Chapter 3
Acts RKJNT 3:1  Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour.
Acts RKJNT 3:2  And a certain man, lame from his mother's womb, was being carried to the temple gate which is called Beautiful, where they laid him daily to ask for alms from those who entered into the temple;
Acts RKJNT 3:3  Seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, he asked for alms.
Acts RKJNT 3:4  And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look at us.
Acts RKJNT 3:5  And he gave his attention to them, expecting to receive something from them.
Acts RKJNT 3:6  Then Peter said, Of silver and gold I have none; but what I have I give to you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk!
Acts RKJNT 3:7  And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankles received strength.
Acts RKJNT 3:8  And leaping up he stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.
Acts RKJNT 3:9  And all the people saw him walking and praising God:
Acts RKJNT 3:10  And they knew that it was the one who sat begging for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened to him.
Acts RKJNT 3:11  And as he clung to Peter and John, all the people ran together to them in the porch that is called Solomon's, greatly amazed.
Acts RKJNT 3:12  And when Peter saw it, he answered the people, You men of Israel, why do you marvel at this? or why do you look so earnestly at us, as though by our own power or holiness we made this man walk?
Acts RKJNT 3:13  The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified his Son Jesus; whom you delivered up, and denied in the presence of Pilate, when he had decided to let him go.
Acts RKJNT 3:14  But you denied the Holy and Just One, and asked for a murderer to be granted to you;
Acts RKJNT 3:15  And killed the Prince of life, whom God has raised from the dead. Of this we are witnesses.
Acts RKJNT 3:16  And his name, through faith in his name, has made this man strong, whom you see and know: and the faith which is through Jesus has given him this perfect health in the presence of you all.
Acts RKJNT 3:17  And now, brethren, I know that you acted in ignorance, as did your rulers.
Acts RKJNT 3:18  But those things which God foretold by the mouths of all his prophets, that his Christ should suffer, he has fulfilled.
Acts RKJNT 3:19  Therefore repent, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord;
Acts RKJNT 3:20  And that he may send the Christ, who was appointed for you, even Jesus:
Acts RKJNT 3:21  Whom heaven must receive until the time of the restoration of all things which God has spoken about by the mouths of all his holy prophets since the most ancient times.
Acts RKJNT 3:22  For Moses said, The Lord your God shall raise up for you a prophet like me from among your brethren; you shall hear him in all things, whatever he shall say to you.
Acts RKJNT 3:23  And it shall come to pass, that anyone who will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people.
Acts RKJNT 3:24  Yea, and all the prophets, from Samuel and those who followed after, as many as have spoken, have foretold these days.
Acts RKJNT 3:25  You are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with your fathers, saying to Abraham, And in your seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed.
Acts RKJNT 3:26  God, having raised up his servant, sent him first to bless you, by turning every one of you away from your iniquities.
