2:1  Say ye to your brethren: You are my people: and to your sister: Thou hast obtained mercy.

2:1  Izraelských synů bude však zase jak mořského písku: nikdo je nezměří, nikdo je nesečte. Na místě, kde se jim říká: „Nejste lid můj“, bude se jim říkat: „Synové živého Boha.“

2:1  Přesto však synů Izraele bude jako mořského písku, který se nedá změřit ani spočítat. Tam, kde slyšeli: „Nejste můj lid,“ jim budou říkat: „Synové živého Boha.“

2:1  Avšak počet synů Izraele bude jako počet mořského písku, který nemůže být změřen ani spočítán. I stane se, že místo toho, že jim bylo řečeno: ⌈Nejste můj lid,⌉ jim bude řečeno: Jste synové ⌈živého Boha.⌉

2:4  Veďte spor proti své matce, veďte spor, vždyť ona není mou ženou a já nejsem jejím mužem. Ať odstraní ze své tváře znamení smilství, zprostřed svých ňader znak cizoložství!

2:4  Žalujte matku svou, žalujte, neboť mi není manželkou a já nejsem jejím manželem! Ať očistí svou tvář od smilstva, cizoložství ať mezi prsy nechová –

2:15  Ztrestám ji za dny baalů, že jim pálí kadidlo a zdobí se kroužkem a náhrdelníkem, že chodí za svými milenci a na mne zapomněla, je výrok Hospodinův.

2:15  Potrestám ji za ty dny, ve kterých uctívá baaly kadidly a ozdobená náušnicemi a sponami chodí za svými milenci – na mě však vůbec nemyslí, praví Hospodin.

2:15  Navštívím ji s trestem za dny baalů, kdy jim obětovala, zdobila se svými náušnicemi a šperky, chodila za svými milenci, ale na mě zapomněla, je Hospodinův výrok.

2:15  A dám jí vinice její od téhož místa, i údolé Achor místo dveří naděje, i bude tam zpívati jako za dnů mladosti své, totiž jako tehdáž, když vycházela z země Egyptské.

2:18  And in that day I will make a covenant with them, with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of the air, and with the creeping things of the earth: and I will destroy the bow, and the sword, and war out of the land: and I will make them sleep secure.

2:18  V onen den, je výrok Hospodinův, budeš ke mně volat: „Můj muži“, a nenazveš mě už: „Můj Baale“.

2:18  Toho dne, praví Hospodin, mi budeš říkat: „Manželi“ – Baalem mě nenazveš už nikdy víc.

2:18  ⌈I stane se v onen den,⌉ je Hospodinův výrok, že budeš volat: ⌈Můj muži,⌉ a nebudeš už na mě volat: ⌈Můj Baale.⌉

2:18  A učiním pro tebe smlouvu v ten den s živočichy polními, a s ptactvem nebeským i s zeměplazy, lučiště pak a meč polámi, i válku odejmu z země, a způsobím to, aby bydleli bezpečně.

2:20  V onen den pro ně uzavřu smlouvu s polní zvěří a s nebeským ptactvem i se zeměplazy. Vymýtím ze země luk, meč i válku a dám jim uléhat v bezpečí.

2:20  V ten den uzavřu smlouvu kvůli nim s divokou zvěří a s ptáky na nebi i s havětí, co leze po zemi; luk, meč a válku ze země vymýtím, všem dám odpočinout v bezpečí.

2:20  V onen den pro ně uzavřu smlouvu s polní zvěří, s nebeskými ptáky a zemskými plazy. Odstraním ze země luk, meč i válku a dám jim pobývat v bezpečí.

2:20  Zasnoubím tě sobě také u víře, abys poznala Hospodina.

2:22  zasnoubím si tě věrností a poznáš Hospodina.

2:23  Nebo ji rozseji sobě na zemi, a smiluji se nad Loruchámou, Loammi pak řeknu: Lid můj jsi ty, a on dí: Bože můj.

2:25  Vseji jej pro sebe do země, Neomilostněné budu milostiv, těm, kdo Nejsou-lid-můj, řeknu: „Tys můj lid“, a on řekne: „Můj Bože!“

2:25  Do země si jej zaseji a nad Lo-ruchamou se smiluji. Lo-amiho oslovím: „Jsi můj lid,“ a on mi odpoví: „Můj Bůh jsi ty!“

2:25  Zaseji si ji do země a slituji se nad Ló–ruchámou. Řeknu Ló–amímu: Ty jsi můj lid a on řekne: Můj Bože!
