa pergeret ut afferret, clamavit post tergum ejus, dicens : Affer mihi, obsecro, et buccellam panis in manu tua.
I Ki DRC 17:12  And she answered: As the Lord thy God liveth, I have no bread, but only a handful of meal in a pot, and a little oil in a cruise: behold I am gathering two sticks, that I may go in and dress it, for me and my son, that we may eat it and die.
I Ki KJV 17:12  And she said, As the Lord thy God liveth, I have not a cake, but an handful of meal in a barrel, and a little oil in a cruse: and, behold, I am gathering two sticks, that I may go in and dress it for me and my son, that we may eat it, and die.
Nasbírám teď trochu dříví a půjdu to připravit sobě a synovi. Sníme to a umřeme.“
I Ki CzeCSP 17:12  Řekla: Jakože živ je Hospodin, tvůj Bůh, nemám ani koláček, jenom hrst mouky ve džbánu a trochu oleje ve džbánku. Podívej, sbírám pár kousků dříví, abych to šla udělat pro sebe a svého syna, sníme to a zemřeme.
I Ki CzeBKR 17:12  I odpověděla: Živť jest Hospodin Bůh tvůj, žeť nemám žádného chleba, ani podpopelného, kromě hrsti mouky v kbelíku a maličko oleje v nádobce, a aj, sbírám dvě dřevě, abych šla a připravila to sobě a synu svému, abychom snědouce to, za tím zemříti musili.
I Ki Webster 17:12  And she said, [As] the LORD thy God liveth, I have not a cake, but a handful of meal in a barrel, and a little oil in a cruse: and behold, I [am] gathering two sticks, that I may go in and dress it for me and my son, that we may eat it, and die.
I Ki NHEB 17:12  She said, "As the Lord your God lives, I do not have a cake, but a handful of meal in the jar, and a little oil in the jar. Behold, I am gathering two sticks, that I may go in and bake it for me and my son, that we may eat it, and die."
I Ki AKJV 17:12  And she said, As the LORD your God lives, I have not a cake, but an handful of meal in a barrel, and a little oil in a cruse: and, behold, I am gathering two sticks, that I may go in and dress it for me and my son, that we may eat it, and die.
I Ki DRC 17:13  And Elias said to her: Fear not; but go, and do as thou hast said but first make for me of the same meal a little hearth cake, and bring it to me, and after make for thyself and thy son.
I Ki KJV 17:13  And Elijah said unto her, Fear not; go and do as thou hast said: but make me thereof a little cake first, and bring it unto me, and after make for thee and for thy son.
I Ki CzeCEP 17:13  Elijáš jí řekl: „Neboj se. Jdi a udělej, co jsi řekla. Jen mi z toho nejdřív připrav malý podpopelný chléb a přines mi jej. Potom připravíš jídlo pro sebe a svého syna,
I Ki CzeB21 17:13  „Neboj se,“ řekl jí Eliáš. „Jdi, udělej, cos řekla, ale nejdřív mi z toho připrav chlebovou placku a dones mi ji. Potom připravíš jídlo sobě a synovi.
I Ki CzeCSP 17:13  Elijáš jí řekl: Neboj se. Jdi a učiň podle svého slova. Avšak nejprve z toho udělej malý chléb pro mě a přines mi to. Pro sebe a pro svého syna udělej potom.
I Ki CzeBKR 17:13  I řekl jí Eliáš: Neboj se. Jdi a učiň, jakž jsi řekla, a však udělej mi prvé z toho malý chléb podpopelný a přines mi; potom sobě a synu svému uděláš.
I Ki Webster 17:13  And Elijah said to her, Fear not; go [and] do as thou hast said: but make me of it a little cake first, and bring [it] to me, and afterward make for thee and for thy son.
I Ki NHEB 17:13  Elijah said to her, "Do not be afraid. Go and do as you have said; but make me of it a little cake first, and bring it out to me, and afterward make some for you and for your son.

I Ki VulgClem 17:13  Ad quam Elias ait : Noli timere, sed vade, et fac sicut dixisti : verumtamen mihi primum fac de ipsa farinula subcinericium panem parvulum, et affer ad me : tibi autem et filio tuo facies postea.
I Ki DRC 17:14  For thus saith the Lord, the God of Israel: The pot of meal shall not waste, nor the cruise of oil be diminished, until the day wherein the Lord will give rain upon the face of the earth.
I Ki KJV 17:14  For thus saith the Lord God of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day that the Lord sendeth rain upon the earth.
I Ki CzeCEP 17:14  neboť toto praví Hospodin, Bůh Izraele: ‚Mouka ve džbánu neubude a olej v láhvi nedojde až do dne, kdy dá Hospodin zemi déšť.‘“
I Ki CzeB21 17:14  Neboť toto praví Hospodin, Bůh Izraele: ‚Mouka z toho džbánu nedojde a oleje z láhve neubude až do dne, kdy Hospodin sešle na zem déšť.‘“
I Ki CzeCSP 17:14  Neboť toto praví Hospodin, Bůh Izraele: Mouka ve džbánu nedojde a oleje ve džbánku nebude nedostatek až do dne, kdy dá Hospodin déšť na povrch země.
I Ki CzeBKR 17:14  Neboť toto praví Hospodin Bůh Izraelský: Mouka z kbelíka toho nebude strávena, aniž oleje v nádobce té ubude až do toho dne, když dá Hospodin déšť na zemi.
