41:1  Let the islands keep silence before me, and the nations take new strength: let them come near, and then speak, let us come near to judgment together.

41:1  „Zmlkněte přede mnou, ostrovy, národy ať se oblečou v sílu, ať se přiblíží, ať potom promluví, přistupme společně k soudu.

41:1  Zmlkněte přede mnou, ostrovy! Ať národy zkusí nabrat sil! Jen ať se přiblíží a promluví – pojďme společně k soudu přistoupit.

41:2  Kdo vzbudil od východu muže, jemuž v patách kráčí spravedlnost? Poddává mu pronárody, podrobuje krále. Jeho mečem rozmetá je v prach, jeho lukem jako rozházenou slámu.

41:2  Kdo na východě vzbudil vítěze a povolal ho ke službě? Kdo podmanil mu národy a dal mu vládnout nad králi? V prach je svým mečem obrací, svým lukem je jak stébla rozhání.

41:15  I have made thee as a new thrashing wain, with teeth like a saw: thou shalt thrash the mountains, and break them in pieces: and shalt make the hills as chaff.

41:15  Behold, I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth: thou shalt thresh the mountains, and beat them small, and shalt make the hills as chaff.

41:15  Hle, učiním tě okovaným smykem na mlácení, novým, z obou stran ostrým. Budeš mlátit a drtit hory, s pahorky naložíš jako s plevami.

41:15  Hle, učiním tě cepem k mlácení, novým a s hroty ostrými. Pomlátíš hory, všechny rozdrtíš, s pahorky naložíš jako s plevami.

41:15  Hle, učinil jsem tě novým oboustranným mláticím smykem. Budeš mlátit hory a rozdrtíš je a návrší proměníš v plevy.

41:15  Aj, učinil jsem tě jako smyk i s zuby novými po obou stranách; pomlátíš hory, a zetřeš je, a s pahrbky jako s plevami naložíš.

41:15  Behold, I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth: thou shalt thresh the mountains, and beat [them] small, and shalt make the hills as chaff.

41:16  Thou shalt fan them, and the wind shall carry them away, and the whirlwind shall scatter them: and thou shalt rejoice in the Lord, in the Holy One of Israel thou shalt be joyful.

41:16  Rozptýlíš je a vítr je uchvátí, rozmetáni budou vichřicí. Ty se však budeš v Hospodinu radovat, Svatý izraelský bude chlouba tvá.

41:16  Prověješ je a vítr je odnese, vichřice je rozptýlí. Ty však budeš jásat v Hospodinu, budeš se chlubit Svatým Izraele.

41:16  Převěješ je, v tom je vítr zachvátí, a vicher rozptýlí, ty pak plésati budeš v Hospodinu, v Svatém Izraelském chlubiti se budeš.

41:16  Thou shalt fan them, and the wind shall carry them away, and the whirlwind shall scatter them: and thou shalt rejoice in the LORD, [and] shalt glory in the Holy One of Israel.
