MARK
Chapter 3
Mark | RKJNT | 3:1 | And he entered again into the synagogue; and there was a man there who had a withered hand.
Mark | RKJNT | 3:2 | And they watched him, to see whether he would heal him on the sabbath day; that they might accuse him.
Mark | RKJNT | 3:4 | And he said to them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they held their peace.
Mark | RKJNT | 3:5 | And when he had looked around on them with anger, grieved at the hardness of their hearts, he said to the man, Stretch forth your hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored.
Mark | RKJNT | 3:6 | And the Pharisees went forth, and immediately took counsel with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.
Mark | RKJNT | 3:7 | But Jesus withdrew with his disciples to the sea: and a great multitude from Galilee followed him; and also from Judaea,
Mark | RKJNT | 3:8 | And from Jerusalem, and from Idumaea, and from beyond the Jordan, and from around Tyre and Sidon; a great multitude, when they heard the many things he did, came to him.
Mark | RKJNT | 3:9 | And he told his disciples that a boat should be ready for him because of the multitude, lest they should crowd him.
Mark | RKJNT | 3:11 | And unclean spirits, when they saw him, fell down before him, and cried out, saying, You are the Son of God.
Mark | RKJNT | 3:13 | And he went up to the mountain, and called to him those he wanted: and they came to him.
Mark | RKJNT | 3:14 | And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach,
Mark | RKJNT | 3:17 | And James the son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James; to whom he gave the surname Boanerges, which means, Sons of thunder:
Mark | RKJNT | 3:18 | And Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus, and Simon the Zealot,
Mark | RKJNT | 3:21 | And when his family heard of it, they went out to lay hold on him: for they said, He is beside himself.
Mark | RKJNT | 3:22 | And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem said, He is possessed by Beelzebub, and by the prince of the devils he casts out devils.
Mark | RKJNT | 3:23 | And he called them to himself, and said to them in parables, How can Satan cast out Satan?
Mark | RKJNT | 3:26 | And if Satan rises up against himself, and is divided, he cannot stand, but is coming to an end.
Mark | RKJNT | 3:27 | No man can enter into a strong man's house, and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man; and then he will plunder his house.
Mark | RKJNT | 3:28 | Truly I say to you, All sins shall be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they shall speak:
Mark | RKJNT | 3:29 | But he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit shall never have forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin:
Mark | RKJNT | 3:32 | And the multitude sat about him, and they said to him, Behold, your mother and your brothers are outside seeking for you.
Mark | RKJNT | 3:34 | And he looked around at those who sat about him, and said, Behold my mother and my brothers!
