22:2  Jestliže se to však stane po východu slunce, krev na něm bude lpět. Zloděj musí poskytnout plnou náhradu. Jestliže nic nemá, bude prodán za hodnotu ukradeného.

22:2  Jestliže se to však stane za bílého dne, bude prolitou krví vinen. Zloděj musí nahradit škodu. Jestliže nemá čím, bude za svou krádež prodán.

22:7  Jestliže zloděj nebude přistižen, bude majitel toho domu předveden před Boha, zda sám nevztáhl ruku po výtěžku práce svého bližního.

22:7  Jestliže zloděj nalezen nebude, přivedou majitele domu před Boha, aby odpřisáhl, že nevztáhl ruku na majetek svého bližního.

22:8  Ve všech majetkových přestupcích, ať jde o býka, osla, ovci, plášť či cokoli ztraceného, o čem někdo řekne: „To je ono“, přijde záležitost obou před Boha; koho Bůh označí jako svévolníka, ten poskytne svému bližnímu dvojnásobnou náhradu.

22:8  V každé majetkové při, půjde-li o býka, osla nebo beránka, o plášť nebo o jakoukoli ztracenou věc, kterou by někdo označil za svou, ať přijde spor obou stran před Boha. Koho Bůh označí za viníka, ten dá svému bližnímu dvojnásobnou náhradu.

22:8  Při každé zpronevěře -- ohledně býka, osla, ovce, oděvu, ohledně jakékoliv ztracené věci, o které někdo řekne: To je ono -- přijde záležitost těch dvou před Boha. Koho Bůh prohlásí vinným, ten ztrátu svému bližnímu dvojnásobně nahradí.

22:8  Pakli nebude zloděj nalezen, tedy postaven bude pán domu toho před soudce, a přisáhne, že nevztáhl ruky své na věc bližního svého.

22:8  If the thief shall not be found, then the master of the house shall be brought to the judges, [to see] whether he hath put his hand to his neighbor's goods.

22:8  If the thief isn't found, then the master of the house shall come near to God, to find out if he hasn't put his hand to his neighbor's goods.

22:8  If the thief be not found, then the master of the house shall be brought to the judges, to see whether he have put his hand to his neighbor's goods.

22:9  O všelijakou věc, o niž by byla nesnáz, buď o vola neb osla, dobytče neb roucho, pro všelikou věc ztracenou, když by kdo pravil, že to jest: před soudce přijde pře obou dvou; ten, kohož oni vinného usoudí, dvojnásobně navrátí bližnímu svému.

22:9  For all manner of trespass, [whether it be] for ox, for ass, for sheep, for raiment, [or] for any manner of lost thing which [another] challengeth to be his: the cause of both parties shall come before the judges; [and] he whom the judges shall condemn, shall pay double to his neighbor.

22:10  If a man deliver ass, ox, sheep, or any beast, to his neighbour's custody, and it die, or be hurt, or be taken by enemies, and no man saw it:

22:10  If a man deliver unto his neighbour an ass, or an ox, or a sheep, or any beast, to keep; and it die, or be hurt, or driven away, no man seeing it:

22:10  rozhodne mezi oběma přísaha při Hospodinu, že nevztáhl ruku po výtěžku práce svého bližního; majitel zvířete to přijme a druhý nemusí poskytnout náhradu.

22:10  rozsoudí je přísaha při Hospodinu, že nevztáhli ruku na majetek svého bližního. Majitel přísahu přijme a k náhradě nedojde.

22:10  ⌈Hospodinova přísaha⌉ bude mezi těmi dvěma, že nevztáhl ruku na práci svého bližního. Jeho majitel to přijme a držitel nebude nic nahrazovat.

22:11  There shall be an oath between them, that he did not put forth his hand to his neighbour's goods: and the owner shall accept of the oath, and he shall not be compelled to make restitution.

22:13  Když si někdo vyžádá od svého bližního dobytče a ono utrpí úraz nebo uhyne, poskytne plnou náhradu, nebyl-li majitel přítomen.

22:13  Když si někdo od svého bližního vypůjčí zvíře a ono zchromne nebo pojde, když u toho nebude jeho majitel, musí je nahradit.

22:13  Když si někdo vyžádá dobytče od svého bližního, to bude zraněno nebo zemře a majitel u toho nebude, musí ztrátu plně nahradit.

22:14  And if a man shall borrow [aught] of his neighbor, and it shall be hurt, or die, the owner of it [being] not with it, he shall surely make [it] good.

22:15  Když někdo svede pannu, která nebyla zasnoubena, a vyspí se s ní, vezme si ji za ženu a dá za ni plné věno.

22:15  „Když někdo svede nezasnoubenou pannu a vyspí se s ní, musí za ni zaplatit věno a vzít si ji za ženu.
