I Sa CzeCEP 14:1  Jednoho dne vyzval Jónatan, syn Saulův, mládence, svého zbrojnoše: „Pojď, pronikneme k postavení Pelištejců tamhle naproti.“ Svému otci to však neoznámil.
I Sa CzeB21 14:1  Jednoho dne řekl Saulův syn Jonatan svému zbrojnošovi: „Pojď, pronikneme k té filištínské hlídce tamhle naproti.“ Svému otci to ale neřekl.

I Sa KJV 14:3  And Ahiah, the son of Ahitub, I–chabod’s brother, the son of Phinehas, the son of Eli, the Lord’s priest in Shiloh, wearing an ephod. And the people knew not that Jonathan was gone.
I Sa CzeCEP 14:3  Achijáš, syn Achítúba, bratra Íkábóda, syna Pinchasa, syna Élího, Hospodinova kněze v Šílu, nosil efód. Lid ovšem nevěděl, že Jónatan odešel.
I Sa CzeB21 14:3  včetně Achiáše, který nosil efod. Byl to syn Ichabodova bratra Achituba, syna Pinchase, syna Elího, Hospodinova kněze v Šílu.) O Jonatanově odchodu nikdo nevěděl.
I Sa CzeCSP 14:3  Byl tam také Achijáš, syn Achítúba, bratra Í–kabóda, syna Pinchasa, syna Élího, Hospodinova kněze v Šílu, který nosil efód. Lid nevěděl, že Jónatan odešel.
I Sa CzeBKR 14:3  Tolikéž Achiáš syn Achitobův, bratra Ichabodova, syna Fínesova, syna Elí, kněze Hospodinova v Sílo, kterýž nosil efod. Ale lid nevěděl, že by odšel Jonata.

I Sa NHEB 14:3  and Ahijah, the son of Ahitub, Ichabod's brother, the son of Phinehas, the son of Eli, the priest of the Lord in Shiloh, wearing an ephod. The people did not know that Jonathan was gone.

I Sa VulgClem 14:3  Et Achias filius Achitob fratris Ichabod filii Phinees, qui ortus fuerat ex Heli sacerdote Domini in Silo, portabat ephod. Sed et populus ignorabat quo isset Jonathas.
I Sa DRC 14:4  Now there were between the ascents, by which Jonathan sought to go over to the garrison of the Philistines, rocks standing up on both sides, and steep cliffs like teeth on the one side, and on the other, the name of the one was Boses, and the name of the other was Sene:
I Sa KJV 14:4  And between the passages, by which Jonathan sought to go over unto the Philistines’ garrison, there was a sharp rock on the one side, and a sharp rock on the other side: and the name of the one was Bozez, and the name of the other Seneh.
I Sa CzeB21 14:4  Na obou stranách průsmyku, kterým chtěl Jonatan proniknout k filištínské hlídce, byly skalní útesy. Jeden se jmenoval Bocec a druhý Sene;
I Sa CzeCSP 14:4  ⌈V průsmyku,⌉ kterým chtěl Jónatan projít k pelištejské hlídce, byl skalní výběžek z jedné strany a skalní výběžek z druhé strany.
I Sa Webster 14:4  And between the passages by which Jonathan sought to go over to the garrison of the Philistines, [there was] a sharp rock on the one side, and a sharp rock on the other side: and the name of the one [was] Bozez, and the name of the other Seneh.
I Sa NHEB 14:4  Between the passes, by which Jonathan sought to go over to the Philistines' garrison, there was a rocky crag on the one side, and a rocky crag on the other side: and the name of the one was Bozez, and the name of the other Seneh.
I Sa AKJV 14:4  And between the passages, by which Jonathan sought to go over to the Philistines' garrison, there was a sharp rock on the one side, and a sharp rock on the other side: and the name of the one was Bozez, and the name of the other Seneh.
I Sa DRC 14:5  One rock stood out toward the north, over against Machmas, and the other to the south, over against Gabaa.
I Sa KJV 14:5  The forefront of the one was situate northward over against Michmash, and the other southward over against Gibeah.

I Sa Webster 14:5  The front of the one [was] situated northward over against Michmash, and the other southward over against Gibeah.
I Sa NHEB 14:5  The one crag rose up on the north in front of Michmash, and the other on the south in front of Geba.
I Sa AKJV 14:5  The forefront of the one was situate northward over against Michmash, and the other southward over against Gibeah.
I Sa DRC 14:6  And Jonathan said to the young man that bore his armour: Come, let us go over to the garrison of these uncircumcised, it may be the Lord will do for us: because it is easy for the Lord to save either by many, or by few.
I Sa KJV 14:6  And Jonathan said to the young man that bare his armour, Come, and let us go over unto the garrison of these uncircumcised: it may be that the Lord will work for us: for there is no restraint to the Lord to save by many or by few.
I Sa CzeCEP 14:6  Jónatan tedy vyzval mládence, svého zbrojnoše: „Pojď, pronikneme k postavení těch neobřezanců. Snad pro nás Hospodin něco udělá. Vždyť Hospodinu nemůže nic zabránit, aby zachránil ať skrze mnoho nebo skrze málo.“
I Sa CzeB21 14:6  „Pojď,“ řekl Jonatan svému zbrojnoši, „pronikneme ke hlídce těch neobřezanců.
I Sa CzeCSP 14:6  Jónatan řekl služebníkovi, svému zbrojnoši: Pojď, projdeme k hlídce těch neobřezanců.
I Sa Webster 14:6  And Jonathan said to the young man that bore his armor, Come, and let us go over to the garrison of these uncircumcised: it may be that the LORD will work for us: for [there is] no restraint to the LORD to save by many or by few.
I Sa NHEB 14:6  Jonathan said to the young man who bore his armor, "Come, and let us go over to the garrison of these uncircumcised. It may be that the Lord will work for us; for there is no restraint on the Lord to save by many or by few."
I Sa AKJV 14:6  And Jonathan said to the young man that bore his armor, Come, and let us go over to the garrison of these uncircumcised: it may be that the LORD will work for us: for there is no restraint to the LORD to save by many or by few.
I Sa DRC 14:7  And his armourbearer said to him: Do all that pleaseth thy mind: go whither thou wilt, and I will be with thee wheresoever thou hast a mind.
I Sa KJV 14:7  And his armourbearer said unto him, Do all that is in thine heart: turn thee; behold, I am with thee according to thy heart.
I Sa Webster 14:7  And his armor-bearer said to him, Do all that [is] in thy heart: turn thee; behold, I [am] with thee according to thy heart.
I Sa NHEB 14:7  His armor bearer said to him, "Do all that is in your heart. Turn and, behold, I am with you according to your heart."
I Sa AKJV 14:7  And his armor bearer said to him, Do all that is in your heart: turn you; behold, I am with you according to your heart.
I Sa VulgClem 14:7  Dixitque ei armiger suus : Fac omnia quæ placent animo tuo : perge quo cupis, et ero tecum ubicumque volueris.
I Sa DRC 14:8  And Jonathan said: Behold we will go over to these men. And when we shall be seen by them,
I Sa KJV 14:8  Then said Jonathan, Behold, we will pass over unto these men, and we will discover ourselves unto them.
I Sa CzeBKR 14:8  I řekl Jonata: Aj, my jdeme k mužům těm, a ukážeme se jim.
I Sa Webster 14:8  Then said Jonathan, Behold, we will pass over to [these] men, and we will discover ourselves to them.
I Sa NHEB 14:8  Then Jonathan said, "Behold, we will pass over to the men, and we will reveal ourselves to them.
I Sa AKJV 14:8  Then said Jonathan, Behold, we will pass over to these men, and we will discover ourselves to them.
I Sa VulgClem 14:8  Et ait Jonathas : Ecce nos transimus ad viros istos. Cumque apparuerimus eis,
I Sa DRC 14:9  If they shall speak thus to us: Stay till we come to you: let us stand still in our place, and not go up to them.
I Sa KJV 14:9  If they say thus unto us, Tarry until we come to you; then we will stand still in our place, and will not go up unto them.
I Sa CzeCSP 14:9  Jestliže nám řeknou: Zůstaňte stát, dokud k vám nedorazíme, zůstaneme stát na svém místě a nepůjdeme k nim nahoru.
I Sa CzeBKR 14:9  Jestliže řeknou nám takto: Počkejte, až přijdeme k vám, stůjme na místě svém, a nechoďme k nim.
I Sa Webster 14:9  If they say thus to us, Tarry until we come to you; then we will stand still in our place, and will not go up to them.
I Sa NHEB 14:9  If they say thus to us, 'Wait until we come to you!' then we will stand still in our place, and will not go up to them.
I Sa AKJV 14:9  If they say thus to us, Tarry until we come to you; then we will stand still in our place, and will not go up to them.
I Sa DRC 14:10  But if they shall say: Come up to us: let us go up, because the Lord hath delivered them into our hands, this shall be a sign unto us.
I Sa KJV 14:10  But if they say thus, Come up unto us; then we will go up: for the Lord hath delivered them into our hand: and this shall be a sign unto us.
I Sa Webster 14:10  But if they say thus, Come up to us; then we will go up: for the LORD hath delivered them into our hand; and this [shall be] a sign to us.
I Sa NHEB 14:10  But if they say this, 'Come up to us!' then we will go up; for the Lord has delivered them into our hand. This shall be the sign to us."
I Sa AKJV 14:10  But if they say thus, Come up to us; then we will go up: for the LORD has delivered them into our hand: and this shall be a sign to us.
I Sa VulgClem 14:10  Si autem dixerint : Ascendite ad nos : ascendamus, quia tradidit eos Dominus in manibus nostris : hoc erit nobis signum.
I Sa DRC 14:11  So both of them discovered themselves to the garrison of the Philistines: and the Philistines said: Behold the Hebrews come forth out of the holes wherein they were hid.
I Sa KJV 14:11  And both of them discovered themselves unto the garrison of the Philistines: and the Philistines said, Behold, the Hebrews come forth out of the holes where they had hid themselves.
I Sa CzeCEP 14:11  Když se oba objevili před postavením Pelištejců, Pelištejci řekli: „Hle, Hebrejové vylézají z děr, kam se ukryli.“
I Sa CzeB21 14:11  Oba se tedy ukázali filištínské hlídce a Filištíni si řekli: „Podívejme, Hebrejové lezou z děr, do kterých se schovali.“
I Sa CzeCSP 14:11  Oba se tedy ukázali pelištejské hlídce a Pelištejci řekli: Podívejte, Hebrejové vycházejí z děr, do kterých se ukryli.
I Sa CzeBKR 14:11  Ukázali se tedy oba dva stráži Filistinských. I řekli Filistinští: Hle, Hebrejští lezou z děr, v nichž se byli skryli.
I Sa Webster 14:11  And both of them discovered themselves to the garrison of the Philistines: and the Philistines said, Behold, the Hebrews come forth out of the holes where they had hid themselves.
I Sa NHEB 14:11  Both of them revealed themselves to the garrison of the Philistines: and the Philistines said, "Behold, the Hebrews are coming out of the holes where they had hidden themselves!"
I Sa AKJV 14:11  And both of them discovered themselves to the garrison of the Philistines: and the Philistines said, Behold, the Hebrews come forth out of the holes where they had hid themselves.
I Sa VulgClem 14:11  Apparuit igitur uterque stationi Philisthinorum : dixeruntque Philisthiim : En Hebræi egrediuntur de cavernis in quibus absconditi fuerant.
I Sa DRC 14:12  And the men of the garrison spoke to Jonathan, and to his armourbearer, and said: Come up to us, and we will shew you a thing. And Jonathan said to his armourbearer: Let us go up, follow me: for the Lord hath delivered them into the hands of Israel.
I Sa KJV 14:12  And the men of the garrison answered Jonathan and his armourbearer, and said, Come up to us, and we will shew you a thing. And Jonathan said unto his armourbearer, Come up after me: for the Lord hath delivered them into the hand of Israel.
I Sa CzeCSP 14:12  Muži z hlídky promluvili k Jónatanovi a jeho zbrojnoši: Vylezte k nám a my vám ukážeme! Jónatan řekl svému zbrojnoši: Lez za mnou, protože Hospodin je vydal do moci Izraele.
I Sa CzeBKR 14:12  I mluvili někteří z stráže té k Jonatovi a k oděnci jeho, a řekli: Vstupte k nám, a povíme vám něco.
I Sa Webster 14:12  And the men of the garrison answered Jonathan and his armor-bearer, and said, Come up to us, and we will show you a thing. And Jonathan said to his armor-bearer, Come up after me: for the LORD hath delivered them into the hand of Israel.
I Sa NHEB 14:12  The men of the garrison answered Jonathan and his armor bearer, and said, "Come up to us, and we will show you something!" Jonathan said to his armor bearer, "Come up after me; for the Lord has delivered them into the hand of Israel."
I Sa AKJV 14:12  And the men of the garrison answered Jonathan and his armor bearer, and said, Come up to us, and we will show you a thing. And Jonathan said to his armor bearer, Come up after me: for the LORD has delivered them into the hand of Israel.
I Sa DRC 14:13  And Jonathan went up creeping on his hands and feet, and his armourbearer after him. And some fell before Jonathan, others his armourbearer slew as he followed him.
I Sa KJV 14:13  And Jonathan climbed up upon his hands and upon his feet, and his armourbearer after him: and they fell before Jonathan; and his armourbearer slew after him.
I Sa Webster 14:13  And Jonathan climbed up upon his hands and upon his feet, and his armor-bearer after him: and they fell before Jonathan; and his armor-bearer slew after him.
I Sa NHEB 14:13  Jonathan climbed up on his hands and on his feet, and his armor bearer after him: and they fell before Jonathan; and his armor bearer killed them after him.
I Sa AKJV 14:13  And Jonathan climbed up on his hands and on his feet, and his armor bearer after him: and they fell before Jonathan; and his armor bearer slew after him.
Itaque alii cadebant ante Jonathan, alios armiger ejus interficiebat sequens eum.
I Sa DRC 14:14  And the first slaughter which Jonathan and his armourbearer made, was of about twenty men, within half an acre of land, which a yoke of oxen is wont to plough in a day.
I Sa KJV 14:14  And that first slaughter, which Jonathan and his armourbearer made, was about twenty men, within as it were an half acre of land, which a yoke of oxen might plow.
I Sa Webster 14:14  And that first slaughter, which Jonathan and his armor-bearer made, was about twenty men, within as it were a half-acre of land, [which] a yoke [of oxen might plow].
I Sa NHEB 14:14  That first slaughter, which Jonathan and his armor bearer made, was about twenty men, within as it were half a furrow's length in an acre of land.
I Sa AKJV 14:14  And that first slaughter, which Jonathan and his armor bearer made, was about twenty men, within as it were an half acre of land, which a yoke of oxen might plow.
I Sa VulgClem 14:14  Et facta est plaga prima qua percussit Jonathas et armiger ejus, quasi viginti virorum in media parte jugeri quam par boum in die arare consuevit.
I Sa DRC 14:15  And there was a miracle in the camp, in the fields: and all the people of their garrison, who had gone out to plunder, were amazed, and the earth trembled: and it happened as a miracle from God.
I Sa KJV 14:15  And there was trembling in the host, in the field, and among all the people: the garrison, and the spoilers, they also trembled, and the earth quaked: so it was a very great trembling.
To zděšení způsobil Bůh.
I Sa CzeB21 14:15  Nepřátelské vojsko zachvátila hrůza.

I Sa DRC 14:21  Moreover, the Hebrews that had been with the Philistines yesterday and the day before, and went up with them into the camp, returned to be with the Israelites, who were with Saul and Jonathan.
I Sa KJV 14:21  Moreover the Hebrews that were with the Philistines before that time, which went up with them into the camp from the country round about, even they also turned to be with the Israelites that were with Saul and Jonathan.
I Sa Webster 14:21  Moreover the Hebrews [that] were with the Philistines before that time, who went up with them into the camp [from the country] around, even they also [turned] to be with the Israelites that [were] with Saul and Jonathan.

I Sa CzeB21 14:24  Izraelští muži byli toho dne už vysíleni, ale Saul zavázal vojsko touto přísahou: „Zlořečený ten, kdo by okusil pokrm před večerem, dokud se nepomstím svým nepřátelům.“ Nikdo z vojska proto nic nejedl.
I Sa CzeCSP 14:24  V onen den byli Izraelci vystaveni tlaku. Nikdo z lidu neokusil pokrm.
I Sa CzeBKR 14:24  A ačkoli muži Izraelští utrápili se toho dne, však Saul zavázal lid s přísahou, řka: Zlořečený muž, kterýž by jedl chléb prvé, než bude večer, a než se pomstím nad nepřátely svými. A tak neokusil všecken lid chleba.
I Sa Webster 14:24  And the men of Israel were distressed that day: for Saul had adjured the people, saying, Cursed [be] the man that eateth [any] food until evening, that I may be avenged on my enemies. So none of the people tasted [any] food.

I Sa DRC 14:27  But Jonathan had not heard when his father adjured the people: and he put forth the end of the rod, which he had in his hand, and dipt it in a honeycomb: and he carried his hand to his mouth, and his eyes were enlightened.
I Sa KJV 14:27  But Jonathan heard not when his father charged the people with the oath: wherefore he put forth the end of the rod that was in his hand, and dipped it in an honeycomb, and put his hand to his mouth; and his eyes were enlightened.
Napřáhl hůl, kterou měl v ruce, ponořil její konec do plástve medu a rukou si ji podal k ústům.

I Sa DRC 14:28  And one of the people answering, said: Thy father hath bound the people with an oath, saying: Cursed be the man that shall eat any food this day. (And the people were faint.)
I Sa KJV 14:28  Then answered one of the people, and said, Thy father straitly charged the people with an oath, saying, Cursed be the man that eateth any food this day. And the people were faint.
I Sa CzeCEP 14:28  Nějaký muž z lidu se ozval a řekl: „Tvůj otec zavázal lid těžkou přísahou: Buď proklet muž, který by dnes pojedl nějaký pokrm. Proto je lid zemdlen.“
I Sa CzeB21 14:28  Jeden z mužů mu tehdy řekl: „Tvůj otec zavázal vojsko přísahou: ‚Zlořečený ten, kdo by dnes okusil pokrm.‘ Proto jsou muži tak vyčerpaní.“
I Sa CzeCSP 14:28  Někdo z lidu mu pověděl: Tvůj otec rozhodně zapřísahal lid slovy: Prokletý buď muž, který dnes pojí pokrm, takže lid je unaven.
I Sa CzeBKR 14:28  Odpovídaje pak jeden z lidu, řekl: Velikou přísahou zavázal otec tvůj lid, řka: Zlořečený muž, kterýž by jedl chléb dnes, ačkoli zemdlel lid.
I Sa Webster 14:28  Then answered one of the people, and said, Thy father strictly charged the people with an oath, saying, Cursed [be] the man that eateth [any] food this day. And the people were faint.

I Sa DRC 14:29  And Jonathan said: My father hath troubled the land: you have seen yourselves that my eyes are enlightened, because I tasted a little of this honey:
I Sa KJV 14:29  Then said Jonathan, My father hath troubled the land: see, I pray you, how mine eyes have been enlightened, because I tasted a little of this honey.
I Sa CzeCEP 14:29  Jónatan odvětil: „Můj otec přivede do zkázy celou zemi.
I Sa CzeCSP 14:29  Jónatan řekl: Můj otec trápí zemi.
I Sa CzeBKR 14:29  Tedy řekl Jonata: Zkormoutil otec můj lid země.
I Sa Webster 14:29  Then said Jonathan, My father hath troubled the land: see, I pray you, how my eyes have been enlightened, because I tasted a little of this honey.
I Sa NHEB 14:29  Then Jonathan said, "My father has troubled the land. Please look how my eyes have been enlightened, because I tasted a little of this honey.
I Sa AKJV 14:29  Then said Jonathan, My father has troubled the land: see, I pray you, how my eyes have been enlightened, because I tasted a little of this honey.
I Sa VulgClem 14:29  Dixitque Jonathas : Turbavit pater meus terram : vidistis ipsi quia illuminati sunt oculi mei, eo quod gustaverim paululum de melle isto :
I Sa DRC 14:30  How much more if the people had eaten of the prey of their enemies, which they found? had there not been made a greater slaughter among the Philistines?
I Sa KJV 14:30  How much more, if haply the people had eaten freely to day of the spoil of their enemies which they found? for had there not been now a much greater slaughter among the Philistines?
I Sa CzeCEP 14:30  Což teprve, kdyby se dnes mohl lid pořádně najíst z kořisti svých nepřátel, kterou nalezl! Proto teď není možný další úder proti Pelištejcům.“
I Sa CzeB21 14:30  Co teprve, kdyby se dnes vojsko pořádně najedlo z nepřátelské kořisti? Nebyla by pak porážka Filištínů ještě větší?“
I Sa CzeCSP 14:30  Tím spíše, kdyby se dnes lid dobře najedl z kořisti svých nepřátel, kterou nalezl.
I Sa Webster 14:30  How much more, if haply the people had eaten freely to-day of the spoil of their enemies which they found? for had there not been now a much greater slaughter among the Philistines?
I Sa NHEB 14:30  How much more, if perhaps the people had eaten freely today of the spoil of their enemies which they found? For now has there been no great slaughter among the Philistines."
I Sa AKJV 14:30  How much more, if haply the people had eaten freely to day of the spoil of their enemies which they found? for had there not been now a much greater slaughter among the Philistines?
I Sa VulgClem 14:30  quanto magis si comedisset populus de præda inimicorum suorum, quam reperit ? nonne major plaga facta fuisset in Philisthiim ?
I Sa DRC 14:31  So they smote that day the Philistines, from Machmas to Aialon. And the people were wearied exceedingly.
I Sa KJV 14:31  And they smote the Philistines that day from Michmash to Aijalon: and the people were very faint.

I Sa KJV 14:32  And the people flew upon the spoil, and took sheep, and oxen, and calves, and slew them on the ground: and the people did eat them with the blood.

I Sa CzeCEP 14:33  Saulovi oznámili: „Hle, lid hřeší proti Hospodinu, když jí s krví.“ On vzkřikl: „Zachovali jste se věrolomně.“ Okamžitě ke mně přivalte veliký kámen.“
I Sa CzeB21 14:33  Saulovi bylo oznámeno: „Hle, vojsko hřeší proti Hospodinu. Jí maso s krví.“ „To je zrada!“ prohlásil Saul. „Hned ke mně přivalte veliký kámen.“
I Sa CzeCSP 14:33  Oznámili to Saulovi slovy: Hle, lid hřeší proti Hospodinu tím, že jí maso i s krví. On řekl: Zachovali jste se nevěrně. Přivalte ke mně ihned velký kámen.
I Sa CzeBKR 14:33  I pověděli Saulovi, řkouce: Aj, lid hřeší proti Hospodinu, jeda se krví. Kterýž řekl: Přestoupili jste přikázaní. Přivaltež i hned ke mně kámen veliký.

I Sa DRC 14:34  And Saul said: Disperse yourselves among the people, and tell them to bring me every man his ox and his ram and slay them upon this stone, and eat, and you shall not sin against the Lord, in eating with the blood. So all the people brought every man his ox with him till the night: and slew them there.
I Sa KJV 14:34  And Saul said, Disperse yourselves among the people, and say unto them, Bring me hither every man his ox, and every man his sheep, and slay them here, and eat; and sin not against the Lord in eating with the blood. And all the people brought every man his ox with him that night, and slew them there.
Nehřešte proti Hospodinu pojídáním masa s krví!“ Každý z vojska tedy té noci přivedl svého býka a porazil ho tam.
I Sa CzeCSP 14:34  Pak Saul řekl: Rozejděte se mezi lid a řekněte jim: Přiveďte ke mně každý svého býka a svou ovci, zabíjejte je zde a jezte, abyste nehřešili proti Hospodinu tím, že byste jedli maso i s krví. Té noci tedy přivedl všechen lid každý vlastnoručně svého býka a zabíjeli je tam.
I Sa CzeBKR 14:34  Opět řekl Saul: Rozejděte se mezi lid a rcete jim: Přiveďte ke mně jeden každý vola svého a jeden každý dobytče své, a bíte tuto a jezte, i nebudete hřešiti proti Hospodinu, jedouce se krví. Přivedli tedy všecken lid jeden každý vola svého rukou svou té noci a zabíjeli tu.

I Sa Webster 14:44  And Saul answered, God do so, and more also: for thou shalt surely die, Jonathan.
I Sa NHEB 14:44  Saul said, "God do so and more also; for you shall surely die, Jonathan."
I Sa AKJV 14:44  And Saul answered, God do so and more also: for you shall surely die, Jonathan.
I Sa VulgClem 14:44  Et ait Saul : Hæc faciat mihi Deus, et hæc addat, quia morte morieris, Jonatha.
I Sa DRC 14:45  And the people said to Saul: Shall Jonathan then die, who hath wrought this great salvation in Israel? this must not be: As the Lord liveth, there shall not one hair of his head fall to the ground, for he hath wrought with God this day. So the people delivered Jonathan, that he should not die.
I Sa KJV 14:45  And the people said unto Saul, Shall Jonathan die, who hath wrought this great salvation in Israel? God forbid: as the Lord liveth, there shall not one hair of his head fall to the ground; for he hath wrought with God this day. So the people rescued Jonathan, that he died not.
To tedy ne!
I Sa Webster 14:45  And the people said to Saul, Shall Jonathan die, who hath wrought this great salvation in Israel? By no means: [as] the LORD liveth, there shall not one hair of his head fall to the ground; for he hath wrought with God this day. So the people rescued Jonathan, that he died not.
I Sa NHEB 14:45  The people said to Saul, "Shall Jonathan die, who has worked this great salvation in Israel? Far from it! As the Lord lives, there shall not one hair of his head fall to the ground; for he has worked with God this day!" So the people rescued Jonathan, that he did not die.
I Sa AKJV 14:45  And the people said to Saul, Shall Jonathan die, who has worked this great salvation in Israel? God forbid: as the LORD lives, there shall not one hair of his head fall to the ground; for he has worked with God this day. So the people rescued Jonathan, that he died not.

I Sa CzeB21 14:47  Když se Saul ujal kralování nad Izraelem, bojoval se všemi okolními nepřáteli: s Moábci, Amonci, Edomci, s králi Cóby i s Filištíny. Kamkoli se obrátil, vítězil.

I Sa CzeBKR 14:47  Saul pak uvázav se v království nad Izraelem, bojoval vůkol se všemi nepřátely svými, s Moábskými a s syny Ammon, a s Edomem, i s králi Soba, a s Filistinskými; a kamž se koli obracel, ukrutnost provodil.
I Sa Webster 14:47  So Saul took the kingdom over Israel, and fought against all his enemies on every side, against Moab, and against the children of Ammon, and against Edom, and against the kings of Zobah, and against the Philistines: and whithersoever he turned himself, he harassed [them].
I Sa NHEB 14:47  Now when Saul had taken the kingdom over Israel, he fought against all his enemies on every side, against Moab, and against the children of Ammon, and against Edom, and against the kings of Zobah, and against the Philistines: and wherever he turned himself, he defeated them.
