3:6  Ale Hospodin zavolal Samuela znovu. Samuel vstal, šel k Élímu a řekl: „Tu jsem, volal jsi mě.“ On však řekl: „Nevolal jsem, můj synu, lehni si zase.“

3:6  Vtom na něj Hospodin znovu zavolal: „Samueli!“ Vstal tedy a šel za Elím. „Tady jsem, volal jsi mě,“ řekl mu. „Nevolal jsem tě, synu,“ odpověděl Elí. „Jdi zase spát.“

3:8  A znovu, potřetí, zavolal Hospodin Samuela. On vstal, šel k Élímu a řekl: „Tu jsem, volal jsi mě.“ Tu Élí pochopil, že mládence volá Hospodin.

3:8  And the LORD called Samuel again the third time. And he arose and went to Eli, and said, Here [am] I; for thou didst call me. And Eli perceived that the LORD had called the child.

3:9  And said: Here am I: for thou didst call me. Then Heli understood that the Lord called the child, and he said to Samuel: Go, and sleep: and if he shall call thee any more, thou shalt say: Speak, Lord, for thy servant heareth. So Samuel went, and slept in his place.

3:9  Therefore Eli said unto Samuel, Go, lie down: and it shall be, if he call thee, that thou shalt say, Speak, Lord; for thy servant heareth. So Samuel went and lay down in his place.

3:9  Therefore Eli said to Samuel, Go, lie down: and it shall be, if he should call thee, that thou shalt say, Speak, LORD; for thy servant heareth. So Samuel went and lay down in his place.

3:11  Hospodin řekl Samuelovi: „Hle, já učiním v Izraeli něco takového, že bude znít v obou uších každému, kdo o tom uslyší.

3:17  And he asked him: What is the word that the Lord hath spoken to thee? I beseech thee hide it not from me. May God do so and so to thee, and add so and so, if thou hide from me one word of all that were said to thee.

3:17  And he said, What is the thing that the Lord hath said unto thee? I pray thee hide it not from me: God do so to thee, and more also, if thou hide any thing from me of all the things that he said unto thee.

3:17  Otázal se: „Co to bylo, o čem s tebou mluvil? Nic prosím přede mnou nezatajuj! Ať s tebou Bůh udělá, co chce, jestliže přede mnou zatajíš něco z toho všeho, o čem s tebou mluvil!“

3:17  „Co ti řekl?“ ptal se ho Elí. „Prosím, nic přede mnou netaj. Ať tě Bůh potrestá a ještě ti přidá, jestliže mi zatajíš jediné slovo z toho, co ti řekl!“

3:17  Řekl: ⌈Co ti to říkal?⌉ Prosím, nic přede mnou nezatajuj! Ať tak Bůh učiní tobě a ještě přidá, jestliže přede mnou zatajíš ⌈něco z toho všeho, co ti říkal.⌉

3:17  I řekl: Jaká jest to řeč, kterouž mluvil tobě? Netaj medle přede mnou. Toto učiň tobě Bůh a toto přidej, jestliže co zatajíš přede mnou ze všech slov, kteráž mluvil tobě.

3:17  And he said, What [is] the thing that [the LORD] hath said to thee? I pray thee hide [it] not from me: God do so to thee, and more also, if thou shalt hide [any] thing from me, of all the things that he said to thee.

3:17  He said, "What is the thing that he has spoken to you? Please do not hide it from me. God do so to you, and more also, if you hide anything from me of all the things that he spoke to you."

3:17  And he said, What is the thing that the LORD has said to you? I pray you hide it not from me: God do so to you, and more also, if you hide any thing from me of all the things that he said to you.

3:17  Et interrogavit eum : Quis est sermo, quem locutus est Dominus ad te ? oro te ne celaveris me : hæc faciat tibi Deus, et hæc addat, si absconderis a me sermonem ex omnibus verbis quæ dicta sunt tibi.

3:18  So Samuel told him all the words, and did not hide them from him. And he answered: It is the Lord: let him do what is good in his sight.

3:18  And Samuel told him every whit, and hid nothing from him. And he said, It is the Lord: let him do what seemeth him good.

3:18  Samuel mu tedy oznámil všechno a nic před ním nezatajil. A on řekl: „On je Hospodin. Ať učiní, co je dobré v jeho očích.“
