Gene DRC 9:1  And God blessed Noe and his sons. And he said to them: Increase, and multiply, and fill the earth.
Gene KJV 9:1  And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth.
Gene DRC 9:2  And let the fear and dread of you be upon all the beasts of the earth, and upon all the fowls of the air, and all that move upon the earth: all the fishes of the sea are delivered into your hand.
Gene KJV 9:2  And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea; into your hand are they delivered.
Gene DRC 9:3  And every thing that moveth, and liveth shall be meat for you: even as the green herbs have I delivered them all to you:
Gene KJV 9:3  Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.
Gene VulgClem 9:3  Et omne, quod movetur et vivit, erit vobis in cibum : quasi olera virentia tradidi vobis omnia.
Gene DRC 9:4  Saving that flesh with blood you shall not eat.
Gene KJV 9:4  But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.
Gene DRC 9:5  For I will require the blood of your lives at the hand of every beast, and at the hand of man, at the hand of every man, and of his brother, will I require the life of man.
Gene KJV 9:5  And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man’s brother will I require the life of man.
Gene DRC 9:6  Whosoever shall shed man's blood, his blood shall be shed: for man was made to the image of God.
Gene KJV 9:6  Whoso sheddeth man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.
Gene VulgClem 9:6  Quicumque effuderit humanum sanguinem, fundetur sanguis illius : ad imaginem quippe Dei factus est homo.
Gene DRC 9:7  But increase you and multiply, and go upon the earth and fill it.
Gene KJV 9:7  And you, be ye fruitful, and multiply; bring forth abundantly in the earth, and multiply therein.
Gene DRC 9:8  Thus also said God to Noe, and to his sons with him:
Gene KJV 9:8  And God spake unto Noah, and to his sons with him, saying,
Gene DRC 9:9  Behold I will establish my covenant with you, and with your seed after you:
Gene KJV 9:9  And I, behold, I establish my covenant with you, and with your seed after you;
Gene VulgClem 9:9  Ecce ego statuam pactum meum vobiscum, et cum semine vestro post vos :
Gene DRC 9:10  And with every living soul that is with you, as well in all birds, as in cattle and beasts of the earth, that are come forth out of the ark, and in all the beasts of the earth.
Gene KJV 9:10  And with every living creature that is with you, of the fowl, of the cattle, and of every beast of the earth with you; from all that go out of the ark, to every beast of the earth.
Gene DRC 9:11  I will establish my covenant with you, and all flesh shall be no more destroyed with the waters of a flood, neither shall there be from henceforth a flood to waste the earth.
Gene KJV 9:11  And I will establish my covenant with you; neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth.
Gene VulgClem 9:11  Statuam pactum meum vobiscum, et nequaquam ultra interficietur omnis caro aquis diluvii, neque erit deinceps diluvium dissipans terram.
Gene DRC 9:12  And God said: This is the sign of the covenant which I give between me and you, and to every living soul that is with you, for perpetual generations.
Gene KJV 9:12  And God said, This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations:
Gene VulgClem 9:12  Dixitque Deus : Hoc signum fœderis quod do inter me et vos, et ad omnem animam viventem, quæ est vobiscum in generationes sempiternas :
Gene DRC 9:13  I will set my bow in the clouds, and it shall be the sign of a covenant between me and between the earth.
Gene KJV 9:13  I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.
Gene DRC 9:14  And when I shall cover the sky with clouds, my bow shall appear in the clouds:
Gene KJV 9:14  And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:
Gene VulgClem 9:14  Cumque obduxero nubibus cælum, apparebit arcus meus in nubibus :
Gene DRC 9:15  And I will remember my covenant with you, and with every living soul that beareth flesh: and there shall no more be waters of a flood to destroy all flesh.
Gene KJV 9:15  And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.
Gene DRC 9:16  And the bow shall be in the clouds, and I shall see it, and shall remember the everlasting covenant, that was made between God and every living soul of all flesh which is upon the earth.
Gene KJV 9:16  And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth.
Gene DRC 9:17  And God said to Noe: This shall be the sign of the covenant, which I have established, between me and all flesh upon the earth.

Gene DRC 9:18  And the sons of Noe, who came out of the ark, were Sem, Cham, and Japheth: and Cham is the father of Chanaan.
Gene KJV 9:18  And the sons of Noah, that went forth of the ark, were Shem, and Ham, and Japheth: and Ham is the father of Canaan.
Gene DRC 9:19  These three are the sons of Noe: and from these was all mankind spread over the whole earth.
