Chapter 65
Psal DRC 65:1  Unto the end, a canticle of a psalm of the resurrection. Shout with joy to God, all the earth,
Psal VulgClem 65:1  In finem. Canticum psalmi resurrectionis. Jubilate Deo, omnis terra ;
Psal KJV 65:1  Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Sion: and unto thee shall the vow be performed.
Psal DRC 65:2  Sing ye a psalm to his name; give glory to his praise.
Psal VulgClem 65:2  psalmum dicite nomini ejus ; date gloriam laudi ejus.
Psal KJV 65:2  O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.
Psal DRC 65:3  Say unto God, How terrible are thy works, O Lord! in the multitude of thy strength thy enemies shall lie to thee.
Psal VulgClem 65:3  Dicite Deo : Quam terribilia sunt opera tua, Domine ! in multitudine virtutis tuæ mentientur tibi inimici tui.
Psal KJV 65:3  Iniquities prevail against me: as for our transgressions, thou shalt purge them away.
Psal DRC 65:4  Let all the earth adore thee, and sing to thee: let it sing a psalm to thy name.
Psal VulgClem 65:4  Omnis terra adoret te, et psallat tibi ; psalmum dicat nomini tuo.
Psal KJV 65:4  Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple.
Psal DRC 65:5  Come and see the works of God; who is terrible in his counsels over the sons of men.
Psal VulgClem 65:5  Venite, et videte opera Dei : terribilis in consiliis super filios hominum.
Psal KJV 65:5  By terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation; who art the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off upon the sea:
Psal DRC 65:6  Who turneth the sea into dry land, in the river they shall pass on foot: there shall we rejoice in him.
Psal VulgClem 65:6  Qui convertit mare in aridam ; in flumine pertransibunt pede : ibi lætabimur in ipso.
Psal KJV 65:6  Which by his strength setteth fast the mountains; being girded with power:
Psal DRC 65:7  Who by his power ruleth for ever: his eyes behold the nations; let not them that provoke him be exalted in themselves.
Psal VulgClem 65:7  Qui dominatur in virtute sua in æternum ; oculi ejus super gentes respiciunt : qui exasperant non exaltentur in semetipsis.
Psal KJV 65:7  Which stilleth the noise of the seas, the noise of their waves, and the tumult of the people.
Psal DRC 65:8  O bless our God, ye Gentiles: and make the voice of his praise to be heard.
Psal VulgClem 65:8  Benedicite, gentes, Deum nostrum, et auditam facite vocem laudis ejus :
Psal KJV 65:8  They also that dwell in the uttermost parts are afraid at thy tokens: thou makest the outgoings of the morning and evening to rejoice.
Psal DRC 65:9  Who hath set my soul to live: and hath not suffered my feet to be moved:
Psal VulgClem 65:9  qui posuit animam meam ad vitam, et non dedit in commotionem pedes meos.
Psal KJV 65:9  Thou visitest the earth, and waterest it: thou greatly enrichest it with the river of God, which is full of water: thou preparest them corn, when thou hast so provided for it.
Psal DRC 65:10  For thou, O God, hast proved us: thou hast tried us by fire, as silver is tried.
Psal VulgClem 65:10  Quoniam probasti nos, Deus ; igne nos examinasti, sicut examinatur argentum.
Psal KJV 65:10  Thou waterest the ridges thereof abundantly: thou settlest the furrows thereof: thou makest it soft with showers: thou blessest the springing thereof.
Psal DRC 65:11  Thou hast brought us into a net, thou hast laid afflictions on our back:
Psal VulgClem 65:11  Induxisti nos in laqueum ; posuisti tribulationes in dorso nostro ;
Psal KJV 65:11  Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness.
Psal DRC 65:12  Thou hast set men over our heads. We have passed through fire and water, and thou hast brought us out into a refreshment.
Psal VulgClem 65:12  imposuisti homines super capita nostra. Transivimus per ignem et aquam, et eduxisti nos in refrigerium.
Psal KJV 65:12  They drop upon the pastures of the wilderness: and the little hills rejoice on every side.
Psal DRC 65:13  I will go into thy house with burnt offerings: I will pay thee my vows,
Psal VulgClem 65:13  Introibo in domum tuam in holocaustis ; reddam tibi vota mea
Psal KJV 65:13  The pastures are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout for joy, they also sing.
Psal DRC 65:14  Which my lips have uttered, And my mouth hath spoken, when I was in trouble.
Psal VulgClem 65:14  quæ distinxerunt labia mea : et locutum est os meum in tribulatione mea.

Psal DRC 65:15  I will offer up to thee holocausts full of marrow, with burnt offerings of rams: I will offer to thee bullocks with goats.

Psal DRC 65:16  Come and hear, all ye that fear God, and I will tell you what great things he hath done for my soul.

Psal DRC 65:17  I cried to him with my mouth: and I extolled him with my tongue.

Psal DRC 65:18  If I have looked at iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me.

Psal DRC 65:19  Therefore hath God heard me, and hath attended to the voice of my supplication.

Psal DRC 65:20  Blessed be God, who hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me.
Psal VulgClem 65:20  Benedictus Deus, qui non amovit orationem meam, et misericordiam suam a me.
