10:21  Petr tedy sešel dolů k těm mužům a řekl: „Já jsem ten, kterého hledáte. Proč jste za mnou přišli?“

10:21  Then Peter went down to the men who were sent to him from Cornelius; and said, Behold, I am he whom ye seek: what [is] the cause for which ye have come?

10:22  Who said: Cornelius, a centurion, a just man and one that feareth God, and having good testimony from all the nation of the Jews, received an answer of an holy angel, to send for thee into his house And to hear words of thee.

10:22  Oni odpověděli: „Posílá nás setník Kornélius, muž spravedlivý, který věří v jediného Boha a má dobrou pověst u všeho židovského lidu. Zjevil se mu anděl a rozkázal mu, aby tě pozval do svého domu a vyslechl, co mu máš říci.“

10:22  Odpověděli: „Setník Kornelius, spravedlivý a bohabojný muž, který má dobrou pověst u celého židovského národa, dostal od svatého anděla pokyn, že tě má pozvat k sobě domů, aby vyslechl tvá slova.“
