I Ki DRC 16:1  Then the word of the Lord came to Jehu, the son of Hanani, against Baasa, saying:
I Ki KJV 16:1  Then the word of the Lord came to Jehu the son of Hanani against Baasha, saying,
I Ki CzeCEP 16:1  I stalo se slovo Hospodinovo k Jehúovi, synu Chananíovu, proti Baešovi:
I Ki CzeB21 16:1  Jehu, syn Chananiho, tehdy pro Baašu dostal slovo Hospodinovo:
I Ki CzeCSP 16:1  Stalo se Hospodinovo slovo k Jehúovi, synu Chananího, proti Baešovi:
I Ki CzeBKR 16:1  Stala se pak řeč Hospodinova k Jéhu, synu Chanani, proti Bázovi, řkoucí:
I Ki Webster 16:1  Then the word of the LORD came to Jehu the son of Hanani against Baasha, saying,
I Ki NHEB 16:1  The word of the Lord came to Jehu the son of Hanani against Baasha, saying,
I Ki AKJV 16:1  Then the word of the LORD came to Jehu the son of Hanani against Baasha, saying,
I Ki DRC 16:2  For as much as I have exalted thee out of the dust and made thee prince over my people Israel, and thou hast walked in the way of Jeroboam, and hast made my people Israel to sin, to provoke me to anger with their sins:
I Ki KJV 16:2  Forasmuch as I exalted thee out of the dust, and made thee prince over my people Israel; and thou hast walked in the way of Jeroboam, and hast made my people Israel to sin, to provoke me to anger with their sins;
I Ki Webster 16:2  Forasmuch as I exalted thee from the dust, and made thee prince over my people Israel; and thou hast walked in the way of Jeroboam, and hast made my people Israel to sin, to provoke me to anger with their sins;
I Ki NHEB 16:2  "Because I exalted you out of the dust, and made you prince over my people Israel, and you have walked in the way of Jeroboam, and have made my people Israel to sin, to provoke me to anger with their sins;
I Ki AKJV 16:2  For as much as I exalted you out of the dust, and made you prince over my people Israel; and you have walked in the way of Jeroboam, and have made my people Israel to sin, to provoke me to anger with their sins;
I Ki VulgClem 16:2  Pro eo quod exaltavi te de pulvere, et posui te ducem super populum meum Israël, tu autem ambulasti in via Jeroboam, et peccare fecisti populum meum Israël, ut me irritares in peccatis eorum :
I Ki DRC 16:3  Behold I will cut down the posterity of Baasa, and the posterity of his house, and I will make thy house as the house of Jeroboam, the son of Nabat.
I Ki KJV 16:3  Behold, I will take away the posterity of Baasha, and the posterity of his house; and will make thy house like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat.
I Ki CzeCEP 16:3  Hle, já vymetu Baešu i jeho dům a učiním s jeho domem totéž, co s domem Jarobeáma, syna Nebatova.
I Ki CzeB21 16:3  Proto smetu Baašu i jeho dům, takže dopadne jako dům Jeroboáma, syna Nebatova:
I Ki CzeCSP 16:3  Hle, vyhladím potomky Baešovy i potomky jeho domu a učiním s tvým domem to, co s domem Jarobeáma, syna Nebatova.
I Ki CzeBKR 16:3  Aj, já vyhladím potomky Bázovy a potomky domu jeho, a učiním domu tvému, jako domu Jeroboáma, syna Nebatova.
I Ki Webster 16:3  Behold, I will take away the posterity of Baasha, and the posterity of his house; and will make thy house like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat.
I Ki NHEB 16:3  behold, I will utterly sweep away Baasha and his house; and I will make your house like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat.
I Ki AKJV 16:3  Behold, I will take away the posterity of Baasha, and the posterity of his house; and will make your house like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat.
I Ki VulgClem 16:3  ecce ego demetam posteriora Baasa, et posteriora domus ejus, et faciam domum tuam sicut domum Jeroboam filii Nabat.
I Ki DRC 16:4  Him that dieth of Baasa, in the city, the dogs shall eat: and him that dieth of his in the country, the fowls of the air shall devour.
I Ki KJV 16:4  Him that dieth of Baasha in the city shall the dogs eat; and him that dieth of his in the fields shall the fowls of the air eat.
I Ki CzeCEP 16:4  Kdo zemře Baešovi ve městě, toho sežerou psi, a kdo mu zemře na poli, toho sežere nebeské ptactvo.“
I Ki CzeB21 16:4  Kdo Baašovi zemře ve městě, toho psi sežerou, kdo mu zemře venku na cestě, toho ptáci rozklovou!“
I Ki CzeCSP 16:4  Toho, kdo zemře Baešovi ve městě, sežerou psi, a toho, kdo mu zemře na poli, pohltí nebeské ptactvo.
I Ki CzeBKR 16:4  Toho, kdož z rodiny Bázovy umře v městě, psi žráti budou, a kdož z nich umře na poli, ptáci nebeští jísti budou.
I Ki Webster 16:4  Him that dieth of Baasha in the city shall the dogs eat; and him that dieth of his in the fields shall the fowls of the air eat.
I Ki NHEB 16:4  The dogs will eat Baasha's descendants who die in the city; and he who dies of his in the field the birds of the sky will eat."
I Ki AKJV 16:4  Him that dies of Baasha in the city shall the dogs eat; and him that dies of his in the fields shall the fowls of the air eat.
I Ki DRC 16:5  But the rest of the acts of Baasa, and all that he did, and his battles, are they not written in the book of the words of the days of the kings of Israel?
I Ki KJV 16:5  Now the rest of the acts of Baasha, and what he did, and his might, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
I Ki CzeBKR 16:5  Jiné pak věci Bázovy a všecko, což činil, i síla jeho, o tom zapsáno jest v knize o králích Izraelských.
I Ki Webster 16:5  Now the rest of the acts of Baasha, and what he did, and his might, [are] they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
I Ki NHEB 16:5  Now the rest of the acts of Baasha, and what he did, and his might, aren't they written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
I Ki AKJV 16:5  Now the rest of the acts of Baasha, and what he did, and his might, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
I Ki DRC 16:6  So Baasa slept with his fathers, and was buried in Thersa: and Ela, his son, reigned in his stead.
I Ki KJV 16:6  So Baasha slept with his fathers, and was buried in Tirzah: and Elah his son reigned in his stead.
I Ki CzeBKR 16:6  Když pak usnul Báza s otci svými, pochován jest v Tersa, a Ela syn jeho kraloval místo něho.
I Ki Webster 16:6  So Baasha slept with his fathers, and was buried in Tirzah: and Elah his son reigned in his stead.
I Ki NHEB 16:6  Baasha slept with his fathers, and was buried in Tirzah; and Elah his son reigned in his place.
I Ki AKJV 16:6  So Baasha slept with his fathers, and was buried in Tirzah: and Elah his son reigned in his stead.
I Ki DRC 16:7  And when the word of the Lord came in the hand of Jehu, the son of Hanani, the prophet, against Baasa, and against his house, and against all the evil that he had done before the Lord, to provoke him to anger by the works of his hands, to become as the house of Jeroboam: for this cause he slew him; that is to say, Jehu, the son of Hanani, the prophet.
I Ki KJV 16:7  And also by the hand of the prophet Jehu the son of Hanani came the word of the Lord against Baasha, and against his house, even for all the evil that he did in the sight of the Lord, in provoking him to anger with the work of his hands, in being like the house of Jeroboam; and because he killed him.
I Ki Webster 16:7  And also by the hand of the prophet Jehu the son of Hanani came the word of the LORD against Baasha, and against his house, even for all the evil that he did in the sight of the LORD, in provoking him to anger with the work of his hands, in being like the house of Jeroboam; and because he killed him.
I Ki NHEB 16:7  Moreover by the prophet Jehu the son of Hanani came the word of the Lord against Baasha, and against his house, both because of all the evil that he did in the sight of the Lord, to provoke him to anger with the work of his hands, in being like the house of Jeroboam, and because he struck him.
I Ki AKJV 16:7  And also by the hand of the prophet Jehu the son of Hanani came the word of the LORD against Baasha, and against his house, even for all the evil that he did in the sight of the LORD, in provoking him to anger with the work of his hands, in being like the house of Jeroboam; and because he killed him.
I Ki DRC 16:8  In the six and twentieth year of Asa, king of Juda, Ela, the son of Baasa, reigned over Israel, in Thersa, two years.
I Ki KJV 16:8  In the twenty and sixth year of Asa king of Judah began Elah the son of Baasha to reign over Israel in Tirzah, two years.
I Ki CzeCEP 16:8  V dvacátém šestém roce vlády judského krále Ásy se stal králem Éla, syn Baešův. Kraloval dva roky nad Izraelem v Tirse.
I Ki CzeB21 16:8  Šestadvacátého roku judského krále Asy začal v Tirse kralovat nad Izraelem Ela, syn Baašův, a kraloval dva roky.
I Ki CzeCSP 16:8  Ve dvacátém šestém roce vlády judského krále Ásy se stal králem nad Izraelem Éla, syn Baešův. Kraloval v Tirse dva roky.
I Ki CzeBKR 16:8  Léta dvadcátého šestého Azy, krále Judského, kraloval Ela syn Bázův nad Izraelem v Tersa dvě létě.
I Ki Webster 16:8  In the twenty and sixth year of Asa king of Judah began Elah the son of Baasha to reign over Israel in Tirzah, two years.
I Ki NHEB 16:8  In the twenty-sixth year of Asa king of Judah, Elah the son of Baasha began to reign over Israel in Tirzah for two years.
I Ki AKJV 16:8  In the twenty and sixth year of Asa king of Judah began Elah the son of Baasha to reign over Israel in Tirzah, two years.
I Ki VulgClem 16:8  Anno vigesimo sexto Asa regis Juda, regnavit Ela filius Baasa super Israël in Thersa, duobus annis.
I Ki DRC 16:9  And his servant Zambri, who was captain of half the horsemen, rebelled against him: now Ela was drinking in Thersa, and drunk in the house of Arsa, the governor of Thersa.
I Ki KJV 16:9  And his servant Zimri, captain of half his chariots, conspired against him, as he was in Tirzah, drinking himself drunk in the house of Arza steward of his house in Tirzah.
I Ki CzeCEP 16:9  Proti němu zosnoval spiknutí jeho služebník Zimrí, velitel poloviny vozby. Éla v Tirse právě popíjel a byl opilý v domě Arsy, správce domu v Tirse.
I Ki CzeB21 16:9  Jeho dvořan Zimri, velitel poloviny vozů, proti němu zosnoval spiknutí.
I Ki Webster 16:9  And his servant Zimri, captain of half [his] chariots, conspired against him, as he was in Tirzah, drinking himself drunk in the house of Arza steward of [his] house in Tirzah.
I Ki NHEB 16:9  His servant Zimri, captain of half his chariots, conspired against him. Now he was in Tirzah, drinking himself drunk in the house of Arza, who was over the household in Tirzah:
I Ki AKJV 16:9  And his servant Zimri, captain of half his chariots, conspired against him, as he was in Tirzah, drinking himself drunk in the house of Arza steward of his house in Tirzah.
I Ki VulgClem 16:9  Et rebellavit contra eum servus suus Zambri, dux mediæ partis equitum : erat autem Ela in Thersa bibens, et temulentus in domo Arsa præfecti Thersa.
I Ki DRC 16:10  And Zambri rushing in, struck him, and slew him, in the seven and twentieth year of Asa, king of Juda and he reigned in his stead.
I Ki KJV 16:10  And Zimri went in and smote him, and killed him, in the twenty and seventh year of Asa king of Judah, and reigned in his stead.
I Ki CzeB21 16:10  Vtom přišel Zimri, udeřil ho a zabil a začal v sedmadvacátém roce judského krále Asy kralovat místo něj.
I Ki CzeCSP 16:10  Zimrí přišel a ⌈bil ho, až ho usmrtil⌉ v dvacátém sedmém roce vlády judského krále Ásy a stal se po něm králem.
I Ki CzeBKR 16:10  V tom Zamri přišed, ranil ho, a zabil jej léta dvadcátého sedmého Azy krále Judského, a kraloval místo něho.
I Ki Webster 16:10  And Zimri went in and smote him, and killed him, in the twenty and seventh year of Asa king of Judah, and reigned in his stead.
I Ki NHEB 16:10  and Zimri went in and struck him, and killed him, in the twenty-seventh year of Asa king of Judah, and reigned in his place.
I Ki AKJV 16:10  And Zimri went in and smote him, and killed him, in the twenty and seventh year of Asa king of Judah, and reigned in his stead.
I Ki DRC 16:11  And when he was king, and sat upon his throne, he slew all the house of Baasa, and he left not one thereof to piss against a wall and all his kinsfolks and friends.
I Ki KJV 16:11  And it came to pass, when he began to reign, as soon as he sat on his throne, that he slew all the house of Baasha: he left him not one that pisseth against a wall, neither of his kinsfolks, nor of his friends.
I Ki Webster 16:11  And it came to pass, when he began to reign, as soon as he sat on his throne, [that] he slew all the house of Baasha: he left him not one male, neither of his kinsman, nor of his friends.
I Ki NHEB 16:11  It happened, when he began to reign, as soon as he sat on his throne, that he struck all the house of Baasha: he did not leave him a single one who urinates on a wall, neither of his relatives, nor of his friends.
I Ki AKJV 16:11  And it came to pass, when he began to reign, as soon as he sat on his throne, that he slew all the house of Baasha: he left him not one that urinates against a wall, neither of his kinfolks, nor of his friends.
I Ki DRC 16:12  And Zambri destroyed all the house of Baasa, according to the word of the Lord, that he had spoken to Baasa, in the hand of Jehu, the prophet,
I Ki KJV 16:12  Thus did Zimri destroy all the house of Baasha, according to the word of the Lord, which he spake against Baasha by Jehu the prophet,
I Ki CzeCEP 16:12  Tak Zimrí vyhladil celý Baešův dům podle Hospodinova slova, které Baešovi ohlásil skrze proroka Jehúa,
I Ki CzeB21 16:12  Tak Zimri vyhladil celý Baašův dům, jak to Hospodin Baašovi uložil skrze proroka Jehua,
I Ki CzeCSP 16:12  Zimrí vyhladil celý dům Baešův podle Hospodinova slova, které promluvil proti Baešovi prostřednictvím proroka Jehúa,
I Ki CzeBKR 16:12  A tak vyhladil Zamri všecken dům Bázův vedlé řeči Hospodinovy, kterouž byl mluvil proti Bázovi skrze Jéhu proroka,
I Ki Webster 16:12  Thus did Zimri destroy all the house of Baasha, according to the word of the LORD, which he spoke against Baasha, by Jehu the prophet,
I Ki NHEB 16:12  Thus Zimri destroyed all the house of Baasha, according to the word of the Lord, which he spoke against Baasha by Jehu the prophet,
I Ki AKJV 16:12  Thus did Zimri destroy all the house of Baasha, according to the word of the LORD, which he spoke against Baasha by Jehu the prophet.
I Ki VulgClem 16:12  Delevitque Zambri omnem domum Baasa, juxta verbum Domini quod locutus fuerat ad Baasa in manu Jehu prophetæ,
I Ki DRC 16:13  For all the sins of Baasa, and the sins of Ela, his son, who sinned, and made Israel to sin, provoking the Lord, the God of Israel, with their vanities.
I Ki KJV 16:13  For all the sins of Baasha, and the sins of Elah his son, by which they sinned, and by which they made Israel to sin, in provoking the Lord God of Israel to anger with their vanities.
I Ki CzeCEP 16:13  kvůli všem Baešovým hříchům i kvůli hříchům jeho syna Ély, jichž se dopouštěli a jimiž svedli k hříchu Izraele; svými modlářskými přeludy uráželi Hospodina, Boha Izraele.
I Ki CzeB21 16:13  a to kvůli všem hříchům, které páchal Baaša i jeho syn Ela a ke kterým svedli celý Izrael, když svými marnostmi popouzeli Hospodina, Boha Izraele.
I Ki CzeCSP 16:13  za všechny hříchy Baešovy i hříchy jeho syna Ély, kterými hřešili a sváděli Izrael k hříchu, když svými nicotnými modlami provokovali Hospodina, Boha Izraele, k hněvu.
I Ki CzeBKR 16:13  Pro všecky hříchy Bázovy, i hříchy Ela syna jeho, kteříž hřešili, i v hříchy uvodili Izraele, popouzejíce Hospodina Boha Izraelského marnostmi svými.
I Ki Webster 16:13  For all the sins of Baasha, and the sins of Elah his son, by which they sinned, and by which they made Israel to sin, in provoking the LORD God of Israel to anger with their vanities.
I Ki NHEB 16:13  for all the sins of Baasha, and the sins of Elah his son, which they sinned, and with which they made Israel to sin, to provoke the Lord, the God of Israel, to anger with their vanities.
I Ki AKJV 16:13  For all the sins of Baasha, and the sins of Elah his son, by which they sinned, and by which they made Israel to sin, in provoking the LORD God of Israel to anger with their vanities.
I Ki VulgClem 16:13  propter universa peccata Baasa, et peccata Ela filii ejus, qui peccaverunt, et peccare fecerunt Israël, provocantes Dominum Deum Israël in vanitatibus suis.
I Ki DRC 16:14  But the rest of the acts of Ela, and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the words of the days of the kings of Israel?
I Ki KJV 16:14  Now the rest of the acts of Elah, and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
I Ki CzeBKR 16:14  Jiné pak věci Ela a všecko, což činil, vypsáno jest v knize o králích Izraelských.
I Ki Webster 16:14  Now the rest of the acts of Elah, and all that he did, [are] they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
I Ki NHEB 16:14  Now the rest of the acts of Elah, and all that he did, aren't they written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
I Ki AKJV 16:14  Now the rest of the acts of Elah, and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
I Ki VulgClem 16:14  Reliqua autem sermonum Ela, et omnia quæ fecit, nonne hæc scripta sunt in libro verborum dierum regum Israël ?
I Ki DRC 16:15  In the seven and twentieth year of Asa, king of Juda, Zambri reigned seven days in Thersa: now the army was besieging Gebbethon, a city of the Philistines.
I Ki KJV 16:15  In the twenty and seventh year of Asa king of Judah did Zimri reign seven days in Tirzah. And the people were encamped against Gibbethon, which belonged to the Philistines.

I Ki NHEB 16:15  In the twenty-seventh year of Asa king of Judah, Zimri reigned seven days in Tirzah. Now the people were encamped against Gibbethon, which belonged to the Philistines.
