7:1  O Lord my God, in thee do I put my trust: save me from all them that persecute me, and deliver me:

7:2  ⌈Hospodine, můj Bože,⌉ v tobě hledám útočiště! Zachraň mě před všemi mými pronásledovateli! Vysvoboď mě od nich!

7:2  Aby neuchvátil jako lev duše mé, a neroztrhal, když by nebyl, kdo by vysvobodil.

7:3  Jinak mě jako lev rozervou na kusy, rozsápají mě, nebude mi pomoci!

7:3  aby nerozsápali mou duši jako lev. Odvlečou mě a nebude, kdo by mě vysvobodil.

7:3  Hospodine Bože můj, učinil-li jsem to, jest-li nepravost při mně,

7:4  Hospodine, Bože můj, jestliže jsem něco spáchal, jestliže lpí bezpráví na mých dlaních,

7:4  Hospodine, můj Bože, jestliže jsem to spáchal, jestliže na mých dlaních opravdu lpí špatnost,

7:4  Činil-li jsem zle tomu, kdož se ke mně pokojně choval, (nýbrž spomáhal jsem protivícímu se mi bez příčiny),

7:5  If I have rendered to them that repaid me evils, let me deservedly fall empty before my enemies.

7:5  Let the enemy persecute my soul, and take it; yea, let him tread down my life upon the earth, and lay mine honour in the dust. Selah.

7:5  jestliže jsem odplácel zlem tomu, který mi přál pokoj, nebo z prázdných ohledů jsem šetřil protivníka,

7:5  jestli jsem příteli oplatil něčím zlým (i svého nepřítele jsem však ušetřil!),

7:5  Nechať stihá nepřítel duši mou, i popadne, a pošlapá na zemi život můj, a slávu mou v prach uvede. Sélah.

7:6  ať nepřítel stíhá moji duši, chytí a zašlape do země můj život, ať uvede v prach mou slávu.

7:6  pak ať mě honí a chytí protivník, ať pošlape můj život na zemi, mou čest ať v prachu vyválí! séla

7:6  pak ať nepřítel pronásleduje mou duši, ať mě dostihne a zadupe můj život do země a mou slávu ať uvrhne v prach! Sela.

7:6  Povstaň, Hospodine, v hněvě svém, vyvyš se proti vzteklostem mých nepřátel, a prociť ke mně, nebo jsi soud nařídil.

7:7  Povstaň, Hospodine, ve svém hněvu, proti zuřivosti protivníků mých se zvedni, bděle při mně stůj na soudu, k němuž jsi dal příkaz.

7:7  Povstaň, Hospodine, v hněvu svém, postav se zuřivosti mých nepřátel, probuď se, Bože, nastol pořádek!

7:8  Pospolitost národů až kolem tebe stane, k soudu nad nimi se navrať na výšinu.

7:8  Shromáždění národů ať tě obklopí, znovu usedni na trůn nad nimi –

7:8  Obklopí tě pospolitost národů; kvůli nim se navrať na výšinu!

7:8  Hospodin souditi bude lidi. Sudiž mne, Hospodine, podlé spravedlnosti mé, a podlé nevinnosti mé, kteráž při mně jest.

7:9  Sám Hospodin povede při s lidmi. Dopomoz mi, Hospodine, k právu, podle mé spravedlnosti a bezúhonnosti.

7:9  Hospodin bude soudit národy! Obhaj mě, Hospodine, vždyť jsem nevinný, jsem bez úhony, můj Nejvyšší!

7:9  Hospodin rozsoudí národy. ⌈Zjednej mi právo,⌉ Hospodine, podle mé spravedlnosti a podle mé bezúhonnosti, ⌈které na mně jsou.⌉

7:9  Ó by již k skončení přišla nešlechetnost bezbožných, spravedlivého pak abys utvrdil ty, kterýž zkušuješ srdce a ledví, Bože spravedlivý.

7:10  Kéž je konec zlobě svévolníků. Dej, ať spravedlivý stojí pevně, Bože spravedlivý, jenž zkoumáš srdce a ledví!

7:10  Ukonči podlost ničemných, spravedlivého však posilni, spravedlivý Bože, ty zkoumáš srdce i svědomí!

7:10  Kéž by už skončilo zlo ničemů a kéž by byl upevněn spravedlivý, ⌈Bože spravedlivý, který zkoumáš srdce i ledví.⌉

7:10  Bůh jest štít můj, kterýž spaseny činí upřímé srdcem.
