Chapter 22
Psal DRC 22:1  A psalm for David. The Lord ruleth me: and I shall want nothing.
Psal KJV 22:1  My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?
Psal VulgClem 22:1  Psalmus David. Dominus regit me, et nihil mihi deerit :
Psal DRC 22:2  He hath set me in a place of pasture. He hath brought me up, on the water of refreshment:
Psal KJV 22:2  O my God, I cry in the daytime, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent.
Psal VulgClem 22:2  in loco pascuæ, ibi me collocavit. Super aquam refectionis educavit me ;
Psal DRC 22:3  He hath converted my soul. He hath led me on the paths of justice, for his own name's sake.
Psal KJV 22:3  But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.
Psal VulgClem 22:3  animam meam convertit. Deduxit me super semitas justitiæ propter nomen suum.
Psal DRC 22:4  For though I should walk in the midst of the shadow of death, I will fear no evils, for thou art with me. Thy rod and thy staff, they have comforted me.
Psal KJV 22:4  Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them.
Psal VulgClem 22:4  Nam etsi ambulavero in medio umbræ mortis, non timebo mala, quoniam tu mecum es. Virga tua, et baculus tuus, ipsa me consolata sunt.
Psal DRC 22:5  Thou hast prepared a table before me against them that afflict me. Thou hast anointed my head with oil; and my chalice which inebreateth me, how goodly is it!
Psal KJV 22:5  They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.
Psal VulgClem 22:5  Parasti in conspectu meo mensam adversus eos qui tribulant me ; impinguasti in oleo caput meum : et calix meus inebrians, quam præclarus est !
Psal DRC 22:6  And thy mercy will follow me all the days of my life. And that I may dwell in the house of the Lord unto length of days.
Psal KJV 22:6  But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people.

Psal KJV 22:15  My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.

Psal KJV 22:22  I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.

Psal KJV 22:23  Ye that fear the Lord, praise him; all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him; and fear him, all ye the seed of Israel.

Psal KJV 22:24  For he hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; neither hath he hid his face from him; but when he cried unto him, he heard.

Psal KJV 22:25  My praise shall be of thee in the great congregation: I will pay my vows before them that fear him.

Psal KJV 22:29  All they that be fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul.
