8:1  And the Lord said to Moses: Go in to Pharao, and thou shalt say to him: Thus saith the Lord: Let my people go to sacrifice to me.

8:1  Hospodin dále řekl Mojžíšovi: „Vyzvi Árona: ‚Vztáhni ruku se svou holí nad průplavy, nad říční ramena i nad jezera a vyveď na egyptskou zemi žáby.‘“

8:1  Hospodin dále Mojžíšovi řekl: „Řekni Áronovi: ‚Napřáhni hůl, kterou máš v ruce, k průplavům, říčním ramenům i mokřinám a na celou egyptskou zem z nich vyveď žáby!‘“

8:5  And the Lord spake unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch forth thine hand with thy rod over the streams, over the rivers, and over the ponds, and cause frogs to come up upon the land of Egypt.

8:5  Mojžíš faraónovi odvětil: „Rač mi sdělit, kdy mám prosit za tebe, za tvé služebníky a za tvůj lid, aby Hospodin vyhladil žáby u tebe i v tvých domech. Zůstanou jen v Nilu.“

8:5  Mojžíš řekl faraonovi: ⌈Máš přede mnou výsadu určit,⌉ na kdy mám za tebe, za tvé otroky a za tvůj lid prosit, aby byly žáby vyhlazeny od tebe a ze tvých paláců. Zůstanou jen v Nilu.

8:5  I řekl Hospodin Mojžíšovi: Rci Aronovi: Vztáhni ruku svou s holí svou na řeky, na potoky a na jezera, a vyveď žáby na zemi Egyptskou.

8:9  And Moses said unto Pharaoh, Glory over me: when shall I intreat for thee, and for thy servants, and for thy people, to destroy the frogs from thee and thy houses, that they may remain in the river only?

8:9  And Moses said to Pharaoh, Glory over me: when shall I entreat for thee, and for thy servants, and for thy people, to destroy the frogs from thee, and thy houses, [that] they may remain in the river only?

8:9  Moses said to Pharaoh, "I give you the honor of setting the time that I should pray for you, and for your servants, and for your people, that the frogs be destroyed from you and your houses, and remain in the river only."

8:9  And Moses said to Pharaoh, Glory over me: when shall I entreat for you, and for your servants, and for your people, to destroy the frogs from you and your houses, that they may remain in the river only?

8:10  And he answered: To morrow. But he said: I will do according to thy word; that thou mayest know that there is none like to the Lord our God.

8:13  A tak to učinili: Áron napřáhl hůl, udeřil s ní do prachu, a lidi i dobytek obsypali komáři. Veškerý prach v celé egyptské zemi se proměnil v komáry!

8:16  Hospodin řekl Mojžíšovi: „Za časného jitra se postav před faraóna, až vyjde k vodě. Řekneš mu: Toto praví Hospodin: Propusť můj lid, aby mi sloužil!

8:16  Dixitque Dominus ad Moysen : Loquere ad Aaron : Extende virgam tuam, et percute pulverem terræ : et sint sciniphes in universa terra Ægypti.

8:17  And they did so. And Aaron stretched forth his hand, holding the rod; and he struck the dust of the earth, and there came sciniphs on men and on beasts: all the dust of the earth was turned into sciniphs through all the land of Egypt.

8:17  And they did so; for Aaron stretched out his hand with his rod, and smote the dust of the earth, and it became lice in man, and in beast; all the dust of the land became lice throughout all the land of Egypt.

8:17  Jestliže můj lid nepropustíš, pošlu na tebe, na tvé služebníky, na tvůj lid i na tvé domy mouchy. Domy Egypťanů budou plné much, i ta půda, na které žijí.

8:17  Pokud však můj lid nepropustíš, dávej pozor: Na tebe, na tvé dvořany, na tvůj lid i do tvých domů vypustím mračna much. Domy Egypťanů i zemi pod jejich nohama zaplní mouchy!

8:17  Jestliže můj lid nepropustíš, hle, pošlu na tebe, na tvé otroky, na tvůj lid a do tvých paláců mouchy. Domy Egypťanů budou plné much, dokonce i ta půda, na níž jsou.

8:17  Kteříž učinili tak. Nebo vztáhl Aron ruku svou s holí svou, a udeřil prach země. I byly stěnice na lidech i hovadech; všecken prach země obrátil se v stěnice ve vší zemi Egyptské.

8:17  And they did so: for Aaron stretched out his hand with his rod, and smote the dust of the earth, and it became lice in man and in beast; all the dust of the land became lice throughout all the land of Egypt.
