Chapter 115
Psal DRC 115:1  I have believed, therefore have I spoken; but I have been humbled exceedingly.
Psal KJV 115:1  Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us, but unto thy name give glory, for thy mercy, and for thy truth’s sake.
Psal VulgClem 115:1  Alleluja. Credidi, propter quod locutus sum ; ego autem humiliatus sum nimis.
Psal DRC 115:2  I said in my excess: Every man is a liar.
Psal KJV 115:2  Wherefore should the heathen say, Where is now their God?
Psal VulgClem 115:2  Ego dixi in excessu meo : Omnis homo mendax.
Psal DRC 115:3  What shall I render to the Lord, for all the things that he hath rendered to me?
Psal KJV 115:3  But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased.
Psal VulgClem 115:3  Quid retribuam Domino pro omnibus quæ retribuit mihi ?
Psal DRC 115:4  I will take the chalice of salvation; and I will call upon the name of the Lord.
Psal KJV 115:4  Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands.
Psal VulgClem 115:4  Calicem salutaris accipiam, et nomen Domini invocabo.
Psal DRC 115:5  I will pay my vows to the Lord before all his people:
Psal KJV 115:5  They have mouths, but they speak not: eyes have they, but they see not:

Psal DRC 115:6  Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints.
Psal KJV 115:6  They have ears, but they hear not: noses have they, but they smell not:
Psal VulgClem 115:6  Pretiosa in conspectu Domini mors sanctorum ejus.
Psal DRC 115:7  O Lord, for I am thy servant: I am thy servant, and the son of thy handmaid. Thou hast broken my bonds:
Psal KJV 115:7  They have hands, but they handle not: feet have they, but they walk not: neither speak they through their throat.
Psal VulgClem 115:7  O Domine, quia ego servus tuus ; ego servus tuus, et filius ancillæ tuæ. Dirupisti vincula mea :
Psal DRC 115:8  I will sacrifice to thee the sacrifice of praise, and I will call upon the name of the Lord.
Psal KJV 115:8  They that make them are like unto them; so is every one that trusteth in them.

Psal KJV 115:11  Ye that fear the Lord, trust in the Lord: he is their help and their shield.
