Gene DRC 19:8  I have two daughters who, as yet, have not known man; I will bring them out to you, and abuse you them as it shall please you, so that you do no evil to these men, because they are come in under the shadow of my roof.
Gene KJV 19:8  Behold now, I have two daughters which have not known man; let me, I pray you, bring them out unto you, and do ye to them as is good in your eyes: only unto these men do nothing; for therefore came they under the shadow of my roof.
Vešli přece do stínu mého přístřeší.“
Gene Webster 19:8  Behold now, I have two daughters who have not known man; let me, I pray you, bring them out to you, and do ye to them as [is] good in your eyes: only to these men do nothing; for therefore came they under the shadow of my roof.
Gene NHEB 19:8  See now, I have two virgin daughters. Please let me bring them out to you, and you may do to them what seems good to you. Only do not do anything to these men, because they have come under the shadow of my roof."
Gene AKJV 19:8  Behold now, I have two daughters which have not known man; let me, I pray you, bring them out to you, and do you to them as is good in your eyes: only to these men do nothing; for therefore came they under the shadow of my roof.
Gene VulgClem 19:8  Habeo duas filias, quæ necdum cognoverunt virum : educam eas ad vos, et abutimini eis sicut vobis placuerit, dummodo viris istis nihil mali faciatis, quia ingressi sunt sub umbra culminis mei.
Gene DRC 19:9  But they said: Get thee back thither. And again: Thou camest in, said they, as a stranger, was it to be a judge? therefore we will afflict thee more than them. And they pressed very violently upon Lot: and they were even at the point of breaking open the doors.
Gene KJV 19:9  And they said, Stand back. And they said again, This one fellow came in to sojourn, and he will needs be a judge: now will we deal worse with thee, than with them. And they pressed sore upon the man, even Lot, and came near to break the door.
Gene CzeBKR 19:9  I řekli: Odejdi tam!
Gene Webster 19:9  And they said, Stand back. And they said [again], This one [man] came in to sojourn, and he will needs be a judge: Now will we deal worse with thee than with them. And they pressed hard upon the man, Lot, and came near to break the door.
Gene NHEB 19:9  They said, "Stand back!" They said, "This one fellow came in to live as a foreigner, and he appoints himself a judge. Now will we deal worse with you, than with them!" They pressed hard on the man Lot, and drew near to break the door.
Gene AKJV 19:9  And they said, Stand back. And they said again, This one fellow came in to sojourn, and he will needs be a judge: now will we deal worse with you, than with them. And they pressed sore on the man, even Lot, and came near to break the door.
Gene VulgClem 19:9  At illi dixerunt : Recede illuc.
Gene DRC 19:10  And behold the men put out their hand, and drew in Lot unto them, and shut the door.
Gene KJV 19:10  But the men put forth their hand, and pulled Lot into the house to them, and shut to the door.
Gene CzeCEP 19:10  Vtom ti muži vlastníma rukama vtáhli Lota k sobě do domu a zavřeli dveře.
Gene CzeB21 19:10  Ti dva však vystrčili ruce, vtáhli Lota k sobě do domu a dveře zase zavřeli.
Gene CzeCSP 19:10  Nato muži zevnitř vztáhli ruce, vtáhli Lota k sobě do domu, zavřeli dveře
Gene CzeBKR 19:10  Tedy muži ti vztáhli ven ruku svou, a uvedli Lota k sobě do domu, a dvéře zavřeli.
Gene Webster 19:10  But the men put forth their hand, and pulled Lot into the house to them, and shut the door.

Gene AKJV 19:10  But the men put forth their hand, and pulled Lot into the house to them, and shut to the door.
Gene VulgClem 19:10  Et ecce miserunt manum viri, et introduxerunt ad se Lot, clauseruntque ostium :
Gene DRC 19:11  And them, that were without, they struck with blindness from the least to the greatest, so that they could not find the door.
Gene KJV 19:11  And they smote the men that were at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great: so that they wearied themselves to find the door.
Gene CzeCEP 19:11  Ale muže, kteří byli u vchodu do domu, malé i velké, ranili slepotou, takže nebyli schopni nalézt vchod.
Gene Webster 19:11  And they smote the men that [were] at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great: so that they wearied themselves to find the door.
Gene NHEB 19:11  They struck the men who were at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great, so that they wearied themselves to find the door.
Gene AKJV 19:11  And they smote the men that were at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great: so that they wearied themselves to find the door.
Gene DRC 19:12  And they said to Lot: Hast thou here any of thine? son in law, or sons, or daughters, all that are thine bring them out of this city:
Gene KJV 19:12  And the men said unto Lot, Hast thou here any besides? son in law, and thy sons, and thy daughters, and whatsoever thou hast in the city, bring them out of this place:
Gene CzeBKR 19:12  I řekli muži k Lotovi: Máš-li ještě zde koho, buď zetě neb syny své, neb dcery své, i všecko, což máš v městě, vyveď z místa tohoto.
Gene Webster 19:12  And the men said to Lot, Hast thou here any besides? son-in-law, and thy sons, and thy daughters, and whatever thou hast in the city, bring [them] out of this place:
Gene NHEB 19:12  The men said to Lot, "Do you have anybody else here? Sons-in-law, your sons, your daughters, and whoever you have in the city, bring them out of the place:
Gene AKJV 19:12  And the men said to Lot, Have you here any besides? son in law, and your sons, and your daughters, and whatever you have in the city, bring them out of this place:
Gene DRC 19:13  For we will destroy this place, because their cry is grown loud before the Lord, who hath sent us to destroy them.
Gene KJV 19:13  For we will destroy this place, because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of the Lord; and the Lord hath sent us to destroy it.
Gene Webster 19:13  For we will destroy this place, because the cry of them has become great before the face of the LORD; and the LORD hath sent us to destroy it.
Gene NHEB 19:13  for we will destroy this place, because the outcry against them has grown great before the Lord that the Lord has sent us to destroy it."
Gene AKJV 19:13  For we will destroy this place, because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of the LORD; and the LORD has sent us to destroy it.
Gene DRC 19:14  So Lot went out, and spoke to his sons in law that were to have his daughters, and said: Arise: get you out of this place, because the Lord will destroy this city. And he seemed to them to speak as it were in jest.
Gene KJV 19:14  And Lot went out, and spake unto his sons in law, which married his daughters, and said, Up, get you out of this place; for the Lord will destroy this city. But he seemed as one that mocked unto his sons in law.
Gene CzeCSP 19:14  Lot tedy vyšel a mluvil ke svým zeťům, kteří si měli vzít jeho dcery, a říkal: ⌈Vstaňte a⌉ vyjděte z tohoto místa, protože Hospodin město zničí!
Gene Webster 19:14  And Lot went out and spoke to his sons-in-law, who married his daughters, and said, Arise, depart from this place; for the LORD will destroy this city: but he seemed to his sons-in-law as one that mocked.
Gene NHEB 19:14  Lot went out, and spoke to his sons-in-law, who were pledged to marry his daughters, and said, "Get up! Get out of this place, for the Lord will destroy the city." But he seemed to his sons-in-law to be joking.
Gene AKJV 19:14  And Lot went out, and spoke to his sons in law, which married his daughters, and said, Up, get you out of this place; for the LORD will destroy this city. But he seemed as one that mocked to his sons in law.
Gene DRC 19:15  And when it was morning, the angels pressed him, saying: Arise, take thy wife, and the two daughters that thou hast: lest thou also perish in the wickedness of the city.
Gene KJV 19:15  And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters, which are here; lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city.
Gene CzeCEP 19:15  Když vzešla jitřenka, nutili poslové Lota: „Ihned vezmi svou ženu a obě dcery, které tu máš, abys pro nepravost města nezahynul.“
Gene CzeB21 19:15  Když začalo svítat, andělé na Lota naléhali: „Vstaň, vezmi svou ženu a své dvě dcery, které tu jsou, aby tě nesmetl trest tohoto města.“
Gene CzeCSP 19:15  Když vyšla jitřenka, andělé naléhali na Lota: ⌈Vstaň a⌉ vezmi svou ženu a obě své dcery, které jsou zde, ať nejsi smeten ⌈za vinu⌉ toho města!
Gene CzeBKR 19:15  A když zasvitávalo, nutili andělé Lota, řkouce: Vstaň, vezmi ženu svou a dvě dcery své, kteréž tu jsou, abys nezahynul v pomstě města.
Gene Webster 19:15  And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters who are here; lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city.
Gene NHEB 19:15  When the morning came, then the angels hurried Lot, saying, "Get up! Take your wife, and your two daughters who are here, lest you be consumed in the iniquity of the city."
Gene AKJV 19:15  And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take your wife, and your two daughters, which are here; lest you be consumed in the iniquity of the city.
Gene VulgClem 19:15  Cumque esset mane, cogebant eum angeli, dicentes : Surge, tolle uxorem tuam, et duas filias quas habes : ne et tu pariter pereas in scelere civitatis.
Gene DRC 19:16  And as he lingered, they took his hand, and the hand of his wife, and of his two daughters, because the Lord spared him.
