Chapter 9
Psal AB 9:1  I will give thanks to You, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will recount all Your wonderful works.
Psal AB 9:2  I will be glad and exalt in You: I will sing to Your name, O Most High.
Psal AB 9:3  When my enemies are turned back, they shall be feeble and perish at Your presence.
Psal AB 9:4  For You have maintained my cause and my right; You sat on the throne, that judges in righteousness.
Psal AB 9:5  You have rebuked the nations, and the ungodly one has perished; You have blotted out their name forever, even forever and ever.
Psal AB 9:6  The swords of the enemy have failed utterly; and you have destroyed cities: their memorial has been destroyed with a noise,
Psal AB 9:7  but the Lord endures forever; He has prepared His throne for judgment.
Psal AB 9:8  And He will judge the world in righteousness, He will judge the nations in uprightness.
Psal AB 9:9  The Lord also has become a refuge for the poor, a seasonable help, in affliction.
Psal AB 9:10  And let them that know Your name hope in You-for You, O Lord, have not failed them that diligently seek You.
Psal AB 9:11  Sing praises to the Lord, who dwells in Zion: declare His dealings among the nations.
Psal AB 9:12  For He remembered them, in making inquisition for blood; He has not forgotten the supplication of the poor.
Psal AB 9:13  Have mercy upon me, O Lord; look upon my affliction which I suffer from my enemies, You that lift me up from the gates of death:
Psal AB 9:14  that I may declare all Your praises in the gates of the daughter of Zion: I will rejoice in Your salvation.
Psal AB 9:15  The heathen are caught in the destruction which they planned: in the very snare which they hid is their foot taken.
Psal AB 9:16  The Lord is known as executing judgments: the sinner is taken in the works of his hands. Pause.
Psal AB 9:17  Let sinners be driven away into Hades, even all the nations that forget God.
Psal AB 9:18  For the poor shall not be forgotten forever; the patience of the needy ones shall not perish forever.
Psal AB 9:19  Arise, O Lord, let not man prevail: let the heathen be judged before You.
Psal AB 9:20  Appoint, O Lord, a lawgiver over them: let the heathen know that they are men. Pause.
