6:4  Křtem jsme s ním pohřbeni do smrti, abychom – tak jako byl Kristus vzkříšen z mrtvých Otcovou slávou – i my vkročili do nového života.

6:4  Skrze křest jsme byli spolu s ním pohřbeni ve smrt, abychom i my, tak jako byl Kristus skrze slávu Otce vzkříšen z mrtvých, ⌈vstoupili na cestu nového života⌉.

6:19  Mluvím názorně z ohledu na vaši lidskou slabost: Jako jste se dříve propůjčovali k službě nečistotě a nepravosti k bezbožnému životu, tak se nyní dejte do služby spravedlnosti k posvěcení.

6:19  S ohledem na vaši lidskou slabost to řeknu ještě názorněji: Jako jste své údy vydávali do služby nečistoty a špatnosti k páchání špatnosti, tak teď vydávejte své údy do služby spravedlnosti k posvěcení.

6:19  Pro slabost vašeho těla to říkám po lidsku: Jako jste propůjčili své údy za otroky nečistotě a nepravosti k činění nepravosti, tak nyní předložte své údy za otroky spravedlnosti k posvěcení.

6:19  Po lidsku pravím, pro mdlobu těla vašeho: Jakž jste vydávali oudy své v službu nečistotě a nepravosti k činění nepravosti, tak nyní vydávejte oudy své v službu spravedlnosti ku posvěcení.

6:19  I speak after the manner of men, because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity, to ([work]) iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness, to ([work]) holiness.

6:22  Avšak nyní, když jste byli osvobozeni od hříchu a stali se služebníky Božími, máte z toho užitek, totiž posvěcení, a čeká vás život věčný.

6:22  A co teď máte z toho, že jste svobodní od hříchu a sloužíte Bohu? Výsledkem vašeho posvěcení je věčný život!

6:22  Avšak nyní, když jste byli osvobozeni od hříchu a stali jste se otroky Božími, máte svůj užitek ku posvěcení a vašim cílem je věčný život.
